Extremely poor customer service. I had a quotation in November for works in Dec/Jan however the works were not completed until the following May. One part of the job dragged on so long I'll be getting another contractor to complete the work. Very hard to get hold of despite some weeks calling every day to find out what was going on. I went for weeks on end without them even calling me back. When I did get hold of someone to talk to I got fobbed off multiple times and what should have been a simple installation of patio doors dragged on for months and is still not done. Overall, not worth the stress and hassle!

Very impressed with the installation team who worked hard and fast and were very conscious to protect our property from dirt and dust. The product looks good and the finishing detail touches with the minimum damage to surrounds has made a first class finish to the house.

Repeat business as so pleased with previous work. Workmen polite, courteous, on time, covered furniture and flooring, tidy work and cleaned up after them and before leaving hoovered daily. The quality of the windows along with the replacement of the Fascia's work was completed well to our satisfaction. The craftsmanship and experience of the window fitters was of a very high standard. The window fitters were very good at tidying up after themselves and were very friendly and helpful.
