Adrian and his team did a great job for us - replacing the tired facia and soffits in our porch and installing a stainless steel handrail on our staircase. He also sorted out a drainage issue while he was with us. I cannot recommend him highly enough - he and his team were prompt, quick, tidy, cleaned up and overall a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly use his services again.

We employed Adrian and his firm to add a small wc upstairs along with several other smaller jobs. It was done to budget and ahead of schedule. All the men were friendly and conscientious. Communication was very good; Adrian always made it clear what they were doing or were going to do.

Adrian and his team recently renovated our living room, getting rid of some terrible artex on the ceiling and re-skimming the whole room. They also moved and installed a new radiator, fitted a new door and laid new flooring. They also have prepared an archway for some french doors, unfortunately the doors haven't arrived yet but Adrian has been very flexible agreeing to come back later when they do. They were very reliable and polite when carrying out the work. They have done a fantastic job especially given how bad the artex was. We are really happy with the results and would recommend Adrian for any project.

I can't recommend Adrian and his team highly enough. They just completed a multiple bathroom job for us including putting in a steam room. They have been consistently professional and extremely painstaking in getting everything done to an optimal level of quality. A pleasure to have around the house.

I contacted Adrian to repair a capped chimney that had been damaged by the recent winter weather. He replied promptly and gave a good price. Good communication to organise the job, polite and very helpful. On the day the job was done quickly and efficiently and all work clean and tidy. I’m now asking Adrian to quote for decorating the outside of the house.

I hired Adrian and his team to level an uneven part suspended / part concrete floor and lay engineered wood flooring. They also installed a number of vents in the external walls and chimney breast of my Victorian flat. Adrian was reliable and organised when quoting for and arranging the work. I thought his quote was very clear and reasonable for the amount of work. The week that he and his team were in my flat, I needed to be out at work, but Adrian called every afternoon to update me on progress and what they had found (I had been concerned about rotten joists). When the floor was lifted it turned out that the original plan to level with plywood would not have been practical and Adrian contacted me to agree to a different way of levelling the floor (for which he did not charge anything extra). Adrian and his team showed up on time each day and were very tidy and considerate of my flat and my neighbours (who described them as the tidiest builders they had ever seen). The end result looks great and I will be arranging more work with Adrian's team.

Adrian has done more work in our house at the end of last year as it was planned. He also managed to accommodate some extra unplanned work. His standards of work have remained very high. We are so glad he did all the work we needed done which was all around the house, it included garden walls rendering, fencing, outside walls insulation, paving, indoor flooring replacement, new kitchen etc. Basically Adrian, and of course his team, have now done a lot of work for us and we have been extremely pleased with the results. We will undoubtedly call on Adrian again when the need arises and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to our friends. I called Adrian for a quote after my roof started leaking. I'd researched what the cost might be beforehand so had an idea of what would be reasonable. He came round, took pictures of the roof and sent them to me so I could see what work needed doing and gave me a price that was within the range I'd expected. He arrived on time on the date agreed and remained on site to supervise his team over the two days the work was carried out. He kept me informed as things progressed so I knew what was happening and when. The work was completed on time and on budget and they left the area clean and tidy. The aftercare was great too. When I had a concern he popped round to take care of it the next day. I'm pleased with my new roof and would have no hesitation recommending Adrian.

Contacted Adrian for a quote for exterior paintwork. Very good price and suitable date agreed. The date was shifted a few days because of the weather but was all completed within the time agreed. Adrian and his team work hard and finished the job all as agreed with tidy working, clearing up and leaving all work areas tidy each evening. He was easy to contact with a prompt reply to any query. Will use AW again!!

This is the third time Adrian Wator and his extremely pleasant team have done building and decorating work on our premises. As before, they have been punctual, reliable, and well organised. They are fast, efficient and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. They give close attention to detail and are ready to accommodate minor additional requirements without quibbling over the cost. Once the work is complete they clean up thoroughly and leave the premises in top shape. I could not recommend them more highly.

I contacted Adrian after reading his reviews and was not disappointed. Explained what I wanted which was a new kitchen fitted, decorating the living room and hallway along with just giving the bathroom a lick of paint. I had just purchased my new home and though the house is perfect the previous owner's taste was definitely not mine!! Adrian provided me with a very good quote in line with others but I choose Adrian due to the fact he talked me through everything and did not just say yes yes yes!! Adrian and his team arrived everyday when they said they would and did 8-8.30am and did a full days work finishing after 5.30pm even on a Saturday. By working this way it enabled his team to complete my job in 9 days perfect for before Christmas. Nothing was too much for the team and in some of the work required they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Adrian and his team so much so I plan to have them back to do more work next year March and July 2023. We contacted Adrian about under floor insulation for our lounge. He was consistently on time, polite and kept us informed about his progress. Checking with us about potential tweaks to his work as he went along. Any suggestions he made were well considered and thought through. Adrian made sure his work was thorough and we have really benefitted as our lounge area no longer has really cold air blowing up from the cellar.

