AW Building Services did an excellent job building my new bathroom which was a complicated task to begin with, but Pawel’s workmanship and professionalism being exceptional, it ended with a product that exceeded my expectations. They have carried out several large jobs for us already and I have been consistently happy with the work they have done thus far. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident through their attention to detail ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the finished bathroom. Adrian always maintains the highest standards for himself and his brothers and I would have no hesitation in requiring his services again or recommending AW Building Services to others in the future.

We found Adrian on which website and we were impressed about the previous reviews he had, so we asked him if he could build our 4.50 meters kitchen extension, he said yes and he came to our house asap and access the house and take a look at the kitchen architectural drawings and gave us a quick reasonable price that we liked. Adrian and his team started the work on the agreed start date and they completed the work and also do some extra work in and around the house before the timescale that was scheduled. (Extra work done was decorating the Living room, replacing the Up-stair toilet and sink, replacing bathroom sink down-stair, replacing the radiators and putting insulations on the external rear and front walls of our house and many more). The teams was professional in doing their work, the construction of the kitchen was a very good quality and there was no mistakes at all, they also installed our kitchen cabinets and appliances that we brought from WREN kitchen and the kitchen installation was top-notch. I will recommend Adrian and his team to anyone who wants a quality building work and stress free service.

I contacted Adrian after reading his reviews and was not disappointed. Explained what I wanted which was a new kitchen fitted, decorating the living room and hallway along with just giving the bathroom a lick of paint. I had just purchased my new home and though the house is perfect the previous owner's taste was definitely not mine!! Adrian provided me with a very good quote in line with others but I choose Adrian due to the fact he talked me through everything and did not just say yes yes yes!! Adrian and his team arrived everyday when they said they would and did 8-8.30am and did a full days work finishing after 5.30pm even on a Saturday. By working this way it enabled his team to complete my job in 9 days perfect for before Christmas. Nothing was too much for the team and in some of the work required they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Adrian and his team so much so I plan to have them back to do more work next year March and July 2023. Have also recommended this company to my friend who is planning some major building work done to her home next year. Thank you, Adrian and the boys.

Adrian and his team have completed a number of jobs for us over the last few years including: laying laminated flooring, updating bathroom, tiling, and most recently replacing soffits, guttering, painting sills and garden fencing. His standard of work is excellent with good attention to detail. He is efficient and professional at all times and we have already booked him for more work next year.

This is the second time in the last few years we've had Adrian and his team do some work for us, this time a range of bits and pieces, including refurbishing an old porch, painting the kitchen and bathroom, repairing some issues with the roof, painting fascias, guttering and an old garden swing. It was all carried out with Adrian's usual care, professionalism, efficiency and good humour. We particularly appreciated his willingness to do small repairs here and there that he came across that we hadn't asked him to do.

I found AW Building Services via Which Trusted Traders, and they did an excellent job on our multistage project. Adrian replaced two ceiling joists in a Victorian property, and created a structure to support floor joists. He then reinstated the internal ceiling and a laminate floor with excellent attention to detail. He did a number of other tasks including repainting the front of the property, which now looks brand new. The best thing about Adrian is that he adds value and thinks of the best possible solution for each task, he is organised reliable and efficient with his time. I would definitely recommend AW Building Services and we have future projects planned with them already.

Business hired on a friend’s recommendation. They rewired my house fitted a additional radiator to my existing heating system saving me a fortune on the purchasing an electric one for the small space Clean & tidy and honest would highly recommend

We've used Adrian and his brothers a number of times for roofing problems. He comes when he says he will and the work is of an excellent standard.

The team did a great job in installing a new kitchen, complete with new pipework, underfloor heating, Amtico flooring and electrical sockets and switches. They also moved my washing machine and dryer upstairs, which has been a game-changer. They worked tirelessly, quickly and efficiently, and left the house tidy at the end of each day and we’re a pleasure to have in the house. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an existing porch covering the front door and hall window of our nineteen thirties detached house. The existing porch roof was supported by a rendered breeze block wall and softwood supports which were showing signs of rot. We contacted AW Building Services through Trusted Traders and Adrian responded very quickly. He visited the house and we discussed our requirements to keep the existing tiled roof and floor but replace the side supports with a brick wall to match the house style and a hardwood frame to match the period oak front door. After listening carefully to our requirements Adrian came up with a proposal which we accepted and agreed a start date about eight weeks ahead. Adrian kept in contact with us in the weeks before starting and we agreed small modifications to the plan and start date. On the agreed start date the team arrived. We were shown and approved the materials to be used, the roof was propped and the sides demolished. Over the next two days the new support structure was built and the hard wood was stained to match the existing front door. Each evening the site was tidied and left secure. The final job was excellent. Adrian has a very good eye for detail and the finish was very sympathetic to the period of the house. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and attitude of his team. We would certainly use him again and would recommend his Company to others.

Adrian and his brother did an amazing job to create a custom space under our stairs. Struggled to find other traders who would take on the job but Adrian and his brother quoted a reasonable amount and completed the job to an incredibly high standard. Really a top notch service.

Adrian and his brother came to cut an access hatch to my subfloor (after doing two other jobs for me in the past). Although they are very busy, they did a great job, and spent time discussing what I wanted and making sure everything worked well for what I needed. This is the third time I have booked them and I would be delighted to book them again if needed.

