Genuine Quotation, no hard sell or pressure. The team were punctual, pleasant, professional hard working and approachable. They were tidy and vacuumed before leaving. I would happily recommend them for older customers or females on their own as they were friendly but not intimidating. We were comfortable with them in the house and left them to go out and do other things. Which is a benefit of a small personal company rather than a national impersonal one. Great value for money, lovely job really pleased.

The sales person was pleasant and helpful and did not put pressure on us. The company was flexible in fitting with our requirements and didn't try to steer us to what was convenient for them. The installation guys were professional and ok to deal with. They cleaned up after the job. Windows look good.
