Alec and his colleague arrived on time to service our boiler. He was really friendly and explained what he was doing, he also checked my gas cooker which he didn't need to do but that put my mind at rest that the hob was safe. He was very professional and tidy and his prices are very good as well. I would definitely recommend and will be contacting him same time next year unless we need him before then that is.

I take pleasure in recommending ATB for both efficiency and determination to get my boiler going during this freezing cold spell. As a disabled pensioner living alone without heat or hot water, they went out of their way to get the necessary parts which were then fitted immediately upon receipt. Alec kept in touch with me throughout, updating me as to when the part would arrive and, since having it fixed, he has been in touch to check everything is OK. Alec and his son deserve the highest accolade and I would advise anybody with a plumbing or heating problem to give them a ring, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service, old boiler removed, new boiler installed, all radiators checked, system drained, flushed & inhibitor done, outdoor pipes lagged against frost. Very professional , clean worker , no mess , all waste & old boiler taken away. Would definately recommend ATB plumbing & heating & local to us. All paperwork done . Very polite & courteous, talked through how to use thermostat & always available if you have any questions. Already in My diary to book service next year.

I have worked with Alec and ATB plumbing and heating now twice on boiler services. He is punctual, accommodating on when he can carry out the work and vert tidy when he works. Would highly recommend ATB plumbing and heating.

Alec provided a perfect service in dealing with an extremely poor installation fitted two years ago. Our boiler came adrift of the wall owing to the incorrect use of plastic fittings in the original installation, assuming a visible tilt to the right and leaned out of the vertical. I stress that Alec was in no way responsible for the initial installation.. Alec dealt with these matters, giving a degree of precedence because of the safety issues. He was prompt and in all ways appropriate as he dealt with this, and left us with every confidence in the resulting installation which now employs the correct metal bolts as well as a plate fabricated to strengthen the rather underweight original fittings provided by the manufacture. What can I say except that in all respects I thought his work and presentation as exceptional; a rare treasure in these days. Superlative.

Alec arrived as expected to carry out the annual boiler service. I had a number of questions about the operation of the boiler which had been installed a year ago. My questions were answered patiently and satisfactorily.
