Adrian and his team did 4 jobs for me including installing a new cloakroom toilet and sink, replacing a fluorescent light in the kitchen, repairing a leaking gutter and fixing 2 power sockets which had come loose. All work was completed successfully, no mess, guys very pleasant to deal with.

Adrian made repairs to external brick work, replacing a couple of bricks and mending damaged pointing. He also re-secured a down pipe. As far as i can tell the work is of good quality. Adrian was friendly, arrived on time, completed the work in good time. he was helpful, taking on the down pipe work on the day, having visited previously to asses and estimate the work needed to the bricks. He kept in touch when needing to. I will definitely be using him again if i need more work on the house.

AW have done several jobs for us over the past few years, including internal and external paintwork, plastering, and roofing repairs. All work done to a high standard and finished on time. I'm sure we will be using them again.

On contacting Adrian to request a quote to fix a failing/unsupported ceiling created by a previous builder, I went ahead and employed his services after reading his many positive reviews. Although, arguably, not the cheapest on the market, sometimes you just get what you pay for. In my case this was punctuality, attention to detail, reliability, knowledge, and the actual skills and ability to do the work to a satisfactory standard, within budget and on time. And that`s my high standards, not what some other builders feel is a high standard. The end product was a job very well done with the personal assurance from Adrian that if anything goes wrong (which I doubt) just to give him a call and he`ll put it right. He has since quoted me on quite a large extension (for a friend of 30 years) such is my confidence in his work. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him to a family member let alone a close friend.

The work was carried out professionally. The trader was very polite and helpful. He explained to me what needed to be done and the finished work was very commendable. The whole job was done to both the budget and schedule. I would certainly recommend AW Building Services to all my friends.

I found AW Building Services via Which Trusted Traders, and they did an excellent job on our multistage project. Adrian replaced two ceiling joists in a Victorian property, and created a structure to support floor joists. He then reinstated the internal ceiling and a laminate floor with excellent attention to detail. He did a number of other tasks including repainting the front of the property, which now looks brand new. The best thing about Adrian is that he adds value and thinks of the best possible solution for each task, he is organised reliable and efficient with his time. I would definitely recommend AW Building Services and we have future projects planned with them already.

This is the third job that Adrian and his team have done in my property. Over the time, they have installed three new ceilings, done a comprehensive interior redecoration, repaired and repainted the window frames and now repointed an outside wall. Their performance has always been exemplary. They are utterly dependable and provide first-class workmanship in record time. They have been a pleasure to deal with for all concerned. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Adrian has done an excellent job repairing an outside wall on my property which included fixing cracks and repointing. He also was able to point out issues with an upstairs property which were affecting mine. He was hardworking, conscientious and reliable, and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I would definitely use his company again.

This is my first review on any builder whatsoever. The work of AW Services is fantastic and prompt. I have been in touch with at least 3 builders before contacting AW Services. 1 gave high price and said he didn't know what is the reason for this issue and didn't get back when I asked for photos of his previous work. Another one didn't turn up on time. 3rd came at a different appointment time but didn't even get back inspite of speaking promisingly. Now Adrian was prompt and infact finished the work on schedule. He was quite accomadative on payment schedule too. His men were wearing proper PPE onsite with the company name. Even after care, he was keen to help beyond his work, gave good suggestions on other repair work too. I would definitely use his skills in the future and recommend him 100%

The team did a great job in installing a new kitchen, complete with new pipework, underfloor heating, Amtico flooring and electrical sockets and switches. They also moved my washing machine and dryer upstairs, which has been a game-changer. They worked tirelessly, quickly and efficiently, and left the house tidy at the end of each day and we’re a pleasure to have in the house. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
