Adam and the team worked 4 days on a complex installation of a boiler for our house. As it is a large old house, the installation was complicated by the previous installation that has many defects and incorrect schematic. They work relentlessly over a few days, staying overtime. The team is friendly, professional, expert and knowledgeable. Explanations were provided regularly during the works and were clear and easy to understand. The work was completed in the expected timeline and within budget. Quite impressed by the expertise and know-how.

I requested this contractor carry out boiler services on two properties I manage in the same building. Both required remedial work arising from the service. For the first boiler I was told a switch was faulty and I would need to contract an electrician to fix. For the second boiler there were several issues requiring a part to be ordered. But I was given no information about this until I contacted for it. When I asked for a quote I was given the hourly rate, which isn't a quote. Communication has been very poor and I would not recommend.

Called 8.30.plumber arrived 10.15,fixed the leak behind the washing machine, tested everything and left the place, clean and tidy. Brilliant job well done.

The time between my initial call to AZ Plumbing Contractors and the day he called round was less than a week, which is already notable! Adam was prompt (he arrived at 8am on the dot as arranged) and he was courteous & considerate throughout but above all, he did a fantastic job of sorting out our problem on his first visit. I've already booked a long overdue boiler service with complete confidence.

The job was booked in with little delay and the job was done as scheduled and within budget. The end result was neat and well done.

I contacted AZPC after I'd found a leak in my cellar and my usual plumber was unavailable. It was a horrible job: the water was coming from the stopcock on the lead cold water supply pipe in a cramped, dark, spiderweb-filled cellar. Adam was immediately helpful and reassuring, and came first thing the next morning. He fixed the issue quickly and tidily, and also serviced the boiler and fixed a dripping shower. He gave useful advice, was professional, considerate, wore a face mask (as legally required during Covid restrictions but not so common among tradesmen), and did the work quietly. Prices were reasonable and transparent, the whole thing cost less than I feared. I immediately recommended him to my neighbour who has had trouble finding a decent plumber - I'm really happy/relieved to have found Adam and would urge you to give him a go.

We initially called Adam when our boiler pegged out. To our shame, we had been pretty negligent about getting it serviced and he has given us a greater awareness of the need to keep up to speed on this. Our Victorian house has a pretty cranky heating system and once the boiler was sorted Adam did a full drain down of the system as there was a blockage somewhere. He said it was one of the most labour intensive jobs he’s ever done (a polite way of putting it!) and we now have a hugely more efficient system. Good plumbers don’t come cheap but they are worth every penny.

Our Nest thermostat stopped working, requiring a replacement of the heat link. This installation was done quickly and efficiently, and all the paperwork was in keeping with that required by Google for a refund. Highly recommended.

Adam carried out a service of the boiler that he fitted for me last February as well as a landlord’s gas safety check. I am, as ever, entirely satisfied with all aspects of his work. He is reliable and punctual. His communication is excellent. The standard of his work is very high and good value. I would not hesitate to recommend him, indeed I have done so to friends.

We installed a small kitchen in our attic and needed to get the water up from a bathroom on the floor below. It also needed a waste pipe running outside the house to be plumbed in. It was not a very easy job. Adam worked very hard to do the job. He is very efficient, tidy and kept us well informed of everything and the job came in on budget.

Adam is so thorough and professional. He did a great jon with our boiler service and gave us support and advice with problems we were having with our heating. He fitted a nest and evem popped out during the fitting to go to screw fix as the nest didnt come with a mount. Would 100% recommend. Great service and covid secure.

After moving into a new flat I realised I had inherited a dodgy underfloor heating system and boiler, I, therefore, organsied for an engineer from AZPC to come over and give the system a check-up. Adam from AZPC was able to identify exactly what was wrong and priced me up a very reasonable quote especially considering the amount of work that was required to rectify the issues, power flush the system, and service the boiler. My heating system now works perfectly. Adam was professional and his work was fantastic, and so I highly recommend AZPC!

We contacted this company to fix a leaking pipe and sink sealing that was soaking underneath the kitchen sink. Adam picked up the phone the first time we called, gave us an immediate quote and was able to perform the work later that day. He sought information beforehand to assess household risk of Covid-19 and wore PPE, all very reasonable precautions given the ongoing pandemic. He performed the work to good quality and in addition rearranged the layout of the pipes under the sink to make it easier for us to store things, without us having to ask him. We were very pleased with his work and consider the cost reasonable given market prices, the quality of work and the level of service. We will be in contact again for future work.

I had a drain blocked past the u-bend that I was unable to fix myself. Adam responded very quickly, arrived exactly when he said he would, and did the work very well, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. I felt very secure that social distancing was followed during the lockdown, and the necessary precautions are taken.

I phoned AZ plumbing in the morning about a leak under the kitchen sink which had been dripping for a few weeks and had recently become worse. Mr Zakrocki attended within a few hours as arranged having checked the offending pipe on a photo he asked me to send him. He was very courteous in his manner and clearly knew his stuff, fixing the leak within an hour. He has a good website with details of quotes for various types of work and he charged me a little less than I was expecting: his prices seem very reasonable. Lastly, in these times of Covid 19 he was careful to check if anyone was ill or vulnerable at the premises and was careful to keep the recommended distance as well as wearing a mask and gloves, which was reassuring. I would thoroughly recommend AZ Plumbing Contractors to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I had a good experience with AZ Plumbing Contractors. I called them they arrived within 2 hours, sort out the water pressure and a leak from the tap within an hour.

Adam came out to my place this morning within hours of me calling him. In a short period of time had dealt with a badly clogged and unpleasant drain, tidied up completely and advised on how to avoid the problem in future. Was thorough, pleasant and suitably concerned about social distancing (currently mid lock down). Could not have been happier and recommend without reservation. Best money I’ve spent all lockdown!

Adam literally saved our lives! My partner and I were removing a gas pipe that a builder was supposed to have capped. But... surprise gas started to come out of it! We were so worried as a gas leak is extremely dangerous. I contacted Adam and he explained to me how to stop the gas straight away. Within 30 minutes Adam was over at hour flat. He also instructed us about how to keep a safe distance due to Coronavirus. He fixed the leak in no time! Adam was very professional and thorough. The problem presented initially as a blocked kitchen sink but, even once that seemed cleared, he was not satisfied and went on to lift the manhole cover, where he discovered that the whole drain was blocked and he cleared that. If he had stopped after 'phase 1' - which others might have - I would have had a recurring problem.

Adam replaced a toilet, fitted a new plug, replaced a water heater valve and resolved a waste pipe issue. All on time to the agreed schedule identified an issue whilst carrying out the work and resolved this as well. Polite, reliable and very tidy. This is the fifth time I have used Adam and highly recommend him as a high quality tradesman.
