Adrian was recommended to me by a neighbour. We had a bad leak in our roof, spotted just before Christmas where rain was entering the top floor and running down the bedroom wall. Unsurprisingly Adrian was not free to fix it just before Christmas, (no one was), but gave us a temporary fix (free) just to stop any further ingress of water. This 'can do' attitude persuaded me to engage him to do the job permanently in the New Year. He completed the job when he said he was going to and made really neat work of it. No further ingress of water in spite of torrential rain. The loose coping stones are now fixed and the brick fascia, cleaned. Great attention to detail and I would say pride in his work. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend him.

AW Building Services has worked for my local church on several occasions. They have carried out roofing, guttering, plumbing and general building works. Adrian and Piotr (Peter) are hardworking and efficient. They work well as a team, and leave the work area clean and tidy. They have also been reliable - and have informed me of any unexpected delays in advance (I have not been left waiting for nothing). I would highly recommend this company for the quality of the work carried out. I would have no hesitation in using them in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending AW Building Services. Having previously experienced mixed levels of service from other builders, it was refreshing and a real pleasure to have Adrian and Piotr working on our property. Polite, tidy, timely (i.e. turned up to work consistently and completed project to expected timescale), all cost variations agreed in advance (these were all due to changes I requested), work executed to a high standard. I engaged Adrian to work on our house after receiving quotes from a few builders. Adrian was mid-range price-wise, and very personable when we met. What really sealed the deal was the glowing review I got from a recent customer. They were very happy to talk me through their project and how Adrian and Piotr had been so helpful and professional throughout. Work done at our property was: - Rear patio (including removal of the previous patio, flower beds- and retaining walls). - Extension to the existing garage (>2m deep foundation, internal fit out, etc). - Brick-built bike shed / external storage with a shingle roof. - Floodlight installation. - Replacement of soffits/fascia/guttering downspouts etc. -Painting. There were a number of technical and practical challenges. Through clear communication and discussion, they were able to suggest excellent solutions to all issues. There was also a huge volume of sheer physical labour that would have broken lesser men, but Adrian and Piotr just slogged through it all. Will be glad to have them back. 😀

This is the third job that Adrian and his team have done in my property. Over the time, they have installed three new ceilings, done a comprehensive interior redecoration, repaired and repainted the window frames and now repointed an outside wall. Their performance has always been exemplary. They are utterly dependable and provide first-class workmanship in record time. They have been a pleasure to deal with for all concerned. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I didn’t want the cheapest job - I wanted the best work with good value for money on the restoration and redecoration of my Victorian weather boarded cottage which was in a bad way. It sounds sad to say but given services received in the past, this was exceptional work. Peter and Adrian are hard working grafters, work to a very high standard, communicate brilliantly and delivered a result that exceeded expectations. I initially found Adrian of AW Building Services via the Which Trust a Trader portal, and after reading a few reviews I hired him to to complete some internal roof repairs on my home. The job was completed to a high standard, within the quoted estimate, and well within the allocated time slot. With the above in mind I further hired him and his crew to complete a double-storey extension on a property I had just obtained planning consent on. This was a large extension, containing many different building skills that all needed to be performed to a high standard to satisfy those of the local authority. I am happy to report that in September of this year the property was signed-off by Building Regs, and barring one or two very minor snagging issues (that were very quickly remedied) we have had no other issues whatsoever with the build, which I can assure you is a rarity on such a large extension. I will sign-off by saying that Adrian and his team are very hardworking, polite, professional and efficient, and I would have no qualms at all in recommending them to anyone.

Adrian and co have just completed a series of jobs to stop the deterioration of an old wooden building . This work was quite different from earlier jobs (2 in the past) which included roof repairs and tiling and plastering. All these jobs were done to a high standard, were on time and on budget. Adrian's attention to detail was particularly welcome. He is most conscientious and I recommend him highly.

Had our roof fixed by this fantastic builder, and I couldn't be more impressed! They worked incredibly hard, finished the job quicker than expected, and the quality is outstanding. Plus, they were super friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Adrain & Peter Wator reviewed, assessed and continued to reassess the quality of the delivered workmanship. The work was carried out over a week, and Peter was prompt and hard-working, mainly when the weather was not very kind. They are adaptable and conscientious, and they listen and react to clients' requests. The work covered painting all the stonework and repointing the brick behind the rainwater pipework and the threshold and timber entrance porch. The work was completed to a high level, and there was good communication between both parties.

Adrian and team put underfloor heating and tiling in to the ground floor of our house. They also did some external work to our roofing when the storms exposed some broken tiles and rainwater came in. He also did some redecoration. This was a big undertaking but we were very happy with previous work in our house - he put in three new bathroom for us in 2020 with which we remain very happy. As with our previous experiences, Adrian and team are incredibly conscientious which is what really stands out. Their workmanship is excellent, they are very painstaking and good value but it's the attention to detail and effort to make sure you're happy that I've not come across with others. We were recommended AW Building Services by my cousin who found them on Which Trusted Traders. She has recommended them to all her friends and family and all are highly satisified.

We contacted Adrian about under floor insulation for our lounge. He was consistently on time, polite and kept us informed about his progress. Checking with us about potential tweaks to his work as he went along. Any suggestions he made were well considered and thought through. Adrian made sure his work was thorough and we have really benefitted as our lounge area no longer has really cold air blowing up from the cellar.

We contacted Adrian and Peter for a paint job on a 2-bedroom house. From start to finish, they were exemplary in their professionalism and efficiency. Not only were they punctual and arrived on time, but they also worked diligently to complete the job as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and are grateful for their hard work and expertise.

