I found Aston Locks on the Master Locksmiths Association as a local locksmith to me. Daimon Santo was very helpful on my initial enquiry & subsequent visit to the property when I advised him that I was looking to upgrade the security of the property to comply with house insurance requirements. The fixed quote that he provided was reasonable for the work quoted. Installation was completed within the timeframe he quoted and he made sure to not leave any mess. I was pleased to understand he provides a 1 year guarantee on his work. Overall, I found Daimon to be friendly, helpful and very experienced at his job.

I used Aston locks to unlock my stuck door and replace the mechanism in my french doors. I found Daimon to be extremely professional, efficient and honest. His quote was very reasonable and fair. I rang, explained the problem, was quoted a price. Damon went to my Mum's at the time stated, fixed the lock at the price quoted and offered free aftercare should there be a problem. He liaised with me at every point, especially since there was a vulnerable adult involved. Excellent service start to finish. I would definitely highly recommend

Damien and l arranged a time. He was punctual, clean and tidy. Moved the strike plate and got the door working. So l contacted him again as four weeks later the lock was playing up. Came to my home again. The same door moved the locking plate, adjusted the mechanism, and the door locks beautifully now. On his way out l asked him if he could look at the door mechanism of my dining room as my wife was worried it might have similar problems. He looked at the door and said it was stiff and sprayed WD40 into and advised to repeat for a couple of more times over the next few weeks. On his way out he noticed two of the pins on the front door had raised and just to me to hammer them back in. Best of all l didn’t get charged for his second visit and l thought his price of seventy pounds The future was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aston Locks and Damien for their services and would definitely use him if l need something done in the future

Daimon changed the locks on my new home, including double glazed patio doors. He was punctual and carried out the job as agreed. I think luckily, timing was definitely in my favour, but when I called Daimon he was able to come straight away and arrived in 10 minutes, the job was done super efficiently, and he was really nice! Hope to never have to use him again, but if I did need a locksmith, I would use him again! Definitely recommended!
