Whole house old double glazing replaced, including the front door and the patio door. The work was done to agreed budget and timescale (almost), and at a very competitive price. Nad, the owner, is a very pleasant guy and very helpful and advised me from his ample knowledge. I was going on holiday so asked if it was possible to do the work at short notice before I left. They were good enough to get it all done except the patio door, which was done after I returned. All work was to a high standard and the fitters were very friendly. They even did a little extra where it was needed. Email and phone communications were speedy and trouble free. There were 4 hiccups (2 small), which were sorted out to my satisfaction, without fuss. E.g. wrong front door style was installed; correct one was then ordered and installed. And 2 wrong glass units was provided, which meant windows above patio door was boarded up for a few days until the right glass units were manufactured. I would whole heartedly recommend ASK Windows and would give them 4.5 stars. Half star knocked off for the 2 ordering errors. The only thing to note is that the patio door is manufactured by a different company to the windows, so the frame design is different. I would suggest the company tries to make the installation process more sleeker by minimising the errors.

Ask Windows Ltd have been brilliant. From the initial home appointment to the installation, everything was as explained. Any questions I had were answered and staff were very knowledgeable about their products and procedures. I had two bay windows, a small window and porch windows replaced and believe the cost was not only competitive but that the windows themselves were very good too. The fitters were genuinely friendly and also very skilled and somehow managed to fit the windows on time with minimal disruption to existing walls both inside and out. Highly recommended.

Ask Windows were introduced to me by my Architect for installation of pic and or aluminium doors and windows at my residence. I had the pleasure of meeting Nad and Farahnak. Nad was forthcoming in describing the pros & cons of the PVC vs Aluminium. Nad accompanied me to the manufacturer's factory to understand the process and decide on options best suited to us. Ask Windows were very methodical and managing the project from the ordering till installation. They were very communicating and kept us full abreast of the progress. Installations were undertaken by Ask Windows designated service providers who knew their job and operated efficiently. There were minor hiccups which Ask Windows followed up diligently on any matters that were identified by their own quality control and remedied in a timely manner. Our thanks to all the executives and staff of Ask Windows for going the extra mile in meeting our expectations.

The whole process went much more smoothly than I had anticipated. I had lots of questions. Nad pre-empted these and gave thorough information without prompting which was very reassuring. He gave details about security, longevity, guarantees, and the team of people who would be involved in the installation. Everyone involved was incredibly helpful - Nad for his great knowledge, his wife for her thoughtful information about reviews and deliveries, Fernando and Casio for their expert job of installation of the patio doors, and the care they took. I was extremely pleased that I chose this company and the result was fantastic.

Ask Windows were very helpful, from sales to surveyor, via the office staff and the installers. Timely and efficient. Communications were clear and to the point. Very good customer service. The installers were very helpful and pleasant and did an excellent cleaning up job. The uPVC windows, not my favourite material, look much better than I expected. I am very pleased. And there is a 10 year insurance backed warranty.

I had a Solidoor installed yesterday by Ask Windows. I dealt with Faranak from start to finish and she was a delight to deal with. Very efficient and responsive to emails. I ordered just before the Christmas break and was informed that it is usually approx 3/4 weeks from ordering but that there might be a delay due to the holidays (totally understandable). I was therefore surprised when installation was organised for 9th Jan. Two fitters arrived at the stated time and my new door and window were installed by lunchtime. They cleared up after themselves and did a lovely job. Absolutely cannot fault the company and, based on this experience, I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Fantastic! I now have five new UPVC sash windows installed by Ask Windows, and they couldn’t be better. The company came highly recommended to me, and I am highly recommending them to you. As you can tell, I am very happy. :))

Nad was so convincing when he promised us equipment of the highest quality that would never go wrong. Unfortunately, his promises fell flat once money had been exchanged. We have been waiting several months now to have fixes to windows that have dropped after a few months of being installed. The windows have been very difficult to open or close and as a result, the mechanisms have scraped the wood colouring and left white PVC in its place. Furthermore, our new front door also installed by Ask Windows started to squeak approximately 4 months after installation. My experiences so far have been phone calls to my mobile with no messages left. When I phone yet again for the umpteenth time, I am fobbed off with excuses such as we have no service calls availability, or our fitters stop work at 3pm or there are no pens in stock to paint over the white damaged parts of the windows where the bolts have scrapped through. I would avoid Ask Windows at all costs because once you have parted with your money, you are very unlikely to see them again.

We contacted Ask Windows after seeing a number of their signs in properties in our road and being impressed with the work they had completed on those properties. We are so glad we did. They were first-class from start to finish; starting with Nad who clearly explained things every step of the way and provided a competitive price. The friendly fitters were also excellent throughout; highly efficient in their work, tidy and most importantly, the end result was fantastic. A great experience all round. Highly recommended.

I had been let down by another Trader who I ordered a Solidor Composite door and side panels from. Despite initially quoting 4 weeks installations They messed me about for weeks, didn't respond to messages then eventually said it would be another 4-6 weeks for installation blaming Covid as as reason for not doing it sooner. I stumbled upon Ask Windows and rang them in desperation. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for installation and they quoted a cheaper price than the other trader. The next day their Surveyor turned up to measure and 2.5 weeks later my door was installed. They were brilliant, I cant recommend them enough! My only criticism would be that they do not come up on searches when you are looking for a composite door in my area, they need a better search presence and they deserve all the business from North London as the service they provide is just perfect! Well done Ask Windows!

The work was done with efficiency, courtesy and completed within the allocated time. Ask windows were professional from start to finish and showroom visit was well worth it. The fitters were excellent both in fitting and clearing up everyday before they left. Installation went smoothly.

ASK Windows replaced 10 windows and the back door in our house. The sales approach was helpful and courteous. The quotation was competitive. The windows were ready in a few weeks and the installers did a good job, using protective floor covering. The installation took 5 working days. We are very happy with the results.

Replaced all windows and doors to UPVC from Aluminium. I had contacted several companies and visited several showrooms from the big 4 in the industry to local dealers. The quality of windows offered by Ask Windows was much better than its competitors at a reasonable price. Very polite, friendly and approachable staff who you don't get any surprises.
