Our original choice of assoc windows was as a results of initial discussion with the son of owner. The attention to detail and discussions lead to quotation. The response to critical completion date was met as promised, despite unexpected late supply of glass units. The efforts of teams of Associated Windows fitting personnel was excellent, cleanliness (of site), prompt arrivals, friendliness and courtesy was always evident. We have a high regard for Associated Windows and will happily recommend them for supply and installation of windows.

Had windows and front door fitted. We live on the outskirts of Bristol, but was not informed this would cause issues with after service. Fitters were punctual and we like the windows. However every time we need something fixing it takes countless phone calls and chasing to which you never receive a call back. Current issue I’m up to 18 chaser calls over 2 months. They don’t call you back it is always me chasing them. I would not recommend because of the after sales.
