BT Projects undertook a complete renovation of the bathroom - removing and disposing of everything that was there before and installing new bath, shower, shower pump, sink, toilet, cabinets, tiles, floor, window blinds, shelves etc. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were organised, polite, tidy and protected the carpets and other furniture by covering everything up before they started work as well as vacuuming every evening before leaving. The finished work looks great. It is neat and careful, with good attention to detail. Catalin and John made sure we were consulted on every decision that needed to be made (e.g. colour of grouting, exact location of shelves and shower controls, etc). There were hardly any fixes that needed doing after they'd finished (just some really minor paintwork adjustment) and they rectified it really quickly. They also went out of their way to help when one of the cabinets arrived with the wrong shaped drawer by making and fixing a replacement bottom to the drawer, even though the problem was not their responsibility. The price was reasonable and the job was done on time and on budget. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Tudor and the team were so professional throughout talked us through everything. The work was of an exceptionally high standard and we were more than pleased with the whole experience. The team worked with us to stay in budget and on the day were punctual, worked fast to complete the project and have left us with a high quality bathroom that we love. We contacted Bt Projects earlier this year to provide a quote for a new kitchen. Tudor visited us and sent us a detailed and competitive quote which we accepted. Works started in mid-October. His team carried out a thorough preparation including laying protective sheeting on all floors leading into the kitchen, even setting up a temporary cupboard space in another room so we could prepare food and make tea/coffee etc while the works were ongoing. The sequencing of works was project-managed very successfully, with the appropriate technical skills brought in at the right time. Our new kitchen was installed with new white goods, along with a new wall radiator, the specification of which had been helpfully advised by Tudor. The team also installed a new rear door and covered step into our garden. Tudor’s team are hard-working, respectful, tidy in their work and cover the full range of skills including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and general fitters, all project-managed with advice provided on timescales and other specific issues. The work was completed to a high standard and within budget. There were one or two minor delays towards the end of the works, but nothing of any real significance in completing what was ultimately a very satisfactory project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bt Projects as a professional, knowledgeable and friendly company to work with. We are now looking to engage their services again next year to install a new bathroom and shower.

Tudor, Catalin, and our builder Attila from BT were the team behind our Foam and Bubbles bathroom renovation - they completed the work on time and to a high standard. Attila who was there every day tiling and building was neat, polite, friendly and indefatigable. The BT Team listened to all our concerns when real world circumstances didn’t always match with the concept design and worked to make adaptations to the design to fit our space, and the quirks of an old house. The plumbers and electricians also turned up on time and did the work required so that things could run smoothly. We’re happy with our bathroom and their attention to detail and flexibility.

B T Projects renovated the bathroom in the house, changing the location of the toilet and installing a walk-in shower and cupboard to house washing machine and dryer (previously in kitchen). The work was delivered to the agreed schedule and budget. I chose B T Projects because they were a local firm. After contacting them, they came round and advised on the best configuration, given the space. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, advising on housing the washing machine and tumble dryer which I though was a great idea. They also ensured the work could be done when I needed. After fees were agreed they put me in touch with bathroom designers who created designs in accordance with BT Projects configuration and my preferences, in terms of colour and style. All went smoothly and items were delivered during the week that preceded the work. When work started, BT Projects covered the flooring in the hall and up the stairs for protection. All the various workmen who attended, for plumbing and electrics were polite and professional. The main workman who did the carpentry, tiling and installation was very thorough, dedicated and consulted me at every step. There were one or two plumbing issues that arose but these were addressed promptly and without fuss. In summary, I was very pleased I chose BT Projects for this work and have no hesitation to recommend them. They are a great team. I am looking also to do the kitchen at some point and will go back to them for this work.

BT Projects undertook the job to renovate our family bathroom. This involved stripping out the old bathroom and installing all aspects of the new one. The team was prompt, smart, polite tidy and considerate of our living space. Work was carried out to the highest standard and to the timeframe established at the start. Any problems identified during the job were dealt with promptly and with minimum of fuss. The end result is a stunning bathroom. We would thoroughly recommend BT Projects.

