I read previous feedback on AW Building Services, and from that, appointed Adrian to install new worktops, cabinets and splashback to my kitchenette. I was not disappointed. I found Adrian to be prompt, polite and transparent in my dealings with him. The quotes he provided were very reasonable and he kept me up to date with new developments (e.g. when the suppliers I sourced missed some items). He was patient and flexible when this happened. His work is to a very high standard and I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a kitchen fitted.

We wanted a cupboard built in the space that used to hold a water tank, plus a new hall cupboard and bathroom door. Adrian answers his calls promptly, gives accurate quotes and keeps you informed of progress. He and his colleague worked hard, and produced good results within a shorter time than originally expected.

We have had a few bad experiences with builders, but who hasn't. When we decided to tackle some problems and renovations in our home, we felt uneasy about the task at hand, but luckily we found Adrian. He's been very clear, honest and professional right from the start and we felt in good hands from the moment the work begun. Adrian and his team work well together, responsibly and with a positive attitude when facing challenges whenever a problem arises and offers the best solution. Now that the work is finished, our home looks fantastic and our neighbours even ask us about the builders that did such a nice job. We will recommend Adrian and his team without hesitation for the quality of their skills and services. We feel very confident about Adrian's work, in fact, he will soon be taking on our next project. He knows what we expect and we trust he won't disappoint.

I one of the freeholders of a small block of flats in Islington. We accepted a quote from Adrian to undertake a range of exterior works including repairing and painting walls, fixing a metal gate post, preparing and painting metal railings and a walkway, recovering a flat roof, removing overhanging branches from a neighboring property and replacing damaged gas meter covers. The work also included repairing interior walls damaged by damp, applying sealant to prevent future water damage, redecorating, fitting and replacing door fixtures. Adrian and his team began work promptly on the agreed date and, despite problems with the weather, completed the work on schedule. The other freeholders and myself were very pleased with the quality of the work. We found Adrian and his team friendly and their work is certainly of a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Adrian and his team carried out a full kitchen renovation, full bathroom renovation and plastered and replaced the ceilings in the hallway and landing of my 3 bed house. This included installing a new boiler, rearranging the bathroom layout, laying wooden flooring and tiling. They also installed three new door frames and doors. The work was carried out to a high standard and at a fair price compared to other quotes we’d received. Adrian was communicative, responsive and extremely helpful when it came to finding solutions to issues that arose along the way. When small jobs were not quite done to our spec, the work was redone without any question and Adrian made sure we were always 100% happy with the work carried out. His team were friendly and likeable (not always important but helpful when dealing with people for 8 weeks!). I would definitely recommend Adrian and his team. I’ve already booked them in to carry out some more work.

I needed trader to finish off my bathroom renovation after very bad experience with cowboy builders. I found Adrian on Trusted Traders and was amazed with amount of positive feedback he received from previous customers. I was living on building site with my 2 children and heavily pregnant wife after dumping cowboys builders and I needed to get the job done before new baby arrives. Adrian had no any dates available before April 2020, but he decided to help us due to difficult situation we were in. He went above and beyond to finish off our bathroom before baby arrival. His team was working overtime and weekends to get the job done for us. Adrian’s customer service is amazing. He always keeps in touch and informs you about progress of the job and difficulties arising. Nobody likes to correct someone’s poor workmanship and Adrian did not like it also, but he decided to help us because he is such a good person. There were few minor quality issues after work completion, but Adrian was always more than happy to come back and rectify everything. Thank to Adrian we had our bathroom ready on time. Thank you very much!!! I will be hiring Adrian to decorate my flat in very near future and I can highly recommend his services to anybody. Keep it up Adrian!

Adrian and his team painted the outside of our house did a great job. very Professional nothing was too much for them Highly recommend them.

Adrian's communication was excellent and he completed the work very quickly, and cheaper than expected.

I contacted Adrian in May about the work needed. Adrian came to see what needed to be done and set a date when he was available. He and his team completed the repair to my porch in August. The job involved replacing some of the main wooden posts that had gone rotten, making good and preparing and painting the new posts. I found Adrian responded very promptly to my initial email requesting the service and was similarly prompt in all communications thereafter, keeping to dates and times and the initial quote as well. The team was polite and they tidied up well at the end of the job.

Adrian arrived yesterday afternoon with his team. We discussed what needed to be rectified with the carport and fencing. A plan was agreed between the two of us and he set to work immediately with his team. At the end of today, all rectification work has been completed to a high standard. If I have any problems in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Adrian who has assured me that he will listen and do any work that may be required. It is reassuring to know as a customer that Adrian is approachable if problems arise from his work. He was willing to listen to my concerns and come to an agreed plan of action quickly. All work was carried out and completed in the timeframe that we agreed. A lot less stressful than what I had prepared myself for, having had past experienced in the past with traders when things have gone wrong. Thank you Adrian for listening to my concerns and taking on board what needed to be done quickly and completing all the rectification work in a timely manner.