We are very pleased with the work that Adrian and his team did for us. Good communication, professional service and very good workmanship. We will be very happy to use AW Building Services again in the future.

On contacting Adrian to request a quote to fix a failing/unsupported ceiling created by a previous builder, I went ahead and employed his services after reading his many positive reviews. Although, arguably, not the cheapest on the market, sometimes you just get what you pay for. In my case this was punctuality, attention to detail, reliability, knowledge, and the actual skills and ability to do the work to a satisfactory standard, within budget and on time. And that`s my high standards, not what some other builders feel is a high standard. The end product was a job very well done with the personal assurance from Adrian that if anything goes wrong (which I doubt) just to give him a call and he`ll put it right. He has since quoted me on quite a large extension (for a friend of 30 years) such is my confidence in his work. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him to a family member let alone a close friend.

This is the third time Adrian Wator and his extremely pleasant team have done building and decorating work on our premises. As before, they have been punctual, reliable, and well organised. They are fast, efficient and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. They give close attention to detail and are ready to accommodate minor additional requirements without quibbling over the cost. Once the work is complete they clean up thoroughly and leave the premises in top shape. I could not recommend them more highly.

The team worked very hard and completed the work (both inside and outside) quicker than I expected. They kept me closely informed and managed my expectations very well. The work was done to a high standard and they were very thorough - if I raised a query they dealt with it immediately. Work was carried out to the agreed budget, including some small extras that I asked for as the work progressed.

Adrian and his team did exactly what they said they would do. We could talk to Adrian at any time and he kept us informed about the order of work and what he and his team were doing. They were all approachable, polite and good time keepers. Their attention to detail and the quality of the materials they used blew us away. Nothing fazed them or was too much trouble. They left us feeling delighted and cared for and we feel they wouldn’t have done anything differently had they been doing this work for themselves. Over the years we’ve used numerous builders and AW Builders are head and shoulders above the rest. They are the ones we’ll be returning to.

Contacted Adrian for a quote for exterior paintwork. Very good price and suitable date agreed. The date was shifted a few days because of the weather but was all completed within the time agreed. Adrian and his team work hard and finished the job all as agreed with tidy working, clearing up and leaving all work areas tidy each evening. He was easy to contact with a prompt reply to any query. Will use AW again!!

Adrian and his team did 4 jobs for me including installing a new cloakroom toilet and sink, replacing a fluorescent light in the kitchen, repairing a leaking gutter and fixing 2 power sockets which had come loose. All work was completed successfully, no mess, guys very pleasant to deal with.

I contacted Adrian in May about the work needed. Adrian came to see what needed to be done and set a date when he was available. He and his team completed the repair to my porch in August. The job involved replacing some of the main wooden posts that had gone rotten, making good and preparing and painting the new posts. I found Adrian responded very promptly to my initial email requesting the service and was similarly prompt in all communications thereafter, keeping to dates and times and the initial quote as well. The team was polite and they tidied up well at the end of the job.

AW Building Services completed a full kitchen refurbishment for us in August 2021. This included taking the (very) old kitchen out, putting new lights in, installing a new kitchen, tiling, and painting the walls. We compared a couple of traders found on Which, and AW Building Services stood out from the start with quick and efficient communication. This proved the case throughout. Adrian was quick to respond to any queries or questions, before, during, and after the job. We had a clear plan, agreed timings, and agreed costings before the job. The work itself was done very efficiently and to a high standard. Throughout we were kept informed of progress, and any issues. But because Adrian and his team are so knowledgeable and experienced, we discussed everything beforehand, and we had no issues at all! (The only issue was with the kitchen manufacturer, but that's a whole different conversation) This was our very first renovation project, and after such a positive experience we are already planning the next one!

I phoned Adrian on a Friday morning in the hope of getting a continuous dripping leak from a toilet cistern repaired as soon as possible. One plumber I had used in the past could not help me on this occasion. Adrian phoned me back in the morning and arranged to look at the problem later in the day. His colleagues arrived at the end of the afternoon and solved the problem. Leak was repaired. Excellent service for what some would regard as a small job and on a Friday afternoon!

We engaged AW Building Services for this big extension project. Having previously used them to convert a room into a nice open bathroom and had a very good experience, especially with their aftercare support, we decided to engage AW services again for this project. We have been extremely pleased with the work done. Our extension consisted of a four meter high ceiling inclined roof with subsequent internal work, including extending our kitchen and reception, and an understairs cloakroom. AW Building services delivered a high quality work that very well aligned with the way we had visualised our project. Thanks to them we eventually got exactly what we wanted. Adrian and his team were all very polite, pleasant, jovial and very conscientious to make sure that everything was done according to what we needed. Everything was well communicated and discussed when needed. Not only Adrian, but each of his team would go out of their way to make sure we were happy with what they made. As with any big project, there were challenges which were sometimes out of their control - however they showed flexibility and good project management skills to ensure things progressed. In some instances, they would not hesitate to redo part of the work or do additional work (sometimes without any cost) to make sure things looked right. They took pride in what they do and that's a very good mark of a good builder. We've been getting compliments from visitors and we've already been recommending them.

Adrian's communication is excellent, keeping me well informed from first contact through to job completion. Adrian and his team were polite and considerate throughout the job. They worked very efficiently, and finished the job to a high standard and ahead of schedule.