We hired BT Project to refurbish our bathroom at the end of March. They were very punctual every day and they delivered the job in the agreed time with no extra cost from the quote. BT staff are very helpful friendly and professional. The job was completed at very high standards and we are very happy about the results. We liked the fact that they kept us involved in every step and made we were happy with the outcome. As in any project, there are issues but they proactively fixed any problem with professionalism. From the initial meeting, to the start of the project, during it, to completion and the snagging - Tudor provided a remarkable service. At our initial meeting Tudor listened, answered all our questions and was truthful with our expectations. Tudor and his highly-skilled team all conducted themselves professionally were courteous and respectful of their surroundings. I was also impressed with the preparation before the work commenced all surfaces including floors were protected ensuring everything remained as is on completion. When the project was complete there were a few aspects that could not be dealt with immediately due to delivery lead times. Tudor made sure that as soon as the items were delivered the work was completed to our satisfaction. True to his word and an exceptional service even after the project was complete. If you engage in a project with Tudor expect expert technical knowledge, high end finishes and comfort in knowing all technicians are fully trained and skilled in their individual fields. It was a delight to deal with BT projects and I would highly recommend them.

BT Projects carried out a new bathroom installation for me, installing new equipment, tiling and decorations. I was highly impressed by their professionalism from the start. Key points from my point of view were the following :- 1. They started on the agreed date and completed on the agreed date. 2. The bill I paid was exactly the sum on which they had quoted. 3. The quality of the workmanship was very high down to small items of detailing. 4. Areas trafficked or used for keeping tools/goods were fully protected from damage not only in my flat but in the common areas of the block. 5. Disposal of refuse was properly managed so as not to inconvenience me or my neighbours. 6. Communication was maintained through the job and my occasional question were answered quickly and accurately. On the evidence of this experience I would not hesitate to recommend this outfit to friends contemplating similar type of work.

Two bathrooms completely stripped and remodelled. The finished product is exactly what I wanted, with professional workmanship and attention to detail. Bt Projects (London) Limited have just finished renovating our house in North West London and from start to finish, they have been simply superb! Tudor and his team were absolutely fantastic and I must recommend them to anyone who is considering a bathroom refurbishment (together with Foam & Bubbles who designed the bathroom). Our bathroom was extended (by knocking down a partition wall, pushing out the existing door and re-plumbing) and we now have a walk in shower and beautiful freestanding bathtub. They completed the work on time and to budget. They were responsive and engaged throughout the process. Everything was left tidy and safe at the end of the day (we have young children so that was great). I have been thoroughly impressed.

After an excellent experience with the redesign and fit of my kitchen in 2021, I decided to ask Tudor to refurbish my main bathroom and a small shower room. Once again, the project was managed to time and budget by Tudor with a highly competent core team of Atilla and Catalin. The plumber, electricians, plasterers and other trades arrived promptly so there were no delays. I am delighted with my new bathroom and shower room and have had many compliments on the end result. One thing to mention, is that when issues arose they were always dealt with promptly and effectively following conversations with Tudor. He always delivers quality.

Excellent communication, very good price and super-high quality finish. We have used B T Projects for our bathroom and more recently kitchen and both times have been really impressed and pleased with the work done. They have been very flexible when events outside their control could be expected to slow progress of the work. I had my downstairs refurbished by BT projects. The job was to remove the wall paper, re plaster and paint the walls, install spots light in the kitchen and dining area, varnish the doors, install a new fuse box. Work started on 20th July, and was completed on Schedule, and budget. BT projects was not the cheapest, but I have no regrets contracting with the Company. Tudor is kind, honest and very fair. He has an excellent team of trustworthy workmen, who do not need supervision. He always reply to my messages, no matter what time of the day. He and his men are very polite and helpful. They even put my old furniture outside. Atilla is the superman ,no job is too hard for him. During the refurbishment, Tudor ensured that my washing machine was connected and that I had access to the temporary sink that was built for me The men always leave the house clean at the end of the day. The work top fitter commented that Tudor's carpenters made his job very easy as the measurements were accurate. The whole job was done to perfection. Everyone who has visited me since the work was completed, has nothing but admiration If there is an issue ,Tudor soon get his men to resolve the problem On completion, the whole house was cleaned up. I have a show room kitchen, the work was completed to a very high standard. BT Projects refurbished our bathroom and completed electrical work and we can highly recommend them. We were very impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. From the initial quote to the final clean up, this company were clear, responsive and so easy to communicate with. It felt like safe hands throughout. I was given brilliant advice, they always let me know what was happening, kept to time scales, nothing seemed a problem and the results are teriffic. They gutted the existing room, dealt with the mess efficiently and kept the chaos from the rest of the house well. Any query I had Tudor responded to very quicky, even during the bank holiday weekend. The pricing for each aspect of the work was clearly laid out in advance and all came into the expected budget. BT Projects (London) managers were professional and provided fast responses to communications and guided me through the bathroom installation process. Their team cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and skilled at their work. Whilst their managers speak fluent English, a minor issue was some of their employees have limited English abilities, but we could communicate sufficiently despite the language barrier. Overall, was really impressed by the company and their work, and would definitely choose them again.

