Great work by a skilled team. The installers had lots of experience and dealt with all the issues installing windows into an old house.

2 men came to do the job. They were very friendly and polite. They completed the job to a great standard and in great time. Very impressed with the end result.

Fitters arrived as planned, they were friendly, extremely clean and tidy. Moved furniture, all I had to do was put any ornaments back. The windows are brilliant, it is warmer and quieter. We recommended to our neighbours and they are getting their windows done too.

Prompt and professional.

Associated Windows were contracted by us in February 2017 to replace the existing windows and patio door at my Niece’s property (opposite my own property). We had previously used Associated Window to replace our own windows and doors in January 2017. Although we were happy with the UPVC units we were not happy with the finish on our property. We complained to Associated Windows and asked for them to return to rectify some of the ‘finishes’ to the replacement windows and back door. Bill of Associated Windows came to our property to see what work needed to be put right, he agreed that the standard was not good enough and said this was a one off as he never received complaints. A different team came back to complete the work to a satisfactory standard and the invoice was paid. We gave Associated Windows ‘the benefit of the doubt’ as Bill assured us if we gave him the work to my Niece’s property he would send his best team to fit the windows, etc. Unfortunately, the standard of the finish was still poor and they were requested to return once again. When we asked for compensation Bill was abusive on the phone. None of the three Teams that were involved over the two properties, were professional, they did not clean up after themselves when they finished, remove the pencil marks on the units, blue protective covering in the hard to get to areas was left, silicon was untidy and overall a poor finish. We do not feel we could recommend this company to anyone.
