Replastering and decorating hallway completed quickly and neatly. No extra costs. The men made sure all was clean and tidy at the end of the day.

We needed somebody to re run the pipework on our central heating and hiding them from view by "chasing" them into our walls. From start to finish, Gary worked on what we needed, and came up with a solution which has totally transformed the inside of our house. We also asked to have some ceilings replastered to remove existing artex at the same time, which were all done to a very high standard. New skirting boards and coving fitted, again to a very high standard. Any small problems were dealt with effectively, and with no question. Highly recommend this company as an honest, reliable and work which is done to a high standard. Would have no hesitation to use them again.

We have used this company before and the quality of work is excellent.This time it was to demolish and replace 10 fence panels with concrete posts and gravel boards. Work was completed to very high standard, on time and on budget. Would not hessitate to recommend company to others and we will be using again when occasion arises.

This company can be summed up in three words. Polite, Professional, Punctual. Not only do they do the work but they also advise along the way and I would say to anybody using them to listen to what they say as in my case the end result is fantastic. I highly recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Gary came to give us advice on what could be done to repair a flat lead covered roof. He took us through some options, told us what would be done and what might have to be done. Also explained that we would need scaffolding erected before the work could be done. There was a slight delay due to the current situation causing problems but two days after the scaffolding was erected, the work on the roof was started and completed. The work was done efficiently and professionally, the two chaps who came were polite, punctual, obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. (They also repined flashing on neighbours roof.) They cleared up and left the garden tidy. Viewed from above the new roof covering looks very neat, more importantly it's watertight. Gary called by a couple of days later to ensure the work had been done to his (and our) satisfaction and was very clear that if we should have any concerns with this roof in the future to call them and they would sort it. He arranged for the scaffolding to be collected which it was two days later. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

This was the 4th time we have employed this company & as usual they have done a first class job, it is always a pleasure to have them at our property. This time it was to repair the roof & install new gutters & facias plus install a new step.

We needed our living room, replastering and general updating. Gary from Balance and Company called we explained what we wanted and he said' no problem' we didn't realize quite what was involved but Gary talked us through our options and budget. It all turned out to be a much bigger job and I was quite concerned by the thought of plasterers, electricians, covering and painters but no need, all the trades were prompt, friendly, helpful and very tidy. There were a couple of slight delays but nothing serious. Gary checked in regularly and was always contactable. I would recommend Balance and Company and will happily use them again.

I wanted some kitchen cupboards replaced, electrical work and oven and dishwasher installed. It was all done to complete satisfaction and the contractors were polite and left everything clean. It was done within the quote supplied. I would recommend them.

Work carried out to a very high standard and to the agreed schedule and budget. Requested quote for kitchen refurbishment and I gratefully received excellent advice and options which will best suit my requirements regarding this.

Serious water leak in our kitchen - we had managed to guesstimate its approximate location before I called Balance, but really had little idea of what we were dealing with. Gary got his team out very very quickly, recognising the urgency, and I have nothing but the highest praise for the work that Dave and Charlie did. They established where the leak was and whilst I had had visions of half my kitchen and flooring being removed to fix the leak, with potentially thousands of pounds of damage being caused, these absolute magicians managed to reach and fix the leak with minimal damage - just one shelf inside a cupboard unit needs replacing. Incredible! They worked so hard, and I am so grateful to them and Gary for their help. They have totally restored my faith in tradesmen, having being on the receiving end of some very dodgy workmanship a few years ago elsewhere in the property. Thank you thank you!

I had a new facia, main door and surround re-painted and the side garage door replaced with a UPVC one. Work was carried out to the specifications, and everything left clean and tidy. All workers were very polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company.

I wanted to replace an all-glass rear extension wall+sliding door with a more conventional wall/picture windows and patio doors. Balance was very helpful in suggesting best way to achieve this and produced a very smart result. Happy to recommend them and have already booked for additional works.

We wanted to knock through into the back of our garage to achieve a bigger kitchen and a downstairs loo. Gary and his boys were able to do this for us to a very good standard and with the least amount of upheaval. They were also able to work around other works we were having done and to carry out extra bits we wanted as the job progressed. We found all of the boys friendly and accommodating, they were happy to explain what they were doing when my curiosity got the best of me and they helped us choose the best options where applicable. We were pleasantly surprised by the way they left the house tidy at the end of every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, I have already passed their number on to my daughter who is looking to have a loft conversion.

We have used this Company from approx 2018 initially 1 new floor (I could see the air bricks from inside, as floor had dropped ). His knowledge and straight talking put my mind at rest now recently 2 x New Floors, Electrical works, Room decoration, External work to house and just recently 1 x large flat roof re felted. This company has never let us down. All of his workmen very polite, know their stuff. Are on time. Always tidy up after works completed. We have never had any issues with work carried out. After using him for first time, he said any problems after work carried out, is his problem not ours!! Would definitely recommend his Company. Brilliant.