We selected BT Projects for the refurbishment of our 2 bathrooms after obtaining quotes from 5 traders. Though BTP's quote was not the cheapest, we were impressed by Tudor when he came round - he was helpul, gave good advice and produced a quote that was clear and detailed. He was also always readily contactable and responsive to our emails. Our 2 bathrooms were done in 4 weeks as indicated which we are pleased with. Attila was the main team member on site. He was polite, pleasant, hardworking, and kept all the areas tidy. Our carpets/floors were properly protected and the dirt and dust were kept to an acceptable level. Attila was careful to consult and highlight any issues along the way and also made useful suggestions. The operations manager Catalin dropped by regularly to check on progress and the plumber, electrician and decorator turned up on whenever it was their turn to do their bit and everything was completed as expected - an organised and professional outfit. We were particularly impressed in one regard - due to the expected location of a waste pipe, we might have ended up with an unsightly plinth and boxed section but for Attila & co putting in quite a bit of effort digging around and re-routing pipes to resolve the problem. We are grateful for their efforts and it demonstrates that they care about the quality of their end product and their customers' satisfaction! We would have no hesitation in using them for our future projects.

Very satisfied owner of refurbished two bed flat. BT Projects gave excellent advice, detailed quotes and were prepared to negotiate within a tight budget. Flat was re-wired, re-plastered. ceilings replaced as well as bathroom and kitchen re-fit. All my anxieties were quickly dealt with prior to start date, Tudor was always available, replied promptly and patiently with my enquiries. Project started on time and the progress was amazing. Alex, lead builder, is a problem solver and was very willing to discuss, advise and negotiate. The team were extremely professional, hardworking, courteous and tidy. They kept to schedule and worked solely on this project, keeping us informed on progress. The challenges of Covid, lorry strikes and deliveries from Europe all came into play during the build, however all credit to the team who accommodated delayed delivery dates and project overrun not of their making. The end result is outstanding, very high finish, attention to design detail and all within the budget. Two months on we are still amazed by the transformation and have absolutely no regrets in using BT Projects, in fact I am about to set them a new project.

Firstly, I was grateful that Which? Trusted Trdaers had this service - recommended local builders - so thank you. BT Projects answered my request for a meeting almost immediately, not all listed members responded so effectively. I had a number of meetings with Tudor and he was attentive to my needs/wishes and offered advice. He provided a complete breakdown of works and costs and the company adhered to the schedule and prices. Once the project started the team were great, they attended each day without fail and were always punctual. The team of electricians, plumbers and tilers worked with consideration and quality. All waste was removed promptly and the site was prepared in advance to avoid any damage to fixtures and fittings. It is always a worry contracting previously unknown building firms and companies but now that I have used BT Projects I would be happy to use them again based on my positive experiences with them. (For the record, with regards to star ratings I never give five out of five. Sorry!)

