On the install of a 4 panel bifold door. Scratched all glass. 15 panes required replacement in total. Damaged all frames. Subcontracted repair who sanded, filled, and spray painted in mismatching colour damaging wood grain effect. 5mm gap at top of doors, unsealed at bottom letting weather in. Handle not installed properly. Fittings fitted with half the required amount of screws. Confrontational staff. Non conforming to industry and contractual requirements. Expensive. These issues, in isolation, may be forgivable if Barnet windows would acknowledge their fault and cooperate in repairing as is their responsibility to, both morally and contractually. However they choose to blame everyone else for their failings, to include ignoring emails and behaving dishonestly denying any issues, even bizarrely blaming us the customer for them sending unqualified staff working without care or attention. I asked the managing director for the complaints procedure, he then became confrontational insulting us, refusing to pass it. They had multiple chances to put right over many months, with each visit the issues remained. Thankfully the door manufacturers engineers visited and put everything right in a few hours, highlighting Barnet Windows inabilities. Industry watchdogs, such as Which? Trusted Trader, have been setup to protect both consumers and the industry from this behaviour. Use a different company, you can do without the stress.

A huge thank you to the Barnet Window Company team. Our front door needed replacing and the entire process from start to finish went smoothly. There was regular communication from when the order was placed right through to installation. Kim Morris did the installation and he was brilliant, fitted to a high standard in record time, minimal mess and tidied up afterwards. He was also very cheerful. The door looks stunning! We are very satisfied, will be using them again and have already recommended Barnet Windows to the neighbours.

When burglars broke in through our patio doors we turned immediately to Barnet Windows, who we have used for many years. After much delay caused by Covid and our insurance company they fitted new doors this week which are better than he old ones. We chose Barnet Windows many years ago because they are a local company and quoted a good price. They continue to give a personal and professional service and we are pleased that they have grown and prospered.

Barnet windows replaced a massive bay window and large rear window. Chris and Spencer did a fantastic job fitting the windows and I can’t fault their excellent service. A good price, great service, highly recommend!

We used this company to fit 2 french doors 1 sliding patio door and a single door the installation guy was Kim Morris. I can’t recommend him highly enough he done an excellent job with minimum mess and disruption to us. We will definitely be using them again

I can wholeheartedly recommend Barnet Windows. They installed 2 windows and 2 patio doors for me during the recent very difficult time. They never put a foot wrong. Everything was done exactly as planned. They were very friendly and considerate to deal with. The result looks delightful. One clever point is that correspondence is always accompanied by a photograph, so there is no difficulty in recognising who is at the door. I chose them out of several submissions because they listened so carefully to exactly what I wanted and though not the cheapest, their price was reasonable.

Recently had sash windows replaced. Delighted with them. They are in keeping with the traditional design of an Edwardian period property and enhance this. Other than the inevitable delay due to Covid the time schedule was adhered to and there was excellent communication throughout from start to completion of the job. I felt the price was fair for the quality of the product and workmanship. The personnel from the company were very helpful, responsive to queries and prompt to reply. The workmanship is also excellent - the finished product looks beautiful. Incorrect architraves were delivered and partly put up on the first day but this admin error (easily done) was promptly resolved. An area for improvement which I hope the company find useful to address is more careful protection of home furnishings. We appreciate that replacing windows is a very dirty job & some damage may occur and indeed some care was taken with this but there are a lot of marks on the paintwork, and chipped paintwork beneath a radiator underneath the windows in one room - this could easily be avoided with more careful placing of dust sheets, proplex protection covers along walls, and boards or proplex over the radiator to prevent rubble falling behind it causing damage in a area that is very difficult to clean. Having said this overall the quality of the product is excellent as is the customer service and I would certainly recommend the company and use them again. Tricia North London

Right from the outset, our experience with the Barnet Window Company has been first class. Every member of their team from initial enquiry, survey, admin and installation cannot be faulted. It is clear this is a company who care about what they do and make sure that no stone is left unturned to make sure their customers are kept informed and happy. I have used Barnet Windows in the past for smaller jobs, but was concerned about a back door. When Tommy came to look he informed that this was secure and anything they did would be similar so they told me not to bother. With such honesty I decided to use them to have our old front door and window surrounds replaced. The price was agreed but then lockdown happened. I had emails from them throughout the lockdown keeping me informed and we arranged for 19th August. The fitter arrived at 8am and worked constantly for 7 hours. He did a great job fitting door and windows which look lovely, then not only cleaned outside the house, but also hoovered all the hallway. I have since yesterday had copies of my receipt, guarantee and a thankyou from them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing new windows / doors.

Had new porch doors fitted by Barnet Windows, It was complicated by Corona virus lockdown happening between initial sales contact and survey but Barnet Windows handled it all with professionalism and understanding. Doors now fitted and we are delighted. The fitter was excellent just like all the Barnet Windows staff. We changed part of the spec' at the last minute and they managed it with calmness and efficiency, nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend them.

This time it was a new front door. As always, the estimate was provided promptly and a survey carried out. The cost was competitive. The installation was understandably delayed by the pandemic but has now been completed. The installer was careful to follow the distancing guidelines. The standard of workmanship is faultless; everything lines up properly and the door, unlike its predecessor, closes with no effort from me. Delighted with the outcome.

The installer (Kim Morris) did a highly competent job in replacing my French doors and windows. He was courteous and friendly throughout the duration of his visit. He cleaned up thoroughly at the end, finishing the job in good time. All other BWC staff encountered in the process were equally professional (special thanks to Abby for keeping me informed about my order from the start of the lockdown period), and including Andy, who subsequently had to visit to correct my door-locking technique! I now have another new fixture by Barnet Window Company to be proud of at my house.

From start to finish the service was of the highest quality - all members of staff I had interactions with were customer-centric, professional, and courteous. I had my house refurbished three years ago and although Barnet Windows did most of the windows (including the most beautiful front door), the building spec included the kitchen window and French Doors. I've never been happy with the builder's French Doors as they didn't seem to fit properly and created a draft so asked Tommy Rose to have a look. He agreed that they didn't fit and gave me a quote for new ones. I was worried about security but since Barnet Windows replaced them I feel much more secure with the excellent locking system and they look amazing. Kim did the fitting with all the cheerfulness of last time and did a great job, cleaning up afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend Barnet Windows, not just for their quality products but also for the top notch personal service they give to all their customers.

I wanted 3 rotten wooden sash windows in the front of a flat I rent out replaced to appear in keeping with the Edwardian property. I initially met Paul who explained the various options and then mainly dealt with Abby. I live in Cambridge and the property is in London but arrangements were made for Steve to measure up, Harry to move a BT Box and finally for the windows to be fitted well within the original lead-time estimated by Paul. The tenant was very complimentary about the professionalism and speed of the installation and I received photos from Abby the same evening of the finished windows. The windows themselves are quite pricey but look gorgeous and exactly what I was wanting. I would certainly use the Barnet Window Company again.

Excellent service, polite, courteous and very helpful. From the initial sales call right through to installation Abby and the team answered all of our questions and arranged prompt and convenient appointments to complete the work. Kim was an exceptional fitter and could not have been more helpful. We are very pleased with our new door which is secure and looks good inside and outside.

I've had a new front door fitted by this company. The service has been excellent all the way from the office staff through to the final fitment of the door. Tommy initially came to discuss exactly which door I would like and I received a quote on the same day. Having accepted the quote it was arranged for Steve the surveyor to do the actual measurements followed by Kim Morris who fitted the door.
