I have just had a new kitchen fitted by the above company, I must say I was very impressed with the standard of work that was carried out. They always arrived at the agreed time and finished at the specified time. On most days I left them at home on their own while they did the work. Obviously these guys are well experienced at this because they knew exactly how long it would take for the job to be done and they were spot on time-wise. Interestingly they promised to come a few days early to come and gut the old kitchen out and they stuck to their promise. They got rid of all the rubbish themselves so I didn't have the added expense of hiring a skip. All in all they get a big thumbs up from me. I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I gave them some extra work to do. Tudor the boss was very amiable, I would recommend him any day.

Tudor and his team are completely trustworthy, clean, considerate and extremely honest quotes that they stick to. They gutted and refitted our bathroom before and we did not hesitate to come back for the kitchen and the replastering of the stairwell. The team work so hard the job gets done really fast but to a really high standard. Electrics, plumbing, carpentry, masonry! The kitchen is beautiful with clever touches. The stairwell is like a work of art. Unintrusive and so polite. I will be coming back for any job I need.

B T Plumbing & Heating Ltd renovated our two bedroom flat in Finchley (London), which they completed on time and within budget. Throughout the project, Tudor and his team worked in a professional manner, were punctual, helpful, good-natured, tidy, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair. Our flat was rented within a week of it being marketed and this was largely due to the skill and dedication on Tudor and his team. For these reasons, I would not hesitate to use B T Plumbing & Heating again.

After reading Tudors' reviews I decided to write an email about the work I wanted to do in my property, I asked for the existing bathtub to be removed and dispose together with the new taps and waste system. Tudor replied promptly and provided a competitive price. He showed up at the agreed time and date and he was very professional. I was very impressed with the end result and aftercare. Extremely pleased with the replacement of our very old and leaking toilet adjoining our bedroom. Needed to build a small plinth for the toilet as the soil pipe was a different height and this was very efficiently done. Gentlemen were very helpful and courteous. Arrived at time that had been agreed and cleared away all rubbish. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to all.

We can sum up Tudor and his team in one word, brilliant! They are all very good at what they do and very focused on the job in hand. They arrive on time, work with very few breaks, they were all polite and the quality of their work was excellent. That includes the electrician, plasterer and the wonderful Stefan who did all the rest of the work. There is not one area I could even begin to find fault. We needed a complete strip out the old bathroom and replace it with a brand new one. The work required removal on one door and converting the opening into a wall, removal of internal walls, re-routing of all the pipe work, complete re-tiling the room, installation of double sink, shower, toilet bidet, new downlights, shaver sockets, moving radiator from one side of the room to the other and painting. They also came up with suggestions to improve things, most notably replacing the large and very ugly manifold for the central heating pipes with a very elegant solution which we were able to hide in the wall with a neat access panel. This is the second time we have used Tudor and his team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, every single aspect about them is excellent!

Company replaced our existing en suite bathroom, installing a walk-in shower, new shower fittings and led lights. Ceiling was made good and skim plastered and walls and floor were tiled. The work was done exactly as agreed, at the time arranged. The workforce were polite, trustworthy and hardworking. All affected areas were suitably protected and covered. I would happily recommend this company.

Tudor and his team are the most professional, trustworthy builders I have ever met. They turned my old bathroom into a five star hotel bathroom, they changed everything all the pipes tiles flooring and everything was done to very high standard. They even finished before the due date and cleaned up after themselves every day. It was not like having builders in the house it was just like having friends in the house. After my bathroom Tudor and his team have also refurbished a flat for me, which was another very high Standard finish. Tudor has a lot of experience and will always answer any questions or concerns you may have. I Recommend Tudor and his team 100% I would also like to say a big Thank you to Tudor and his team.