We are delighted with our new en-suite. We had lots of help and advice from Tudor initially, and he was always available to answer any subsequent questions that we had. We engaged BT Projects (London) Limited to undertake a full refurbishment of our kitchen and kitchen refit following meetings with a number of local Which? Trusted Traders. Tudor's quote was the most competitive but that was not the main reason that we opted for this excellent company. Tudor was attentive and listened carefully to our ideas, providing sound input and advice from our initial meeting and throughout the project. He and his team constantly strove to ensure that they delivered a result that was to our complete satisfaction. Once the project commenced, the team worked quickly and efficiently. They were polite and friendly and worked extremely hard. They turned up on time each morning and were careful to leave the site tidy at the end of the day. The team was adaptable, accommodating several changes to the plan whilst the project was underway without fuss or complaint. The kitchen, which is a reasonably sized space, was stripped out completely, ceiling replaced, re-plastered, underfloor heating installed, new flooring, skirting and coving installed, electrics, lighting and plumbing installed, kitchen units and appliances fitted and painted in a speedy three and a half weeks. The carpenters also built us a bespoke cupboard to our own design and specification. We are delighted with the end result and would recommend Tudor and his team. We look forward to using them again on our next project.

When a local builder let me down I used the Which trusted trader reviews to select B T Projects (London) Ltd based on the reviews and am extremely happy that I did so. On meeting Tudor and discussing my plans for a kitchen refurbishment which also involved creating an understairs cloakroom and laying underfloor heating in two rooms, I felt his Company would be a good choice given his professionalism and responses to my questions. From day one Tudor and his brilliant team worked to deliver everything I asked for to time, budget and quality. Without exception, they were friendly, helpful and considerate and picked up on issues and sorted them quickly. I’ve never had such hardworking, skilled tradesmen in my home. They also gave me great advice through the decision-making process and when they left everything was finished including the painting, refitting blinds etc I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

We chose BT Projects because they have so many 5 star reviews on here and now that we have worked with them I can see why. They rebuilt our kitchen/dining room - knocking down walls to make an open plan room and remodelled the kitchen and back of the house. Tudor (the owner) always picks the phone up when we call, answers texts really quickly and is always helpful and friendly. It's such a rare thing when working with builders and it makes a huge difference. The thing that most impressed me and made me feel at ease was that Tudor and the team always prioritised quality. They want to do a good job and are proud of their work. There were a few opportunities when they could have cut corners but they didn't, they made sure that the work was high quality. They paid attention to making sure the rest of the house was sealed up from the work and making sure that they cleaned up after themselves. Building control and the structural engineer both commented on how well they had sealed the rest of the house up and that they had taken extra care to cover our wooden floors. Our neighbours mentioned that they moved vehicles out of the way without being asked and made sure to keep common areas clean and clear. They are hard working, considerate, friendly people whose focus is on doing a quality job. We were very happy with the work and the experience we had.

We have just had a downstairs toilet and a complete new bath/ wet room fitted by Tudor and his tradesmen. We could not be more pleased with the standard of workmanship and advice we were given. All of the tradesmen were excellent and cleaned up as they went along then vacuumed again at the end of day. Tudor’s team were fantastic, I used them to install a bathroom and also to remove and replace my roof terrace deck with composite decking. They worked swiftly, resolved issues quickly, undertook a few extra jobs I had without complaint all whilst delivering an exceptional high level of craftsmanship. We decided to purchase a new bathroom via Wickes who then sub-contract the installation to BT Projects London so we didn't actually choose them as our installers. However, whereas Wickes left a lot to be desired by failing to provide most of the delivery (meaning we had to source last minute ourselves), BT Projects London's work was exemplary throughout. The care and craftmanship of the team, particularly John, and led by Soren was second-to-none and whereas we could have had a bathroom nightmare due to Wickes, these guys really saved the project. They went above and beyond and supported us when we were really struggling with Wickes issues and were punctual and consciousness workers throughout. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and will be getting a quote for a kitchen renovation in the future!

Were recommeded to us by a neighbour (always a good sign). BT Projects fitted and tiled a new bathroom for us. Couldn't fault them. Communication is prompt. Quality of work is very high. They dealt with setbacks like failed deliveries and unexpected pipework and took it in their stride with no complaints. Cleaned up behind themselves everyday. I had a wonderful experience with B T Projects, my interactions were with Tudor, the MD. Tudor is the most professional, responsive and communicative person you can imagine. This makes it so much easier as I was not able to be on-site during the refurb (rental property). Tudor's quote was reasonable, and he had a lot of great ideas about the refurb, as I was at a bit of a loss at the beginning. He clearly gets it, is very experienced, and was able to lead me towards choosing the right materials and fixtures at an appropriate budget. I found this was really above and beyond the service I've had from others, where they were waiting for me to make decisions that I wasn't sure about. Tudor really went above and beyond answering any questions at all hours by Whatsapp. The work was done exactly on time, to a very high standard, on budget and the final result was stunning. My tenants can't quite believe the bathroom transformation. I couldn't be happier, and I recommend B T Projects to anyone looking to work with a true professional.

