Laurence, who I understand to be the owner of Auream, was the person who first contacted me, he is both very personable and knowledgeable. Willing to share his knowledge and support me through the process of adding 26kwH Tesla Battery Storage to my home. I chose Auream from a list of suppliers provided by Tesla. Boy did I choose well!! Dave was the electrician he sent and he was very professional and happy to discuss the wiring route with me. Completely met my needs, half aesthetic/ half efficiency. The price quoted was the price charged Communications throughout the process were always responsive and friendly, Laurence was willing to respond to all my questions and share his experiences. A damaged switch cover was replaced without any hassle or unnecessary delay, the part was ordered from Tesla and installed promptly. Overall I cannot recommend Laurence and his company highly enough. I am confident that in the future, if I have any questions Laurence will be just as helpful and friendly. When I have any future Solar Panel I WILL be asking him for a quote.

Auream Energy Ltd installed new solar panels and put in a Tesla power wall battery. What I really liked was that Laurence was very personable, he continued to support us all the way through. He was very patient and explained a lot about the process. Wasn't pushy at all. He's still helping us now. The after sales support has been phenomenal. The whole company is friendly and experts in what they do. Would recommend to others.

After getting three quotes I chose Auream as I felt the most confident about their knowledge regarding Tesla batteries plus I had been recommended them as having exemplary after sales service to ensure you gained the most from your setup. I had 12 solar panels and a Tesla battery plus inverter and associated equipment fitted. This was all completed in a competent and tidy way. I was very happy to see the Solar giving me free electricity and then at night the battery keeps the house running. We also do not suffer from power cuts anymore.

I found Aureum Energy very professional and knowledgeable about the industry. Communication was great and the initial project went really smoothly. Neil project managed the works, I found him very engaging and helpful for the duration of the works. We now use Aureum energy for consultation works on improvements on energy at the council and they have suggested and installed a number of projects which we have been delighted with. The teams standards were very high and i have been impressed with their workmanship. They are experts in their field and are now our go to company for works that are energy related.
