Were recommeded to us by a neighbour (always a good sign). BT Projects fitted and tiled a new bathroom for us. Couldn't fault them. Communication is prompt. Quality of work is very high. They dealt with setbacks like failed deliveries and unexpected pipework and took it in their stride with no complaints. Cleaned up behind themselves everyday. I had a wonderful experience with B T Projects, my interactions were with Tudor, the MD. Tudor is the most professional, responsive and communicative person you can imagine. This makes it so much easier as I was not able to be on-site during the refurb (rental property). Tudor's quote was reasonable, and he had a lot of great ideas about the refurb, as I was at a bit of a loss at the beginning. He clearly gets it, is very experienced, and was able to lead me towards choosing the right materials and fixtures at an appropriate budget. I found this was really above and beyond the service I've had from others, where they were waiting for me to make decisions that I wasn't sure about. Tudor really went above and beyond answering any questions at all hours by Whatsapp. The work was done exactly on time, to a very high standard, on budget and the final result was stunning. My tenants can't quite believe the bathroom transformation. I couldn't be happier, and I recommend B T Projects to anyone looking to work with a true professional.

Tudor Bratu and his excellent team at BT Projects fitted a new bathroom for me in February 2021. I just cannot praise this company enough. Communication, workmanship, reliability, cleanliness. It was all absolutely top quality and so clearly run and staffed by people who know exactly what they are doing with no hanging on and no time wasted. I must particularly mention Stefan, who worked so hard and so precisely, and Sorin, who came every day and ensured that everything was running smoothly. Even when I changed my mind about a couple of things along the way, such as grouting and paint colours (which must have been frustrating for them!) they understood the situation, treated me sensitively and re-did things for me just as I requested. Having had a bad experience with a failed building project in the past which ended up in legal action, I am a naturally a rather nervous customer - but BT Projects made me feel very, very safe from start to finish. Very good, competitive price, too. All very transparent with no hidden extras. I will definitely return to this company for other projects in the future and feel lucky to know them. I have told all my friends and sent them all my photos. Tudor Bratu is building a terrific business. He deserves every success and it doesn’t surprise me at all to know that he is in the running for awards. Massive thank you. I am delighted with my beautiful bathroom.

We have had our downstairs cloakroom and upstairs bathroom completely renovated. Tudors team of workmen (Alex, Jon and Alex) are very professional, polite and tidy. From the beginning they laid down protection for our carpets . They ran through our requirements and what we had purchased to make sure all was ready to start and tidied up at the end of every day. Jon completely stripped the 2 rooms and Alex retiled and installed our new fittings to an excellent standard in 12 days total. At every stage of the work they made sure that we were happy. They are all extremely hard working and did an amazing job. We would highly recommend BT Projects London to anyone who needs a bathroom doing.

BT Projects did a great job renovating my bathroom. They were clear in their communication and managed to complete the work within the designated deadline. Each day, the Team showed on time and required no/little oversight. The work performed was to the highest of standards and was delivered with great care and consideration for the neighbours. Tudor and the team did a great project in renovating my bathroom. I regularly came to check on the work and kept me informed of the team, timing and estimate time to complete. We had a poor performance from a supplier - who was a week late with delivery but didn't tell us until 4 days after their expected delivery date. He was able to shift the team around to deliver and cleaned up afterwards. There was no quibble on the final bill.

Tudor and his team did a fantastic job transforming two rooms in my one bed flat. They were very professional and provided daily updates on the progress of both jobs via WhatsApp. The guys were very responsive to my questions and the kitchen and bathroom were completed to a very high standard. I'm so impressed by their work that I'm getting them back to quote for the refurbishment of the bedroom and living room next. I would definitely recommend getting BT Projects in to help with your building needs.

I had a full kitchen rebuild including a lot of bespoke requests. Tutors quote was not the cheapest but definitely lower than the majority of quotes I received. The work was completed to a very good standard and he managed to deal with my supply delays really well. Incredibly fair with some scope creep and didn't charge me when I image 90% of builders would. What was absolutely exceptional however was his communication where I got updates every day and he would respond often within minutes 7 days a week. I will (and plan on soon) definitely use Tudor for future projects.

We had our kitchen and bathroom replaced. We also changed an immersion heater to an electric boiler at the same time. A fair amount to do within a short spate of time! Tudor is very approachable, and he follows up on actions. His team also know their trade very well. Good craft people. They brought our design to life and came up with practical suggestions to improve on it. They kept the inconvenience to the bare minimum and completed the works as planned. The works were also reasonably priced. In summary they are all you want in a builder in terms of quality, time and cost.

I cannot recommend Tudor and his team highly enough. This was our first ‘house project’ and were really quite nervous about it. Tudor answered our never ending list of questions promptly, the quote he provided was competitive and did not vary through the project. We left his team to undertake the work whilst we were on holiday, and Tudor provided us with daily updates and when we got back, we were greeted with a fantastic new bathroom. We now feel more confident about project work, and will be contacting Tudor for all our future refurbishment work.