Tudor Bratu and his excellent team at BT Projects fitted a new bathroom for me in February 2021. I just cannot praise this company enough. Communication, workmanship, reliability, cleanliness. It was all absolutely top quality and so clearly run and staffed by people who know exactly what they are doing with no hanging on and no time wasted. I must particularly mention Stefan, who worked so hard and so precisely, and Sorin, who came every day and ensured that everything was running smoothly. Even when I changed my mind about a couple of things along the way, such as grouting and paint colours (which must have been frustrating for them!) they understood the situation, treated me sensitively and re-did things for me just as I requested. Having had a bad experience with a failed building project in the past which ended up in legal action, I am a naturally a rather nervous customer - but BT Projects made me feel very, very safe from start to finish. We have had our downstairs cloakroom and upstairs bathroom completely renovated. Tudors team of workmen (Alex, Jon and Alex) are very professional, polite and tidy. From the beginning they laid down protection for our carpets . They ran through our requirements and what we had purchased to make sure all was ready to start and tidied up at the end of every day. Jon completely stripped the 2 rooms and Alex retiled and installed our new fittings to an excellent standard in 12 days total. At every stage of the work they made sure that we were happy. They are all extremely hard working and did an amazing job. We would highly recommend BT Projects London to anyone who needs a bathroom doing.

BT Projects did a great job renovating my bathroom. They were clear in their communication and managed to complete the work within the designated deadline. Each day, the Team showed on time and required no/little oversight. The work performed was to the highest of standards and was delivered with great care and consideration for the neighbours. Tudor and the team did a great project in renovating my bathroom. I regularly came to check on the work and kept me informed of the team, timing and estimate time to complete. We had a poor performance from a supplier - who was a week late with delivery but didn't tell us until 4 days after their expected delivery date. He was able to shift the team around to deliver and cleaned up afterwards. There was no quibble on the final bill.

Tudor and his team renovated our bathroom and we were very happy with the final result. Tudor provided a very competitive quote and was easy and friendly to work with. Tudor and his team did a fantastic job transforming two rooms in my one bed flat. I had a full kitchen rebuild including a lot of bespoke requests. Tutors quote was not the cheapest but definitely lower than the majority of quotes I received. The work was completed to a very good standard and he managed to deal with my supply delays really well. Incredibly fair with some scope creep and didn't charge me when I image 90% of builders would. What was absolutely exceptional however was his communication where I got updates every day and he would respond often within minutes 7 days a week. I will (and plan on soon) definitely use Tudor for future projects.

We had our kitchen and bathroom replaced. We also changed an immersion heater to an electric boiler at the same time. A fair amount to do within a short spate of time! Tudor is very approachable, and he follows up on actions. His team also know their trade very well. Good craft people. They brought our design to life and came up with practical suggestions to improve on it. They kept the inconvenience to the bare minimum and completed the works as planned. The works were also reasonably priced. In summary they are all you want in a builder in terms of quality, time and cost.

They refitted two bathrooms and a toilet to an excellent standard, dealing with all sorts of unforeseen problems in a calm and professional manner. The bathrooms have turned out far better than I could have imagined, largely due to the incredible attention to detail and genuine desire to provide the best possible service. I used BT Projects (London) Ltd to completely renovate my new house in Barnet - London in July and August 2020. I took to Tudor immediately and found him an honest and fair person to work with. His team performed an excellent job on my house, completely stripping the house back to basics, wall, floors and ceiling, they re-wired the house and install a new heating system and finally a new bathroom. Tudor and his team were polite and organised and completed everything to a high standard. When a small problem arose, Tudor was happy to fix it quickly and without any fuss. I had both my Bathroom and kitchen fully renovated, B T projects were recommended by Wickes, and they did not Disappoint. I had severe water damage in both bathrooms and kitchen, and they did an amazing job, and completing a very complicated job in only a matter of weeks. Their service is amazing, and the fastest I've seen. Tudor and his team were very professional and had great communication with me throughout my renovations. As with any big projects problems did occur but were corrected very rapidly. the project did go over the budget a bit, however they were very close to the estimated cost. They completed tilling, plastering, electrics, painting, the whole lot in a matter of days, they run an amazing and bespoke service. I would fully recommend.

