B&R Heating have looked after my Worcester Bosch boiler and heating system for over 11 years. They carry out regular annual maintenance of my boiler and respond almost immediately to any issues that I have had in the past. Being a family business, they know how important it is to have a good reputation and they certainly work hard to ensure this is the case. We had a leak with the boiler which was fixed really promptly. But as with heating systems something else when wrong after the engineer left. Got in contact the next day and by that evening everything was fixed and working better than ever. The staff in this company and genuine and care. Quick response and survey. Had several surveys conducted and Richards was the most professional and informative. He conducted a true calibrated water flow test and accurately recommended the best boiler (you can only get out what comes in). Highly professionally fitted in one day and left very clean and tidy/functioning well. The company also fitted an additional radiator at short notice and we were more than pleased with all of the work. We did have a problem after one day and the team promptly came out and identified our waste pipe was blocked a distance away from the boiler and the combi condenser drain off water had backed up, this was quickly fixed and all is well. This could not have been foreseen during installation and was fixed quickly and expertly. A great experience will use to service and again for other plumbing work. A week later running like a dream.

Because of the previous endorsements for B & R Heating, I asked for an estimate to replace my 91 year old Mother's 'Ferroli' combi boiler with a new 'Worcester' one. I rang for someone to come out to look at the installation requirements, also to give us a price for the job, The price quoted was exactly what I expected. Within seven days, B & R Heating turned up promptly on the agreed day, and time, and installed the new boiler in a professional manner, with good manners, politeness, and cleaned up as they went. I have no hesitation in joining others in recommending B & R Heating. So much so that my Brother is planning to have a new boiler installed in the near future, and I will do the same at a later date. B & R Heating responded very quickly and sorted our heating pump problem during the winter cold spell, from which we realised this was a company to trust, no up-selling for parts of the system that did not need replacing, and so they have now been with us for the last two days replacing our boiler and all radiators etc. Our system was over 25 years old, I could not believe the colour of the water drained out, wow! The whole process was excellent, the guys were brilliant, nothing was too much of a problem for them explaining everything as they went along. All our carpets were protected, all rubbish taken away, and a beautiful system fitted. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks once again to B & R Heating for a great job.

B&R Heating have just completed major works at our house. New boiler, new unvented cylinder, new pipework for new radiators and old tanks and cylinder removed from the loft and airing cupboard. B&R Heating were with us for a full week. Gary and Sam, both worked very hard for the time they were with us and were willing to answer my many questions raised with full and complete explanations. At times I could see the job was difficult and working in confined spaces wasn't easy for them but never once did I hear any complaint. They carried out the job very efficiently, respectfully and professionally and cleaned up at the end of every day, leaving the house as they found it. Richard came and introduced his crew on the first morning and then came at the end of the job to check everything and to commission the system. He explained the system to us to ensure we were happy and that we felt confident using it. Before the job started both Richard and Natalie, in the office, answered many questions that I put to them in preparation of the job starting, again with great patience. My husband and I expect very high standards of any work carried out in the house. B&R met and exceeded those standards and obviously have the same high standards themselves as neither my husband nor myself could fault them in anyway. We had quotes from 3 local contractors to replace our boiler. Richard was knowledgeable and talked through the options, listened to our requirements and submitted the best and best value quote. Booking the date was very efficient and the guys turned up on the appointed day at the expected time. They installed the boiler into a tricky space removing the old one and taking all the old parts and packaging away with them. The installation was efficient and they guys were polite and very professional. I'd have no hesitation in recommending B&R - they did a great job for an excellent price.

Having got in a few gas boiler installers to discuss replacing an old boiler, with care to the existing set up, it was Richard from B&R that impressed me most with attention to detail, clear explanations and understanding of my needs. Particularly impressed when a question arising from electrical wiring set up between the pump location and the boiler that may scupper a new boiler choice (they're 2 floors apart), meant Richard called in his friendly electrical contractor to take a look, who gave it the all clear. It was a winner all round when the quote was just less than my 2nd place choice, and the install was undertaken with consultation about best position for the new boiler to minimise disruption outside with the flue location, and inside for plumbing needs. Richard worked solidly, professionally, and tidily. All in all, thoroughly recommended, happy to support a local company, and we'll no doubt be talking about annual servicing. Thank you B&R Heating!

Had boiler serviced on 01/11/17. I Was contacted to ask me if service engineer could visit EARLIER than agreed! Engineer was punctual, professional, very friendly and offered us some great tips for keeping our boiler working properly. I was also pleasantly surprised by the charge. Went to the office to pay on 02/11/17 and was very impressed by the friendliness of the company receptionist who took the payment. Would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone. Thank you.

After shopping around we found B and R Heating and we are really glad we did, their quote was competitively priced and all of the work was done in a very clean manner with as little disruption as possible, even down to wearing shoe covers when coming round for the original quote!! We've been looking for someone who could install a new boiler for us. The plumbers I've called were rude but luckily I've found B&R Heating. Natalie, Richard and the team were all amazing. Very professional and friendly. We had our new boiler fitted before Christmas, shortly after the home visit. The quote took only couple of days and was presented to us very professionally. The engineers came on time, as promised, they were very knowledgeable and incredibly tidy. Richard popped in to see us in the morning too. Our new combi boiler was fitted in one day, mind you, we had the old system boiler, so there was more work involved. We couldn't be happier. We used Richard and his team to install a new a boiler for us . From the start to finish we found them extremely professional clean prompt polite with a nice tidy neat job .We would highly recommend as we had a bad experience with a plumber before . I arranged for B & R Heating to fit a new boiler for my disabled sister who usually finds it difficult dealing with traders. The people she dealt with from this company were polite and professional throughout. The cost was 50% cheaper than a national company quoted for the same boiler! When my oil fired boiler failed in Jan 2017, I approached B&R Heating and several other boiler companies for quotations. B&R Heating responded within 24 hours and visited the property 2 days later and over a weekend to assess the problem. By Tuesday of the following week, the new parts had been fitted and the boilers were back on line. This I might add was during one of the coldest spells in Cornwall. I found both Richard and his wife Natalie to be extremely helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. The costs were very reasonable and Richard went the extra mile to check the whole system out to ensure no other problems existed. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, should the need arise.

I use B&R Heating at work, where they put in two boilers some years ago. Being very impressed with them, I gave them a call when my boiler at home packed in. Someone was round the next day to have a look. New boiler was the recommended outcome, but this wasn't a pushy or forced decision, other options were discussed too. New boiler was quickly installed at a good price with the bonus of a long Worcester guarantee that B&R are able to offer. I needed a new boiler and cold called B&R plus two others. Richard was the only one to turn up as arranged and get quotes for alternatives sorted out promptly and efficiently. Excellent company. Gave me great advice and extremely good quote on the work to be done. Fitters arrived smack on time and carried out the job of replacing my old boiler very efficiently and with no mess. Was also given a complete run down on how to operate the new system and the details of the warranty. I had never used the company before and was so pleased with their work that they are now my service engineers. Would definitely recommend.
