Billy did a great job replacing our en suite. He invested a large amount of time helping us pick the right units and created a 3D design so we could visualise what it would look like. Overall really pleased with outcome. And Billy was punctual, responsive and finished on time.

We had a new WB combi boiler installed by Billy. Billy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, advising us as to the type of boiler we needed for our size house, as well as water pressure. He was very responsive to all our (many!) questions and got back to us promptly. He also went out of his way to make sure we got the boiler installed before we had family to stay which was very appreciated. Installation was professionally and neatly done and per quoted budget. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend him.

Billy was recommended to me by a good friend and he came at a point of crisis. He was calm and careful with diagnosis of issues and came up with a good plan at a reasonable cost. He installed the new boiler and then had to problem solve an issue to do with the upstairs heating that had not been obvious from the start. Somehow finding the time to do the extra work, he fixed and soldered new piping and connected everything together brilliantly correcting the past issue that had not been dealt with properly when previous boiler had been installed some years before. He is very busy - because he is thorough and professional - but very much worth the wait (even though his communications are not always very clear!). He also got his friend Chris to finish off with plastering and bricking up hole in external wall so that the end result is neat and ready for decoration. I am glad that Billy will be servicing the boiler and keeping an eye on things going forward.

Billy has done loads of work on our house, sorted out some very strange pre-existing plumbing - replumbed all the upstairs from microbore, installed new radiators throughout the house, serviced the boiler, installed new loos and sinks in both cloakrooms. Everything he’s done has been great quality. Even when things have been tricky or unexpected he’s talked us through the options and come up with a solution. He’s always friendly and accommodating & tried to fit in with our timelines. Couldn’t recommend Billy highly enough

We had two boilers replaced at our property within a month of each other. Each time, when I called, Billy came round within 24 hours. The quote was emailed exactly whtn he said he would, the new boilers arrived on time and the work went smoothly. We had trouble getting the app to work and Billy contacted a friend to get further advice. When something seemed to be not working, Billy came round immediately to resolve the problem. Billy is polite, friendly and tidy. Have recommended him to a friend and trust that as he has our boilers booked in for service later this year, he will deliver on aftercare as well as he did on the installation.

We found Billy through an online directory in 2019 as we had bought a large period property that had no functioning heating whatsoever. From the few plumbers we got quotes from, Billy seemed to best understand the brief and expectation on our available budget and recommended an appropriate system. He came across as trustworthy and that proved to be the case as his work was excellent and the final system was able to effectively heat the whole property as well as serve high pressure to modern bathrooms we were fitting. Since then we haven’t hesitated to use him for all our plumbing projects over the last few years and regularly seek his advice before we start anything new. Not being from the area he also recommended to us other home renovation contacts for our ongoing projects. He is highly trustworthy, fairly priced and has always been at hand and quickly assisted if anything has come up.
