Solar panels and inverter installed. Atlantic renewable were very easy to deal with, they communicated well, were always available to answer queries and gave good advice on the most appropriate work for my circumstances, even advising me against spending more with them for a battery.

We were very keen to have solar fitted during the building of an extension. Did quite a bit of research trying to find a suitable company and decided on Atlantic Renewables. Glad we did. Other than a slight delay to the start of the installation, brought about by exceptionally cold weather, everything else went smoothly. The panels were fitted to a very high standard, as was the installation of the inverter and associated electrics. We went for an in-roof system and chose a hybrid inverter to give us the option to add battery storage in future. I would certainly choose Atlantic Renewables to add the battery system when we're in the position to do so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this local company.

We contacted Atlantic Renewables on a recommendation from friends. Atlantic requested relevent photos and then came to our house to carry out a survey. They then provided us with a price for installation, a detailed work schedule, exactly each stage when each payment was to be made and an installation date. The panels were installed within the day, scaffolding had already been erected and the electrician finished off the next day. The whole process happened exactly as they had promised. We are both very happy with the panels, especially as we have been 'off-grid' for most of spring and summer.

I had 10 solar panels installed on my roof by Atlantic Renewables. They did a great job - everything was done within a single day! The workers were very polite and took care to tidy up after their work. The wiring inside and out is very neat. During the pre-install period I was impressed with their no-pressure, free consultation, and by the thorough analysis of potential generation they provided. Furthermore, while waiting for the install they let me know they were changing panel supplier after finding out that forced labour was being used in the Chinese production facility - great to see an ethics led company keeping an eye on the supply chain in that way.

Atlantic Renewables installed my car charger, solar panels, and a home battery after completing a survey. From the very start, their team showed their professionalism and expertise in renewable energy solutions. They took the time to understand my needs and provided tailored recommendations that to fit my requirements. Their sales process was very relaxed. My initial contact with them was sending some information so they could do an initial estimate, followed by a visit from one of their engineers to assess the location of the panels and do a full onsite survey. From this they provided a detailed quote. The reasons I choose Atlantic Renewables over other quotes I had was because they talked about the importance of how the installation would look, not just how much power it would supply. The solar panels are fitted on the side roof of my home. There was a potential to put some on the front too, which would have looked pretty unsightly. They were more than happy to point this out. They also have expertise in fitting "solaskirt" surrounds to the panel to prevent birds from nesting under the panels and damaging them. This also makes the panels look more integrated into the roof. The attention to detail and care in the process followed through into the actual installation. They fed all the wires under the floor without disturbing anything in the house and wires that could not go under the floor have been very neatly encased in trunking. They also supplied mcs certification, made all the appropriate applications for to the energy supplier for both exporting electricity and charging the car and completed all necessary paperwork seamlessly. Once everything was in place they set up all the software for the system to run, including helping setup my phone to monitor and control the system. Overall I had a very positive experience. I'm sure they're not the cheapest solar provider but for something that should last over 20 years, that you have to live with every day, its worth paying a reasonable rate for professional service.

Atlantic installed our first solar panels in 2019 and we had them back in 2023 to install more panels, pigeon-proofing and a home battery system.

Inspection of proposed premises and comprehensive discussion of requirements. Video conversation to discuss their proposal. Successful handling of application to Electricity Distribution Network Operator (DNO) for approval of the size of the system. Installation of 18 roof mounted solar panels in two strings; installation of hybrid inverter; installation of two 5.2kWh storage batteries. All necessary wiring, metering, control & safety systems, testing & commissioning. Drone photos of the roof panels installation. All work done neatly and cleanly. Follow up calls and emails to check all was ok. Rapid response to queries since installation, usually due to my lack of understanding. Don't think I could have asked for better.