Looking for a new bathroom to be installed and work on two radiators. One new and one changed from hot water to central heating. We had some people to quote that wanted to give us the bathroom they wanted as opposed to the one we wanted. BT Projects was not like that. I showed Tudor round told him what I wanted and I got the quote in announcing a week. It was not the cheapest but he advised he could do all I wanted within a reasonable time frame. His team were punctual, diligent int heir work and took great care to look after my home and protect the bannister in particular (it is new and is glass and oak). Was really pleased with what they did and the finished article is magnificent.

Tudor and his team carried out a full refurbishment of our two bedroom property including stripping out, structural timber works, new partitions and ceilings, new kitchen install, new electrics, new plumbing and heating, new flooring, doors and all final decorations. They were well protecting surrounding room and corridor from dust/ gravel. I chose Tudor to install a new en-suite bathroom. Alex was given the job, they totally gutted the old bathroom and installed the new one in exactly the time period I was told! I was in awe how beautiful it looked, the skill and professionalism was amazing and they always asked how I wanted things done and also guided me if I wasn’t sure! They cover floors/carpets to protect them and left the place tidy once finished. All rubbish is also taken away. I trusted leaving Alex in my house while at work and he was a true gentleman! I will definitely have them back when we do the main bathroom!

I had some renovations done, they redid my bathroom, my upstairs and downstairs hallways and the guest toilet downstairs as well as the staircase. Throughout the entire project do a very professional, became first thing in the morning and they worked all the way through until 6 pm pretty much every day when they came. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done, because they were transparent with costs and projected timeline is for completing the work. The entire project was done within two weeks, there was no messing around, they just came in did the work and did it to a very high level and very high quality. Highly recommend them.

I had been planning to completely renovate our bathroom for some time having personally undertaken extensive renovation works to heritage standard throughout our period property. As such, I set out in January 19 to redesign our bathroom choosing not only the layout, design and the sanitary ware but also the building materials to be used and methods to be employed. From experience, I knew that the choice of contractor was fundamental in terms of obtaining someone with whom I could work with and also a quality finish. Following months procuring quotes, I chose to employ BT Plumbing and Heating. I am very happy with the work undertaken - Tudor, the director, came initially every day to ensure things were proceeding as planned and throughout he was always polite, available, communicative and extremely helpful. The majority of the works were carried out by Stefan - his politeness, can do attitude, expertise, patience and attention to detail and finish are par excellence! Throughout the process I knew I was in very capable hands. The work was undertook according to my exacting specifications both in terms of building methods employed as well as design objectives. I now have a very modern, minimalist bathroom which creates the illusion of space and is very pleasing aesthetically as well as being extremely functional. I can honestly say that this whole experience was a “breath of fresh air” and Tudor’s team's standards in every aspect are what other builders aspire to!

I have just had a new kitchen fitted by the above company, I must say I was very impressed with the standard of work that was carried out. They always arrived at the agreed time and finished at the specified time. On most days I left them at home on their own while they did the work. Obviously these guys are well experienced at this because they knew exactly how long it would take for the job to be done and they were spot on time-wise. Interestingly they promised to come a few days early to come and gut the old kitchen out and they stuck to their promise. They got rid of all the rubbish themselves so I didn't have the added expense of hiring a skip. All in all they get a big thumbs up from me. I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I gave them some extra work to do. Tudor the boss was very amiable, I would recommend him any day.

Extremely pleased with the replacement of our very old and leaking toilet adjoining our bedroom. Needed to build a small plinth for the toilet as the soil pipe was a different height and this was very efficiently done. Gentlemen were very helpful and courteous. Arrived at time that had been agreed and cleared away all rubbish. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to all.

