I would highly recommend Ask renewables limited the team who carried out the work at my home were amazing. These guys are a credit to the company. The work has been carried out to the highest of standards. Everything was explained, how the panels work etc. they went above and beyond.

The work was carried out efficiently in a very timely, courteous manner. The three workmen arrived at the time I had been advised and the work was completed very quickly. I was given clear instructions on how the solar panels work. After installing the app which show the energy is generated & used, I was shown how to use it, with the engineer advising me on how to use the electricity generated to get the best out of the solar panels. I would not hesitate to recommend Ask Renewables as I am so far very satisfied with the work carried out.

Just had my Solar panels fitted by ask-renewables, what a great set of lads. The job was completed in about 3 hours. All the slight mess that was unavoidable they cleaned up before they left. Would certainly recommend.

The engineers arrived on site and started to get on with the work straight away. The electrician and one of the installer went up into the loft to check it out and discovered some damp spots on the roof. It turned out that we had some cracked tiles. He said not to worry about it as he would sort it out. He went out and checked the tiles then went to get some new ones for no charge to us. In the meantime the electrician was fitting the equipment in the loft.After the new tiles were fitted the solar panels were fitted . The work was completed and we were shown how to set up my iPad to check the system. I have to say how we were impressed how they all worked to get the work done . Very pleased with everything.

Fantastic communication from this company from the word go. I was kept updated every step of the way. The fitting of the solar panels was with minimum disruption to ourselves. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

I emailed this company requesting a quote for solar panels and battery system as there reviews where very good.unfortunately I was mistaken as I was told that there contact would call me and I contacted them again on the 10th February and was again told that I would be contacted but as yet nothing.this makes me think the reviews are not real Disappointed Neil 👎

ASK quoted me for roof-sited solar panels and battery storage, along with two other Trusted Traders from Which? There's proved the best for my needs. Their people were very accommodating to my numerous queries and communication between us was very good. Installation was delayed a few days because of high winds, but all went well on the planned day. The fitters were courteous, worked hard, finished on time, and tidied up well. Still remaining in contact with ASK for further technical assistance with exporting excess power. Very pleased with the whole installation and no hidden charges.

Work carried out efficiently in minimal time. The Lads work was neat and tidy and any concerns were explained. A first class job well done.

On the day they turned up early and got straight to work. All three of them were very nice and quickly got down to business, which they all seemed very experienced in. The fitted the panels and electrics within the agreed time frame and then we were talked through any questions and paperwork without being rushed. The property was treated with respect and they were very understanding of our pets.

The two fitters did an excellent job and left the area clean and tidy. Would like to know what all the boxes and switches are for. Also, the surveyor could have done a better job as with some adjustment another two panels could be fitted. On the whole, a good job in installing the panels fitted.

The team arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently. Job finished to a high standard and cleared up all waste. Excellent job would recommend.

Recently had solar panels and batteries installed by Ask Renewables. The installation was completed as scheduled with no issues at all, most impressed with the tradesmen who did the work and would recommend. Antony went to some trouble to research the equipment we wanted, which was different from what I imagine most users ask for, where other suppliers told us it wasn't possible. Top marks all around.

Investment in solar is significant, so it's important to find the right company and people to do the job, but it can be difficult. I had several quotes, but I felt there were trust and confidence issues with many, whether it was pushy salesmen just trying to get their commission or people who would confuse me with waffle and tell me anything just to get my signature. I had many questions spinning around in my head that just weren’t being addressed. After putting it off several times and nearly giving up, I thought I’d give it another go and found Ask Renewables. On first contact with Tony, it just felt right. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns clearly without confusing me with jargon. The quote was extremely competitive, I’d been quoted thousands more with other companies for about the same specifications. Communication with Ask was excellent and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. The lads who came to do the job were polite, friendly and very efficient and completed everything in no time. I can’t recommend this company enough. If you are looking into having a solar system installed get in touch with them before you go anywhere else, you might save yourself a lot of time shopping around.

We have just had 10 solar panels and 2 battery storage units fitted. Tony visited us as soon as our initial enquiry was made, and made suggestions after we explained what we required. He carried out a comprehensive site survey and then we were sent a detailed quotation covering the units for installation and a prospective return on our capital outlay. After agreeing to the quotation, everything worked like clockwork. All timings and dates for scaffolding and installation were kept to, and Dean and the rest of the installation crew were extremely efficient, polite and only left the site after making sure it was left clean and the system was working as expected. We would definitely recommend ASK Renewables and their installers.

Efficient service from initial consultation to fitting. Would highly recommend Ask Renewables. The scaffolding was erected and removed with minimum fuss and the fit of the panels was super fast and smooth. Panels working great despite it being November!
