I contacted Phil late at night as I had a problem with my front door. He replied by text soon after, and he rang me first thing in the morning. Phil managed to visit on the same day and fixed the door. All good!

After spending a fortune on a new bi-fold door I discovered that the lock was the cheapest of cheap and that could be banged open with a hammer and a screwdriver in a matter of seconds. After speaking to Phil at B&C he advised and provided me with the right sort of barrel lock and simple instructions on how to fit it myself. The quality of the lock is outstanding and I fitted with relative ease. I now sleep knowing that my family is safe and there is no chance anyone is coming in the back of the house.

I called on Tuesday to ask the locksmith to look at two of my locks. Visit arranged for Friday afternoon. One lock fixed by oiling. The other, at least thirty years old, needed replacement. Done quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

I called Phil after a few days of difficulty opening the front door. He came over within a few hours and was able to fix the lock. Also gave advice about other difficulties with the door. Punctual, efficient and a reasonable charge.

I needed security grilles on my new home as I am a female that lives on her own. I used Which? Trusted Traders as they have good traders. I paid nearly £4000.00 for security grilles on my patio and all my windows. The first time the security grilles locked 'popped' out when I tried to unlock the doors! The front door security lock came loose so anyone could enter the property. I cannot believe that I paid for 'SECURITY' that does NOT SECURE YOUR PROPERTY!! This 'security company' and I use that term very lightly!! Is a complete joke!! Today the locks fell out again!! So, hence this review just in case you are gullible enough to use this company! Every time I contact this trader he is busy! Oh, really? You were not too busy enough to take my cash! The locks he uses are 'cheap and nasty' to save money. So, your property isn't secure! I wish I never used this unprofessional disgusting company. I have telephoned him twice (Phil) in the last year to replace my locks! The first time they were replaced approximately a year ago, and then today they jammed/fell out again. Hence, I cannot enter my own garden until these cheap locks are replaced! What is the point of paying this company for security when your home is still unsecure due to the cheap locks they use. I might as well leave my front doors/windows open as the locks keep dropping out and any burglar/intruder can walk in. They will have no need to pick the locks and they just fall out once they are touched!

Called Phil to help me with a jammed lock. He fitted me in same day and arrived within a few hours (non emergency). Sorted the issue quickly and kept me updated. Price was more than reasonable! Would recommend.
