If you're moving home and would like to know about the services we are able to offer to make your removal as simple as possible.. you have come to the right place!
As household removal specialists we provide a range of services, any or all of which can be provided as required, and we give below a list of the more important of these services;
Packing materials, boxes, garment transporters and mattress and linen bags can be loaned for the duration of the move. Also white paper for china and glass can be provided.
A complete removal preparation service which will release you from all your packing problems can be provided. We carry out the service carefully and efficiently before the actual removal and we pack everything.
Boxes should not be over packed as they are stacked on top of each other in the van. You may, however, fill them with books without worrying about the weight.
Deep freezers present no problem for us. Pictures and mirrors will be wrapped in blankets.

Aust moved a huge amount of furniture and fragile ornaments for us out of our large three storey house, and stored it for 7 months until our new place was ready; they also moved a number of big pots from the garden. This was hard work, but they did everything so professionally and I can honestly say I have never met such friendly and calm people - they made us feel calm among the stress! Not a thing was damaged (this may be what's expected but we did have breakages when Mason's moved us last time) and none of our new paintwork was marked. They clearly cared about their work and about us too, and went out of their way to be helpful and to meet our needs. They responded very promptly to our emails and accommodated our challenging schedule. They were brilliant from start to finish and on every aspect. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend Aust Removals enough. After 6 personal recommendations, I used them whilst moving home recently. I found every part of the process easy due to the fantastic service i received. Communication before the day was fantastic. On the day, the men were so hard working and efficient and got the house empty in a few hours. The care they took, it was like they were moving their own property. If anyone is moving use Aust!! Prices are extremely competitive and the service is second to none.

Having used Aust Removals previously some two and a half years ago, they were again my first choice when I moved recently. I am pleased to say that they continue to provide an efficient and customer-friendly service. Things were slightly complicated in that some items were to remain for the new owners, some to go to charity etc. and the rest to my new home. In the event, all arrived safely as required and without any breakages. As ever, Paul and his team did the job quietly and without fuss, which was most welcome after the stress and strain of selling and buying properties. Still highly recommended.

Aust Removals moved me from my Flat in Cardiff Bay about one year ago. Paul, the owner of the company was friendly, efficient and professional. They were extremely punctual and helped in dismantling some of my furniture, which I didn't expect, but which was really helpful at the time as I was unable to do it. My furniture was stored for 3 months with Aust and then they moved it to my new home in Penarth. It was a rainy day and they put covers down to protect my new flooring and all the men were cheerful and friendly asking me where to put things. All in all my experience of Aust Removals was first class in every way. Moving house can be a traumatic and stressful process and everything has to work perfectly on the day you move out. Nobody likes strangers in their home and particularly not moving all your personal belongings, but Aust were fantastic! They literally floated through my house, I honestly hardly knew they were there. I would recommend Aust to anyone moving home. They are trustworthy, professional, reliable and very helpful indeed. They really do go that extra mile. :)

I selected Aust based on four 5 star reviews in Which Local. We moved from a 3 bedroom terrace and had a fair bit of stuff. The owner, Paul, came round to do the quote at the agreed time a few weeks before the move date. He was and is professional, and courteous. After booking, the four strong removals team duly arrived, promptly on time, in their large removal lorry and they were excellent: polite, organised, very careful and highly professional. I cannot commend them enough.

We cannot recommend Aust Removals enough. We have used them twice in the last two years including packing up and storing our furniture for six months. Paul the owner and his team even co-ordinated and helped with getting our bedroom furniture through the first floor window (for no extra charge). First class service!

They made the process of packing and moving very straight forward and at a reasonable cost. Paul and his team completed the majority of the packing one day prior to the move and completed the move with care and efficiency. I was in hospital when we moved so my wife completed the move on her own which is why I canÍt praise Aust enough for their excellent service.