We asked Adrian and his team to replace our soffits on the front and back of our 120 year-old house. There was localised water damage that needed attention. After agreeing a date, scaffolding was erected by a specialist in a very professional manner, and the work took a couple of weeks. During works, Adrian identified that lower sections of the roof also needed repair, which was straightforward for the team to address. At all times we were kept informed of progress and given the opportunity to make decisions about the works. The team conducted themselves professionally, arrived and left when they told us they were going to, and completed the work to an exceptional standard. No fuss, no drama, just an excellent and friendly service. We will definitely use this company again.

Had Adrian and his team install new oak flooring within my home. Living room Bedroom hallway. Great job done at a reasonable cost. Was kept to date all along. Little disruption to everyday life and they kept to the time scale. Would totally recommend.

AW builders repaired a crumbling chimney, re-surfaced a cracked flat roof and replaced all guttering to may home. They not only estimated the cost but also the time it would take. They arrived on time and completed the work within the time estimated (working Saturday morning to not go over). They came in on budget. Although the roof is old and probably needs redoing, when I heard a drip in the attic during a thunderstorm they arrived the next day and repaired it even though it was unlikely to have been caused by their original work. I was very pleased with the workmanship and will be doing more work with them. They are most conscientious.

Having put in three bathrooms in 2020 and doing a great job, we got Adrian and team to redecorate our hallway and landing following a leak while we were on holiday. We made a claim and Adrian quoted for the work for which the insurers paid in full. This meant plastering the whole area affected and repainting. We also changed out the radiator in the hallway. Having completed the work, Adrian was quick to fix a handful of minor issues. Adrian is highly conscientious and keen to ensure we are happy with the work and always calls to keep me up to date. I have no hesitation in recommending him. We have had him do work for us twice. Relatives of mine have used him many times as have all their friends and the results are consistently positive.

Adrian & AW Building Services just completed another job for us - an upgrade to bathroom. This included taking out toilet, ripping up floor and replacing, plumbing in new radiator, wiring in shaver socket, replacing extractor fan, filling cracks, painting, tiling and sealing. Pawel put his hand to everything, worked hard and did a stunning job. We're already discussing more work for the future.

AW Building Services did an excellent job building my new bathroom which was a complicated task to begin with, but Pawel’s workmanship and professionalism being exceptional, it ended with a product that exceeded my expectations. They have carried out several large jobs for us already and I have been consistently happy with the work they have done thus far. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident through their attention to detail ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the finished bathroom. Adrian always maintains the highest standards for himself and his brothers and I would have no hesitation in requiring his services again or recommending AW Building Services to others in the future.

We found Adrian on which website and we were impressed about the previous reviews he had, so we asked him if he could build our 4.50 meters kitchen extension, he said yes and he came to our house asap and access the house and take a look at the kitchen architectural drawings and gave us a quick reasonable price that we liked. Adrian and his team started the work on the agreed start date and they completed the work and also do some extra work in and around the house before the timescale that was scheduled. (Extra work done was decorating the Living room, replacing the Up-stair toilet and sink, replacing bathroom sink down-stair, replacing the radiators and putting insulations on the external rear and front walls of our house and many more). The teams was professional in doing their work, the construction of the kitchen was a very good quality and there was no mistakes at all, they also installed our kitchen cabinets and appliances that we brought from WREN kitchen and the kitchen installation was top-notch. I will recommend Adrian and his team to anyone who wants a quality building work and stress free service.

I contacted Adrian after reading his reviews and was not disappointed. Explained what I wanted which was a new kitchen fitted, decorating the living room and hallway along with just giving the bathroom a lick of paint. I had just purchased my new home and though the house is perfect the previous owner's taste was definitely not mine!! Adrian provided me with a very good quote in line with others but I choose Adrian due to the fact he talked me through everything and did not just say yes yes yes!! Adrian and his team arrived everyday when they said they would and did 8-8.30am and did a full days work finishing after 5.30pm even on a Saturday. By working this way it enabled his team to complete my job in 9 days perfect for before Christmas. Nothing was too much for the team and in some of the work required they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Adrian and his team so much so I plan to have them back to do more work next year March and July 2023. Adrian and his team have completed a number of jobs for us over the last few years including: laying laminated flooring, updating bathroom, tiling, and most recently replacing soffits, guttering, painting sills and garden fencing. His standard of work is excellent with good attention to detail. He is efficient and professional at all times and we have already booked him for more work next year.

This is the second time in the last few years we've had Adrian and his team do some work for us, this time a range of bits and pieces, including refurbishing an old porch, painting the kitchen and bathroom, repairing some issues with the roof, painting fascias, guttering and an old garden swing. It was all carried out with Adrian's usual care, professionalism, efficiency and good humour. We particularly appreciated his willingness to do small repairs here and there that he came across that we hadn't asked him to do.

I found AW Building Services via Which Trusted Traders, and they did an excellent job on our multistage project. Adrian replaced two ceiling joists in a Victorian property, and created a structure to support floor joists. He then reinstated the internal ceiling and a laminate floor with excellent attention to detail. He did a number of other tasks including repainting the front of the property, which now looks brand new. The best thing about Adrian is that he adds value and thinks of the best possible solution for each task, he is organised reliable and efficient with his time. I would definitely recommend AW Building Services and we have future projects planned with them already.

Business hired on a friend’s recommendation. They rewired my house fitted a additional radiator to my existing heating system saving me a fortune on the purchasing an electric one for the small space Clean & tidy and honest would highly recommend
