I used B & G Windows to carry out some repairs to my double glazed windows, which were completed last week. Communication was excellent. A no fee quote was provided, and the work was done well, and carried out at the time agreed. Which meant I could fit my work for that day around the repairs. Both Richard, who did the work, and Kerry, who arranged the timings etc, were friendly and personable. I would definitely use them again. Recommended.

We invited B&G Windows to quote us for a variety of window-related jobs. This included replacing window panes, fixing hinges and replacing handles. They were prompt and friendly in all their communications. They provided us with a very reasonable quote and explained fully how long it would take to source materials and to arrange a date for the work to be done. During the visit the work was completed to a very high standard. They were tidy and caused minimal disturbance to us, perfect as we were working from home. All in all we are very happy with the result. It exceeded our expectations! Our drafty windows are fixed and secure and we can enjoy the views out of our windows. We would definitely recommend B&G Windows.

Lock on UPVC front door broken - safety and security issue - thought it would be a new door but made enquiry by calling B and G as they did repairs as well as new installations and left message. Had call back very quickly - asked to send photos which i did - Richard called back and said he could fix it , gave me the price which i agreed and he picked parts up late afternoon and job was completed same day. Good efficient service and kept me in the picture of what was going to happen and when.

I had 25 window handles and some window brackets replaced. The service we received was efficient and carried out to a high standard. The tradesmen that came were professional and carried the work out in a very timely manner. The work carried out was as agreed and remained in budget. I would definitely recommend them.

We had new windows installed throughout the house. Lounge, Kitchen, Landing, Toilet, Bathroom and both upstairs bedrooms. B&G were excellent from start to finish. They had a system and it was seamless in execution and all work was finished to a very high standard and it all looks great. The B&G Windows team were personable and engaging and it was a smooth process from initial contact, to getting the quote, to the installation. Truly excellent and highly recommended.

Had all of the glass replaced in our front double glazed windows, excellent job, good price and they definitely knew what they were doing. Communication with the office was excellent and we didn't have to wait too long, from booking the estimate appointment to having the windows fitted was only a few weeks. Would definitely recommend.