I've been planning on doing my bathroom for 4 years, but kept putting it off. I am so glad I was referred to BT projects. The work was completed beautifully and efficiently. Perfectly planned so I was only without a shower for less than a day, and they were able to make helpful suggestions to improve what I had in mind. Nelu was always prompt and ready to start work by 8/8.30am daily. I am so happy with the finished product and my bathroom is finally what I have envisioned. Tudor's team was introduced to me by Bathstore and certainly lived up to the strong recommendation. They refitted two bathrooms and a toilet to an excellent standard, dealing with all sorts of unforeseen problems in a calm and professional manner. The bathrooms have turned out far better than I could have imagined, largely due to the incredible attention to detail and genuine desire to provide the best possible service. The original quote was very fair and the final invoice closely reflected the quote. I will certainly use this company again for any future work.

I used BT Projects (London) Ltd to completely renovate my new house in Barnet - London in July and August 2020. I took to Tudor immediately and found him an honest and fair person to work with. His team performed an excellent job on my house, completely stripping the house back to basics, wall, floors and ceiling, they re-wired the house and install a new heating system and finally a new bathroom. Tudor and his team were polite and organised and completed everything to a high standard. When a small problem arose, Tudor was happy to fix it quickly and without any fuss. I can highly recommend BT Project and have done this personally.

I had both my Bathroom and kitchen fully renovated, B T projects were recommended by Wickes, and they did not Disappoint. I had severe water damage in both bathrooms and kitchen, and they did an amazing job, and completing a very complicated job in only a matter of weeks. Their service is amazing, and the fastest I've seen. Tudor and his team were very professional and had great communication with me throughout my renovations. As with any big projects problems did occur but were corrected very rapidly. the project did go over the budget a bit, however they were very close to the estimated cost. They completed tilling, plastering, electrics, painting, the whole lot in a matter of days, they run an amazing and bespoke service. I would fully recommend.

He impressed me when he came to quote and I instantly sensed that this was a serious trader whom I could trust. His quotation was clear and fair and arrived quickly. Looking for a new bathroom to be installed and work on two radiators. One new and one changed from hot water to central heating. We had some people to quote that wanted to give us the bathroom they wanted as opposed to the one we wanted. BT Projects was not like that. I showed Tudor round told him what I wanted and I got the quote in announcing a week. It was not the cheapest but he advised he could do all I wanted within a reasonable time frame. His team were punctual, diligent int heir work and took great care to look after my home and protect the bannister in particular (it is new and is glass and oak). Was really pleased with what they did and the finished article is magnificent.

Tudor and his team carried out a full refurbishment of our two bedroom property including stripping out, structural timber works, new partitions and ceilings, new kitchen install, new electrics, new plumbing and heating, new flooring, doors and all final decorations. They done an excellent job throughout and Tudor was always on hand to offer assistance with any design or logistical queries. They went above and beyond to complete the works in a timely manner and completed on budget to the price agreed before works started. Communication was excellent before, during and after and Tudor was always happy to help with any query that we raised. Great team, working very efficiently and willing to stay longer when task needed to be completed to have dry walls for next day work. They were well protecting surrounding room and corridor from dust/ gravel. Multitasking : tiling/ pluming/ painting/ sorting all electrics and moving the door.Left completed bathroom clean and looking great !

I chose Tudor to install a new en-suite bathroom. Alex was given the job, they totally gutted the old bathroom and installed the new one in exactly the time period I was told! I was in awe how beautiful it looked, the skill and professionalism was amazing and they always asked how I wanted things done and also guided me if I wasn’t sure! They cover floors/carpets to protect them and left the place tidy once finished. All rubbish is also taken away. I trusted leaving Alex in my house while at work and he was a true gentleman! I will definitely have them back when we do the main bathroom!

I had some renovations done, they redid my bathroom, my upstairs and downstairs hallways and the guest toilet downstairs as well as the staircase. Throughout the entire project do a very professional, became first thing in the morning and they worked all the way through until 6 pm pretty much every day when they came. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done, because they were transparent with costs and projected timeline is for completing the work. The entire project was done within two weeks, there was no messing around, they just came in did the work and did it to a very high level and very high quality. Highly recommend them.

I had been planning to completely renovate our bathroom for some time having personally undertaken extensive renovation works to heritage standard throughout our period property. As such, I set out in January 19 to redesign our bathroom choosing not only the layout, design and the sanitary ware but also the building materials to be used and methods to be employed. From experience, I knew that the choice of contractor was fundamental in terms of obtaining someone with whom I could work with and also a quality finish. Following months procuring quotes, I chose to employ BT Plumbing and Heating. I am very happy with the work undertaken - Tudor, the director, came initially every day to ensure things were proceeding as planned and throughout he was always polite, available, communicative and extremely helpful. The majority of the works were carried out by Stefan - his politeness, can do attitude, expertise, patience and attention to detail and finish are par excellence! Throughout the process I knew I was in very capable hands. The work was undertook according to my exacting specifications both in terms of building methods employed as well as design objectives. I now have a very modern, minimalist bathroom which creates the illusion of space and is very pleasing aesthetically as well as being extremely functional. I can honestly say that this whole experience was a “breath of fresh air” and Tudor’s team's standards in every aspect are what other builders aspire to!
