Assured Heating

My friend recently moved into an all electric flat which had an appalling heating system (wet electric central heating and mains pressure hot water storage) which had been badly installed and was proving problematical. Clerk responded to her call for assistance and quickly assessed the options of repair or replacement. After patiently discussing the pros and cons of her options, and without any pressure from Clark, my friend opted to install a new electric combination boiler system (Thermaflow) to supply hot water and wet central heating on demand 24x7 but using Scottish Powers Economy 2000 tariff. The all in price quoted was extremely competitive and the job was carried out cleanly and efficiently on the date and time agreed. Clark's skill and knowledge are the best I have ever experience. I was personally present during the time he carried out the work and would have no hesitation in recommending him. I have put him on my contact list for any heating needs I may have in future. The quality of work and price were both excellent and my friend is extremely pleased with the outcome. Although, technically, I wasn't the paying customer I was involved with the work from start to finish and my friend has fully endorsed this review.

Had a VERY satisfactory experience with Clark. He had to deal with a 20 + year old system. Work was done in two days by him and his apprentice with time to spare.Keen to help show how to work the new control system...which I needed ! Even came to my aid on Xmas day when my son and family ( from Thailand ) were finding it a bit cold for them ! Full of good humour and stories .Very professional. He called again after month to check how things were going. Have recommended him to a friend. He was much less than other quotes too.

I used Which Local to find Clark Pheely (Assured Heating) due to all the good reviews - they were spot on. The entire central heating system had to be replaced in the family home, but being overseas I needed both a reliable boiler and engineer. Clark chose the Worcester Bosch 38CDI for the job (good Which reviews). He was patient and friendly in answering all my questions, reliable and efficient in carrying out the job within the budget and time quoted, and very professional with his advice and choice of materials. Knowing how much I relied on reviews from Which members, I have left my comments for 8 months, and there have been no problems with the system in that time. I know I can rely on Clark to continue provide excellent service.

Assured Heating installed a Worcester combi boiler to replace an existing heat-only system. The job was done in a single day with minimal disruption. The boiler is working very well and provides almost instant heat and hot-water. Clark has a no-nonsense approach and does not do the hard sell, he does not need to. The quote from Assured Heating was significantly less than the equivalent quote from a major utility company. The installation was done very professionally and overall I am very pleased with Assured Heating.

I chose Clark because of his reviews on this site and the worcester boiler for a similar reason .Four months after Clark's installation I have no regrets over these decisions.Clark knows his trade and gets on with the work without any fuss and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. Thoroughly recommended.

Clark did an excellent job in replacing my 33 year old boiler, with the latest condensing boiler, which took 2 days to complete because of the amount of work involved. Very professional, reasonably priced and friendly manner.

Clark has always been helpful from discussion on the most economic boiler for the house, to being easy to book for the service of the system. He is friendly, tidy and honest in his approach to working. He appears thorough and knowledgeable about his profession and it is easy to recommend his services. He has been reliable for the past 3 years and I have never had any difficulties with the heating or contacting him.

I used Clark because of the previous good reviews and was fully satisfied with his work. He obviously cared about doing a good job for the best price and was very keen to let me know what was required and why. The problem was tricky because the fault was intermittent but he tackled it methodically and saught information from the maker and the problem is now fiexed. I would certainly use this company again.

Contractor fitted Worcester Which? Best Buy recommended boiler. Old boiler removed and new one installed in one day. No mess. No fuss. Work done on time and on budget. This review posted few days after installation so too soon to confirm any problems but do not expect any. Reliable, professional, and competitively priced. Was wary of awarding top markings thinking that three reviews all with top markings looks a bit suspicious. But it would be unfair of me to deduct points for this reason alone. So having given the matter some thought I awarded 5/5 as it is fair and merited.

Replacement of central heating boiler - this firm gave sound advice and carried out the work in a timely hassle free and competent manner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend without reservation.

Central Heating upgrade - Installation of a new (condensing) boiler and new radiators. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. All aspects of the work, from initial upgrade design to installation, was carried out on time, in a most competent, clean and friendly manner.
