Used Barleycorn removals as they were recommended to me by a trusted source. Not only did they make themselves available on a Sunday but also did multiple pick ups and did exactly as asked. As we put furniture into the new house, they even helped me move it didn’t when it didn’t fit. Great guys, thoroughly reliable, trustworthy, polite and a great service. Would recommend them 100% and would definitely use again.

We have used Barleycorn twice to move house and the quality of their work has been exceptional. Key things to flag: 1. Their customer service is fantastic. They provided a personalised quote and showed care and diligence to ensure the quote was balanced and fair. 2. They arrived on-time and finished the work as planned. They even came back and moved a piano without charge as we were unable to move this ourselves. 3. All the team were very friendly, supportive and very careful. They took care not to make any damage, and worked exceptionally as a team. You could tell they enjoyed working with each other. 4. They put the customer first - they asked when worked best for us, rather than do it based on their availability, and were able to fit us in around existing work. The cost was very good value for money, and compared with other firms I have used, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. One of the very exceptional firms I have come across.

Chris and his team were superb. From the moment we met Chris, he was professional and assured in meeting our move requirements . On the day, he and his team took very good care of our possessions. We had a long delay due to banking transactions. Chris was patient and when we were able to move in, his team were brilliant despite the late hour after a long day. Highly recommended.

Barleycorn Removals sorted out my move impeccably. They packed up everything, stored it for 4 weeks and delivered it to my new address without any hitches at all. The team involved were courteous and extremely well-mannered throughout and took huge care with everything. So far only one thing has been broken and that was me dropping a cup on a tiled floor. I really cannot fault Christ at Barleycorn and would very highly recommend them to anyone in this area.

Barleycorn provided outstanding service in packing up my house, transporting everything and ensuring beds were built for the first night in the new home, then collecting the remainder from storage the following day, & building wardrobes. There were no damaged items, the staff were friendly, polite and professional. When I telephoned to say the boxes were ready to collect, one of the guys came straight over to remove them. Would I recommend them? Definitely.