Had Adrian and his team install new oak flooring within my home. Living room Bedroom hallway. Great job done at a reasonable cost. Was kept to date all along. Little disruption to everyday life and they kept to the time scale. Would totally recommend.

We asked Adrian and his team to replace our soffits on the front and back of our 120 year-old house. There was localised water damage that needed attention. After agreeing a date, scaffolding was erected by a specialist in a very professional manner, and the work took a couple of weeks. During works, Adrian identified that lower sections of the roof also needed repair, which was straightforward for the team to address. At all times we were kept informed of progress and given the opportunity to make decisions about the works. The team conducted themselves professionally, arrived and left when they told us they were going to, and completed the work to an exceptional standard. No fuss, no drama, just an excellent and friendly service. We will definitely use this company again.

I have no hesitation in recommending AW Building Services. Having previously experienced mixed levels of service from other builders, it was refreshing and a real pleasure to have Adrian and Piotr working on our property. Polite, tidy, timely (i.e. turned up to work consistently and completed project to expected timescale), all cost variations agreed in advance (these were all due to changes I requested), work executed to a high standard. I engaged Adrian to work on our house after receiving quotes from a few builders. Adrian was mid-range price-wise, and very personable when we met. What really sealed the deal was the glowing review I got from a recent customer. They were very happy to talk me through their project and how Adrian and Piotr had been so helpful and professional throughout. Work done at our property was: - Rear patio (including removal of the previous patio, flower beds- and retaining walls). - Extension to the existing garage (>2m deep foundation, internal fit out, etc). - Brick-built bike shed / external storage with a shingle roof. - Floodlight installation. - Replacement of soffits/fascia/guttering downspouts etc. -Painting. There were a number of technical and practical challenges. Through clear communication and discussion, they were able to suggest excellent solutions to all issues. There was also a huge volume of sheer physical labour that would have broken lesser men, but Adrian and Piotr just slogged through it all. Will be glad to have them back. 😀

I needed work to be done to the exterior of my house, paint was peeling, the masonry was falling apart and the brickwork needed extensive repair. Adrian and his brother set to work and did a superb job. I am so pleased with the result. Adrian is very knowledgeable and he and his brother have a knack for putting you at ease. He always explained everything and kept me up to date every step of the way. Both Adrian and his brother took great care over everything they did. Nothing was too much trouble and once they got started I knew that me and my house were in safe hands. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and if any debris fell in the neighbours' property, they made sure to clean that up too. I will definitely be asking Adrian to come back to do other jobs in the near future. My neighbours were impressed with the work Adrian and his brother were doing. From inside the house I could hear the praise being heaped upon them as they worked. As a result, they want them to do work for them too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian he is professional and passionate about what he does. He really cares and is keen to do a great job, which he achieves.

Adrian did an excellent job of painting and repairing the front of my house. He was very punctual, polite, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing and needed to be done. The work was of excellent quality and was completed within the original timescale. I was particularly impressed with the repair to some brickwork. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I added a couple of small jobs outside his quote. Everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day. We’ve had a full refurbishment of our mid-terrace London home, and Adrian and Piotr have been fantastic from start to finish. They lifted and levelled our floorboards, insulated and plastered the ground floor, installed new drainage in the subfloor, built bespoke cupboards, tiled throughout (including a beautiful fireplace), painted, and added lovely arches and shelving in our front room. They’re incredibly reliable. They always turn up when they say they will, and were thoughtful and accommodating while working around us living in the house. Everything was completed to a high standard, and they left the place clean and tidy each day. They’re also reasonably priced and genuinely trustworthy. We’ll definitely be using them again for our rear extension and loft conversion. Highly recommend them for any building works.

Having used Adrian and Piotr on work to our home last year, I had no hesitation in using them again. A delivery lorry reversed into our garden wall partially demolishing it. Adrian came out very quickly to help tidy the site and make sure everything was safe. He provided a reasonable quote to repair (cleaning and reusing existing bricks wherever possible to ensure we still have a perfect match with remaining (undamaged) section of wall. Work was completed on time and to agreed budget. As ever, very courteous and tidy work practices, and we are very pleased with the quality of work they have done and the finish. Will use Adrian and Piotr again for any further building work we have in the future.
