An excellent local, family-run carpet shop fitted a quality wool carpet for my bedroom. From start to completion, they were helpful and responsive to my questions. They were quick to measure up and provide a very competitive quote. The time from selection of the carpet to fitting was reasonable, and the fitters Jason and Kyle arrived on time. The bedroom had some awkward bits due to a shower and wash basin but their work was excellent. There was a small problem with a tight-fitting bedroom door, but Kyle was back first thing next morning to skim a little off the door bottom. They were tidy workers and left no mess. The new Charter Deluxe carpet and great underlay provide a feeling of walking on air. The company was easy to contact by telephone and provided excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending them and when I need more carpet they will be first on my list.
