Plumbing kitchen sink and tap
Customer Service

Alec has carried out work for me previously: fitting a plinth heater, moving some central heating pipes, fitting a radiator, fitting a hive for thermostat and connecting a range cooker. On this latest visit, Alec plumbed in my kitchen sink and tap. As usual, Alec’s work is spot on. He is quick and efficient. He is pleasant, courteous and takes great pride in his work. When he is finished, he leaves everything neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Alec.

Alec came out to us on the Sunday before Christmas as we had no heating. He identified the issue and found the most effective and cost-efficient way of ensuring we were up and running in time for Christmas. More so, he is trustworthy, reliable and empathetic in his approach. I do not hesitate to recommend.

The boiler had stopped working on one of the coldest nights this year. The engineer came to site, carried out boiler adjustments, and all the heating was restored when checked. Could not have wished for a faster response.

Alec came out twice, at short notice, to cap off the old gas pipe, then to fit the new range. He was courteous and professional and carried out the work in a tidy and efficient manner.

Our usual engineer had been unresponsive, and we saw ATB van in our road yesterday and agreed they would call this morning to service boiler. How lucky we were, as they provided a thorough review and gave several tips to improve performance. They were extremely friendly, and a local Rainford firm, and we are happy to recommend this company.