We can sum up Tudor and his team in one word, brilliant! They are all very good at what they do and very focused on the job in hand. They arrive on time, work with very few breaks, they were all polite and the quality of their work was excellent. That includes the electrician, plasterer and the wonderful Stefan who did all the rest of the work. There is not one area I could even begin to find fault. We needed a complete strip out the old bathroom and replace it with a brand new one. The work required removal on one door and converting the opening into a wall, removal of internal walls, re-routing of all the pipe work, complete re-tiling the room, installation of double sink, shower, toilet bidet, new downlights, shaver sockets, moving radiator from one side of the room to the other and painting. They also came up with suggestions to improve things, most notably replacing the large and very ugly manifold for the central heating pipes with a very elegant solution which we were able to hide in the wall with a neat access panel. This is the second time we have used Tudor and his team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, every single aspect about them is excellent!

Company replaced our existing en suite bathroom, installing a walk-in shower, new shower fittings and led lights. Ceiling was made good and skim plastered and walls and floor were tiled. The work was done exactly as agreed, at the time arranged. The workforce were polite, trustworthy and hardworking. All affected areas were suitably protected and covered. Tudor and his team are the most professional, trustworthy builders I have ever met. They turned my old bathroom into a five star hotel bathroom, they changed everything all the pipes tiles flooring and everything was done to very high standard. They even finished before the due date and cleaned up after themselves every day. It was not like having builders in the house it was just like having friends in the house. I met Tudor and the BT Plumbing team at a difficult time. I had bought new bathroom suites for 2 bathrooms from Bathstore, who then went out of business! Tudor had been the appointed fitter for my Bathstore order. He immediately stepped in and offered to help, to take over the installation and to help with any items that Bathstore could no longer supply, & there were many. He even allowed delivery of those extra items to his home so that i did not have to be in when they arrived. The fitting was quick, tidy and clean. Tudor was always available via text or call to discuss any item. I was often not at home during the fitting so Tudor had the key & he sent photographs of progress during the fitting. I found him and his team trustworthy and helpful. Great Plumbers, thank you Tudor. All in all a great fit and I definitely would use Tudor again.

We are pleased to recommend BT Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Originally contracted by Bathstore to renovate 2 bathrooms, when the latter went into administration, they stayed on to finish the job working directly for us. They were flexible in carrying out several modifications which became necessary to complete the job; sourced difficult equipment which Bathstore didn't provide (arranged a cut to order marble top for a bathroom cabinet); did their best to respect the agreed timetable despite delays with receipt of some of the fittings and left the flat in good, tidy order.

General: I have used this company for a complete bathroom installation and now a total house painting, with all required electrical repairs. I have also called on them for odd jobs, in emergency. No job is too small and I will always get a response, when I need one. I can't fault them. Budget and schedules: Quotes are detailed and fair, allowing for discussion of my requirements and budget. Scheduled work is always completed correctly, with flexibility for my unexpected additional wishes. Communication: I am told in advance what to expect and there is constant updating of who will be working on what, in which part of the house and how long it is expected to take. I am able to contact Tudor at any time with questions. Professional workers: Very importantly, all workers are professional, very friendly and helpful and work extremely well with each other. They make every effort to leave the work area clean and tidy at the end of every day. I almost don't realise they are in the house. Only quiet talking, laughter and no radios blaring, so no problems with neighbours! Trustworthy: I now have no hesitation in leaving a key with them, when I am not at home. One has the impression that this is a smoothly running company, with everyone part of the team. Aftercare: Aftercare is guaranteed and I have no hesitation in asking. Future contracts: Am planning on having them do my new kitchen! For that, I know I can ask them for ideas and suggestions in advance.

Full new bathroom and renovation of 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room, removing wallpaper, building plasterboard, re-plastering walls and repainting them, new flooring, new skirting boards, door handles - essentially every part of the property was replaced and repaired. Fantastic job, everything done to the highest standards, cannot fault them. They are able to work quickly and are good value. What makes Tudor and his team stand out though is their attitude - they are very friendly and flexible. When we started the renovation not every detail was decided, and they were happy to sort extra items and make helpful suggestions. I fully recommenced them to anyone.