This is the second time in the last few years we've had Adrian and his team do some work for us, this time a range of bits and pieces, including refurbishing an old porch, painting the kitchen and bathroom, repairing some issues with the roof, painting fascias, guttering and an old garden swing. It was all carried out with Adrian's usual care, professionalism, efficiency and good humour. We particularly appreciated his willingness to do small repairs here and there that he came across that we hadn't asked him to do.

Adrian and his team have completed a number of jobs for us over the last few years including: laying laminated flooring, updating bathroom, tiling, and most recently replacing soffits, guttering, painting sills and garden fencing. His standard of work is excellent with good attention to detail. He is efficient and professional at all times and we have already booked him for more work next year.

AW Building Services did an excellent job building my new bathroom which was a complicated task to begin with, but Pawel’s workmanship and professionalism being exceptional, it ended with a product that exceeded my expectations. They have carried out several large jobs for us already and I have been consistently happy with the work they have done thus far. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident through their attention to detail ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the finished bathroom. Adrian always maintains the highest standards for himself and his brothers and I would have no hesitation in requiring his services again or recommending AW Building Services to others in the future.

Adrian and Piotr are excellent builders. They take pride in their work and don't cut corners. They are tidy, clean and courteous. My wife and I booked Adrian to change remove and fit an interior wall, fit doorframes and doors, skim a ceiling, paint walls and woodwork and a bunch of other tasks. The quality of their work and work rate was superb and they were great at doing those little extra things that cropped up. When I added bigger items to the scope, they were fair and reasonable in the pricing and additional time. We all worry about builders coming into our homes, the disruption and the quality of work. I was delighted with how considerate Adrian and his team were and would definitely recommend them in all aspects (and because I know it's an issue: they never left my WC dirty!). We're delighted with their work and will definitely have them back in future.

Adrian worked on repairing external brickwork, re-pointing, rendering and fixing cracks on multiple external walls, including installing helibars, and replacing a broken gutter. Adrian was always on time, very communicative and detail-oriented. We have already enquired with Adrian about further work, and we would highly recommend Adrian to others.

Adrian was recommended to me by a neighbour. We had a bad leak in our roof, spotted just before Christmas where rain was entering the top floor and running down the bedroom wall. Unsurprisingly Adrian was not free to fix it just before Christmas, (no one was), but gave us a temporary fix (free) just to stop any further ingress of water. This 'can do' attitude persuaded me to engage him to do the job permanently in the New Year. He completed the job when he said he was going to and made really neat work of it. No further ingress of water in spite of torrential rain. The loose coping stones are now fixed and the brick fascia, cleaned. Great attention to detail and I would say pride in his work. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend him.

Adrian came around very promptly to review the work needed. He took good notes and returned a quote soon afterwards. He and his brother rendered the back wall that was leaking and repaired all of the guttering and pipework that was damaged. Adrian was always extremely polite and professional and the work looks up to a high standard. I would use him again without doubt.

Adrian gave me a professional service. Arrived at arrange time and assessed what was required and the time needed to repair and repaint the outside brickwork on the house. The work needed was finished within the time quoted and the area was clear and tidy at the end of each day Adrian kept me informed when needed and the finished work is 1st class I would gladly ask for his services again.

Adrian and Piotr did great work at insulating the underfloor of our ground floor from underneath, via a small hatch, using mineral wool. Adrian initially visited inspected and gave us a very competitive quote. However, he was so busy we had wait a while for installation. I'm glad I did. I could have gone with another provider, but Adrian's knowledgable assessment, both in person and in the quote, gave me confidence that he was the right person for the job. When it came to the job, they laid down dustsheets, worked fast, didn't make too much mess, and kept me updated with progress and any decisions made. In the end the job went well and finished slightly ahead of schedule, and Adrian left the place tidy. I recommend underfloor insulation (I can feel the benefit already), and I recommend Adrian and AW Building Service for the job!

I really appreciated the care to assess the work needed, not oversold, no sucking of teeth (!). Clear explanation of required work, willing to adapt when some extras added. Great communications, and they did what they said they were going to do, were clear when they couldn't do certain things, or others could do it better, showed up on time, finished on time, and on budget. We've already signed them up for another project.

Timely completion to specification agreed and some added touches included to make the job first class. Everything clean and tidy when finished. Highly recommended.
