I am so happy with Barlow service! I had not one, but 3 terrible experiences before with different companies, so I am happy to finally have my gorgeous motorised blinds on! Thank you Barlow Team!

My awning just needed the fabric replacing. It's quite hard to find a company that will do this, as most want to sell you a completely new package, but Barlows were happy to take it on. They turned up on time for the initial appt and quote. We agreed on a price and they came and took the awning to their workshop. It's operated by an electric motor and they serviced the motor and replaced the fabric. They even installed a small junction box on the outside wall. When they returned with the awning there was a small error and they took it back to their workshop immediately and rectified it. I wasn't able to be at home when they wanted to return it because my husband was in hospital so they offered to keep the awning until it was convenient for me. At all times the staff were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, polite and punctual. Nothing was too much trouble. My awning is now in place and working well and I would recommend Barlows to anyone.

Had Venetian blinds fitted to several windows. Service was great from the first contact in the shop through to fitting. The only thing I would say is that it would be good if the office staff had more knowledge of the products so they were able to answer minor queries. The blinds were a reasonable price, were fitted before the estimated time and we are very pleased with them.

Barlow Blinds installed 3 Luxaflex blinds, 2 mororised and one Lite glide. The quote was competitive. The whole process was thoroughly professional from first survey and quotation to the fitting. Everything was done to a pre-agreed date and time-slot. The fitting in particular was mess free with all packaging materials removed on completion. Blind operation was demonstrated on completion. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Barlow Blinds to anyone. Excellent customer service.

This company were half the price of others that I asked for a quote! They were quiet, efficient and there was no ‘wide boy’ hard sell . When they fitted my blinds, they took down and took away all the old stuff, they were clean and tidy and worked quickly and quietly. The blinds look great. Really good job Barlow Blinds Thank you!

Having visited the showroom and selected what we wanted, the surveyor arrived on time and took us through the selection and then measured up and provided us a quotation. On the day of the installation two guys came and carried out the work efficiently and also cleared up upon completion. We would have no hesitation in recommending Barlow Blinds to anyone looking.

From start to finish, the whole process was excellent. An Online request was processed effectively and efficiently. I was contacted by telephone shortly after the request was submitted. A Home appointment was arranged and everything was sorted there and then - very cordial, polite, professional and much appreciated. Everything explained very clearly including likely date when blinds would be ready for installation. Installation took 30 minutes to fit 2 vertical binds - very efficient, polite, cordial, very tidy with no mess. Payment was made so easy. Receipt received in good time. We have been replacing our blinds as we are decorating and have used Barlow blinds for several rooms so far. We have found the service great, lots of samples at the shop and no problems at all finding lovely colour matches. They aren’t pushy, but helpful and professional. The fitting dates were fast and the fitting excellent. The products are great quality and we found the pricing excellent. Would recommend them for sure!