I met Tudor and the BT Plumbing team at a difficult time. I had bought new bathroom suites for 2 bathrooms from Bathstore, who then went out of business! Tudor had been the appointed fitter for my Bathstore order. He immediately stepped in and offered to help, to take over the installation and to help with any items that Bathstore could no longer supply, & there were many. He even allowed delivery of those extra items to his home so that i did not have to be in when they arrived. The fitting was quick, tidy and clean. Tudor was always available via text or call to discuss any item. I was often not at home during the fitting so Tudor had the key & he sent photographs of progress during the fitting. I found him and his team trustworthy and helpful. Great Plumbers, thank you Tudor. All in all a great fit and I definitely would use Tudor again.

Tudor was efficient, trustworthy and reliable. He and his team fitted my new bathroom to a very high standard, the quality on the tiling was visible. He was also able to accommodate other work I needed done such as screeding the kitchen floor and fitting new locks to the front door. He was responsive and quick to get back to me which gave me peace of mind. He was overall competitively priced and clearly an expert in his trade. Two bathrooms completed as per agreement & on time schedule. Protective covers for carpets and furniture were supplied for the duration of job. Whatever questions/queries I had were taken on board & addressed. I am very happy with the finished product.

We had no issues with Tudor's team, who were supplied to us via Bathstore. Despite the Bathstore debacle, he and his colleagues were entirely reassuring. Work completed in good time, so far we are very happy with it

We are pleased to recommend BT Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Originally contracted by Bathstore to renovate 2 bathrooms, when the latter went into administration, they stayed on to finish the job working directly for us. They were flexible in carrying out several modifications which became necessary to complete the job; sourced difficult equipment which Bathstore didn't provide (arranged a cut to order marble top for a bathroom cabinet); did their best to respect the agreed timetable despite delays with receipt of some of the fittings and left the flat in good, tidy order.

General: I have used this company for a complete bathroom installation and now a total house painting, with all required electrical repairs. I have also called on them for odd jobs, in emergency. No job is too small and I will always get a response, when I need one. I can't fault them. Budget and schedules: Quotes are detailed and fair, allowing for discussion of my requirements and budget. Scheduled work is always completed correctly, with flexibility for my unexpected additional wishes. Communication: I am told in advance what to expect and there is constant updating of who will be working on what, in which part of the house and how long it is expected to take. I am able to contact Tudor at any time with questions. Professional workers: Very importantly, all workers are professional, very friendly and helpful and work extremely well with each other. They make every effort to leave the work area clean and tidy at the end of every day. I almost don't realise they are in the house. Only quiet talking, laughter and no radios blaring, so no problems with neighbours! Trustworthy: I now have no hesitation in leaving a key with them, when I am not at home. One has the impression that this is a smoothly running company, with everyone part of the team. Aftercare: Aftercare is guaranteed and I have no hesitation in asking. Future contracts: Am planning on having them do my new kitchen! For that, I know I can ask them for ideas and suggestions in advance.

Full new bathroom and renovation of 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room, removing wallpaper, building plasterboard, re-plastering walls and repainting them, new flooring, new skirting boards, door handles - essentially every part of the property was replaced and repaired. Fantastic job, everything done to the highest standards, cannot fault them. They are able to work quickly and are good value. What makes Tudor and his team stand out though is their attitude - they are very friendly and flexible. When we started the renovation not every detail was decided, and they were happy to sort extra items and make helpful suggestions. I fully recommenced them to anyone. We are getting them back to sort our kitchen soon!

Tudor was recommended to us to fit a new bathroom. The old bathroom was gutted and the new bathroom was installed in 7 days including the knocking down of a wall. The price was exactly the same as the original quote. The workmen were extremely clean, polite and trustworthy. The workmanship and finishing was excellent! They left the house spotless. Tudor has refitted my bathrooms. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his team: he is very considerate, listens to all my concerns/requests, explains why he's done things a certain way, responds quickly when I contact him, and has done a lovely job. He'd be the first person I contacted if I needed any similar work done again.

I had a leaking pipe in the bathroom, called Tudor up at 11am and he was down by 3pm and gone by 5pm! Overall very quick, professional and friendly. Would use again!
