My 88 year old mother has been struggling with the stairs for a while so it was decided by the family to get her a stairlift. She was reluctant at first but i must say that the initial survey was excellent with no pressure on her. She decided to rent the lift and it was fitted quickly and with no disruption to her daily routine. The fitter was very good and spent time with her explaining how to use it. The lift has now become very much part of her daily life and a great asset to have. Many thanks to Associated Stairlifts for a great service and reassurance if there are any problems.

Associated Stairlifts were very helpful from initial enquiry to completion of work . They were very professional, efficient , fitted it quickly and with minimum of fuss . We rent the stairlift which works very well . It’s reassuring to know that rental conditions mean parts and labour in event of breakdown are guaranteed throughout . Cost was very good compared with several other rental companies .

Due to my husband’s failing health we needed to get a stairlift I made an enquiry on line and was contacted by a lovely lady who made an appointment for Andy to visit at our convenience to survey our stairs etc. Andy arrived on time as arranged. What a lovely gentleman. He explained everything we needed to know answered all our questions and not once did we feel pressured into having the lift installed. Of course due to his professionalism we agreed a date a couple of days later for installation Two young men arrived to fit the lift they were polite, knowledgeable and left no mess at all. The lift is very neat and they showed attention to detail They showed us how to work the lift before leaving I cannot recommend this company enough the lift has been truly life changing for my husband and I wish we had done it sooner From start to finish the whole process was seamless We cannot thank Andy and his team enough

I contacted Associates Stairlifts regarding getting information on a Stairlift for my mother in law. So helpful as I didn’t have a clue, and answered all my questions. Survey was carried out and Installation was a week later and my mother in law is over the moon. Definitely recommend this company. Thank you!

I can highly recommend this company for a stairlift. From the very first enquiry to fitting the stairlift everything went smoothly and great communication. The stairlift has enabled my dad to now get upstairs safely.

My Acorn 180 Curve stairlift broke down with what I now know was an overspeed governor fault with broken bearings and wheels. The engineers arrived promptly on a friday afternoon before a bank holiday but had to remove the carriage from the track and take it to their workshop to fix it. They put in new parts and returned it a few days later and it is now working perfectly. Throughout it all their engineers were quiet, clean and competent and I was kept fully informed at all times. Considering the work involved, the final bill was a lot less than I was expecting and I would not hesitate to recommend Associated Stairlifts to anyone who needs stairlift services.

The company was chosen after carrying out a review of providers. Their whole attitude to the product is customer based, with value high on the agenda. The fitting team were pleasant and competent in their approach to construction of the lift on the stairs. On completion they cleaned up and explained the operation and what to do to ensure ongoing functionality. I would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring a lift for a family member with mobility problems.

Installed a stairlift at my parents property. Excellent service, job completed on time as per specifications and included a quick demonstration as to how to use it. Would highly recommend associated stairlifts and the engineer Rory.

My 90yo cousin is absolutely dependent on her stairlift, which she had fitted last year. Last Friday evening it failed late evening. Calls to Associated Stairlifts led to an emergency call out on Saturday 16th. The engineer fixed a couple of technical issues in a warm and friendly way, even though he'd just driven from Peterborough in difficult weather. My cousin thought it wouldn't be fixed till the next week so she was delighted. Well done, Andy Lewis and his team.

I can’t fault the service from Associated Stairlifts. After my mother-in-law accidentally jammed her walking stick into the stairlift mechanism and broke it, I contacted the office to arrange a repair. The office staff were quick to respond, extremely polite, and very reassuring. They arranged a repair promptly, and by the very next day the stairlift was fully fixed and working perfectly again. A genuinely efficient and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Today this company fitted a stairlift for us the engineer Rory completed the job and explained how to use,I would recommend this company very happy customer.

Making a decision to have a stairlift fitted in my home, I contacted my brother to ask which company he had used to supply and fit his stairlift, he replied that he had used Associated Stairlifts of Oadby, and added that he could not recommend them enough from his first enquiry to the finished job they were absolutely first class. I therefore made contact with them and spoke with a lovely helpful lady on the telephone, who within 10 minutes of my putting the telephone down had emailed me a brochure, she also very helpfully made an appointment for a surveyor to visit me on the 27th November, she also asked me if I wished to have a provisional fitting date booked should I accept the quote, which I agreed to this being the 2nd December. The surveyor arrived on time and was absolutely first class, everything was explained clearly, costs and options were also explained and not a hint of any pressure selling whatsoever, in fact an incredibly interesting and satisfying experience, needless to say I booked his services. I was also offered an earlier fitting date of the 1st December which I accepted. On the morning of the 1st Rory the fitter arrived with his assistant, and they were exemplary in their work methods, and within less than two hours the stairlift was fitted and a demonstration given. I am happy to say that this company’s representatives from the lady on the telephone, the surveyor and the fitters epitomised all that is good in excellent customer friendly care. Thank you.

I commissioned Associated Stairlifts on behalf of an elderly relative. Planning and installation of the stairlift was done professionally and with great care so that an elderly lady was inconvenienced as little as possible. The engineers were on time, courteous and careful. My relative loves the stairlift and wishes she'd had it years before! Associated Stairlifts were excellent communicators and did everything they promised. Great service and value for money all round. .

Andy did the survey for my dad's stairlift. Very friendly and professional with no " hard sell" Stairlift was installed / fitted on wed 5th March by Luke and Jo. Very professional and efficient. We asked numerous questions too. We were recommended this company by a friend and would certainly recommend to others.

Associated Stairlifts are a family-run business. They are very reliable, efficient and kind on your pockets. Didn't have to wait for a long time after we decided to go ahead. Work done really quickly. Installation and demonstration were done in under an hour. Very happy with everything.

I've just used Associated Stairlifts to supply and install a stairlift at my Mum's. From the start (initial visit last July) to the finish (Friday before last) the whole experience was hassle-free and the service was excellent. The lads who came to do the installation were quick, efficient, professional and courteous, and had finished the installation in 2 1/2 hours. The result is great and my Mm can now get up and down stairs so much more easily than before. I would definitely recommend them for anyone considering a stairlift.

Recommended by a work colleague initial contact was made via their web portal. Measurements and a few photo's uploaded followed by a very efficient phone conversation with office staff produced a suitable date of install and covered pricing etc. The installation day went extremely well with the guys very polite clean working and by the time they had made firm friends with our German Shepherd. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

Contacted on line re stairlift. Very helpful young lady quickly answered all my questions, and a friendly and very helpful surveyor came to measure up within a couple of days. Four days later two polite, quick and very tidy workers came and the stairlift was installed within an hour. Would recommend this firm to family and friends. A very happy customer.
