Balhousie Glazing Limited

We recently had a new front door fitted by Balhousie Glazing. We had visited a number of companies prior to purchase but thought the team at Balhousie stood out. The website and technology to design your door also helped as we took time to decide on the right door for us. Once we agreed on the door and price, the customer care to keep us upto date on installation was excellent. The door was installed to an extremely high standard, you wouldn't even know the work had been done as it was so cleanly installed. The installer even hoovered outside the house so there was no mess! All in all, fantastic experience from a great team....I would highly recommend.

We used Balhousie to supply and install 5 windows at our property. The company was proficient from start to finish. Their price was competitive and any questions we had on their quotation were answered within 24 hours. Once an installation date was agreed the operatives turned up on time - carried out the work in a very tidy and professional manner - completed the work within one day and left the rooms clean and tidy. Having used this company elsewhere we would recommend the company to all prospective customers

Stewart and Peter carried out the new soffits and fascia. They did an excellent job replacing the old wood with new UPVC. They were polite, tidy and efficient and all scaffolding was removed the day after completion. Stewart communicated with me on a regular basis and kept me information a regular basis. Balhousie office requested a deposit and I thought the quote from the salesman, Paul Reid was very pricey considering I have a semi-detached cottage, and it took less than 2 1/2 days to complete, when I was told it would take 3 days to a week.

This was a large job which included roofline/all new windows/all doors and new guttering/downpipes etc. We were very pleased with the service from start to finish. Stuart and Peter are great guys and were very professional and super friendly and extremely hard working, keeping me informed on progress at every stage. Also want to thank Gordon (surveyor) for all his assistance and help from start to finish and also with the very minor snags at the end. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Balhousie Glazing Limited to anyone in the future and would definitely use them again. Thanks again guys!

We had Balhousie Double Glazing fitted 3 years ago. Two of our large windows, hinged at the top, recently refused to open. I contacted Balhousie yesterday to report the problem. A really warm and cheerful guy, Finlay, answered the phone. No ifs or buts or wriggling out. He asked me to email basic details, nothing complicated, and he'd attend to the issue. First thing, the next morning he phoned to say that a technician was on the way around to check things out. In no time the doorbell rang. Another gentleman, Brian, had arrived with all the necessary tools. He spent a couple of hours rectifying the problem, possibly not uncommon and understandable on that size of window, especially on a new-build extension which invariably involves a tiny degree of structural settling. He was communicative, pleasant helpful and a perfectionist. Hassle-free after-sales service, so often lacking, is a Godsend especially when dealing with such expensive products. I haven't always experienced this from other companies so contacted Balhousie with bated breath. They were absolutely wonderful. An honourable, helpful, caring and reassuring company. The problem was possibly more a builders issue than theirs but they just shouldered responsibility and got on with it. From now on they will be my 'go to' glaziers in Perth. I couldn't recommend them more highly. I also have no doubt that my rather large and extending family will use them in due course. It is a pleasure to review them. Thank you Balhousie.
