Checked electrical bonding and completed necessary paperwork and permits, as well as fitting the actual (Hypervault) unit.

Initially I had an issue with the hot water switch on my tank but Libby found the problem was the tank itself. Once he installed the necessary replacement parts and serviced the tank, I had constant hot water for the first time in weeks. Libby was prompt and very professional. I cannot rate Libby highly enough. I would definitely use his services again.

Francesca was a delight to deal with when getting a quote and arranging the fitting. Helpful video links were provided. The quote was competitive and we'd prefer to use local trades if feasible. Libby did a great job fitting the charger - nothing was too much trouble and the standard of workmanship was very good. Francesca came on site to assist and was very helpful. From start to finish the level of service, attention to detail and advice given on EV chargers from both Francesca and Libby has been superb. Emails and phone calls were always followed up and no matter how many questions were asked about the process, certification or installation, nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone at Azzurri. Costs were always fully itemised and if Libby was able to make a cost saving he would. Installation by both Libby and Francesca was carried out as promised and all follow up documentation was received in a timely manner after completion. Even when we experienced a problem with the Zappi’s housing, MyEnergi sorted it very quickly and Azzurri was chosen to carry out the repair work, which again Libby completed to a high standard. We recently moved into a house that already had an EV charger fitted. However no matter how we tried we could not get it to work. We got a recommendation from a neighbour to try Libby Azzurri. A phone call made to Francesca and though he was very busy, was able to arrange for Libby to call a few days later. Francesca, being concerned that we could not charge our car at home, provided me with local public charging stations and which was cheapest. In addition she provided information on electricity suppliers with tariffs tailored to EV charging. Libby arrived and efficiently reconfigured the charger to clear the fault, in addition he set up the RFID keys and the app for my mobile phone making sure that I understood how to operate it. Finally doing a test charge on the car before waving goodbye. Excellent service. And the cost? Very very reasonable. Many thanks to Libby and Francesca.

I found Libby on a list of EV Chargers on the government grant site. I thought I would engage with Azzurri as the most local Contractor. He visited the house to review the work necessary and to provide an estimate. He gave me good advice on all the chargers available and also on the most suitable energy supplier to switch to. He has two electric cars himself and so is very knowledgeable. Francesca in the office is extremely helpful and sent me several UTube videos to help. I wanted the installation quickly and they pulled out all the stops to fit me in. The work was done exactly when I was advised it would be. They did all the paperwork or me and sent me the necessary test certificate when it was all completed. The estimate turned out to be very accurate. I would highly recommend Libby and Azzurri Electrical.

We were delighted with the work Libby carried out for us installing an electric vehicle charging point. We found him on the Which website and were so glad we did. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We found him to be extremely conscientious and careful and he did an excellent job of installing our EV charging point. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and have already booked in some further electrical work.

First of all, I can recommend the service provided by both Francesca and Libby from Azzurri Electrical. An old fuse box has been replaced and updated to comply with EICR regulation requirements. Everything requested was completed on time and to budget. Organisation by Francesca was perfect, and the electrical work undertaken by Libby was completed in both a friendly and professional manner. Any issues were resolved quickly, and Libby kept us informed of the work undertaken, and would not leave without ensuring that everything was completed. I highly recommend this company.

Got a free survey and quote, decided to go ahead, was given a date and time, was asked what colour I wanted my Hypervolt to be, the install was done professionally, and it was left neat and tidy. Libby said he was not happy with something and would be back the following day to put it right, which he did. Wonderful job, can't recommend highly enough. Got the bill, and it was actually less than the quote as he used less cable than expected, which I was pleasantly surprised by. All the relevant paperwork was sent through, and an offer of help if I needed it in picking the right electrical tariff. A+

Azzurri Electrical & Plumbing have been really great. They gave a prompt response to my original enquiry and had very good communication. I asked them to come over to fix my two emersion water heaters which had stopped working and also to look into getting some extractor fans installed. Mr Azzurri arrived when he said he would, was really friendly and clearly knew his stuff. The whole thing took less time than I had feared even including the examination of the loft in order to give a quote for the fans, this despite discovering some more work that needs doing in the process. They followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was still working right. Will be very happy to have him back to do those extractor fans.

Very pleased to have found Libby who fitted interior and exterior lights and sockets. He came when he said he would, is obviously very competent, thorough and cleaned up before he left. Would be pleased to use Azzurri Electrical again if anything is required.

Azzurri Electrical were highly impressive from just the first site visit. Libby spent two hours discussing our needs and electrical issues and even testing circuits. We had already decided on a Hypevolt 2.0 electric vehicle charger which is small, neat and has great features. On Libby's advice, we also had an up to date consumer unit fitted, meeting all the latest edition regulations and providing better individual circuit protection. We also had the unit moved to a much more accessible position in the garage. It was a lot of work, but at last we have a properly commissioned and labelled home consumer unit. In addition there was work done to rectify decking / garden and conservatory light circuits, additional sockets in the garage, replacement LED strip lights in the garage & shed instead of old fluorescent tubes. There were also issues in the loft now all sorted. Libby and Francesca were very thorough and nice people to do business with. Knowledgable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We also get the appropriate NICEIC installation certificate and Building Control Notification. We were hightly satisfied with Azzuri Electrical, from initial visit to job estimates, to fitting and clearing up. Highly recommended.

Libby carried out an EICR at my home. All work was done very professionally, and it was very clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. An EICR is never straightforward, a lot of unforeseen problems can crop up but these were always thoroughly investigated, diagnosed and resolved. Highly recommended.

I approached a few companies for my EV car charger to be installed, I received a number of quotes, some cheaper, one was over £1200 more expensive. I read a few reviews of Azzurri, and after speaking to Francesca and discussing my needs, it was obvious that the cheaper quotes were going to go up. I am so glad that I used Azzurri for the installation, no hidden pricing, all parts clearly costed and I was made aware of the expected price, only difference would be if more materials were needed. Libby turned up at the booked time, worked throughout the day, didn't take a break. He even hoovered up the dust in the garage from the drilling works. The work site was left clean and tidy and the installation is perfect. I am so impressed, I am using them again for future works. I highly recommend Azzurri.

Libby installed a beautiful Andersen EV charger at my home. He and Francesca walked me through the process answering any of the questions that I had making the installation a breeze. Libby was always punctual, carrying out a high standard of work and taking the time to "make good" after the fitting. When I unfortunately had a hardware fault with the unit.
