Just finished replacing all our bedroom and living room windows. Firstly, the product is way above any other we found (and we did a lot of research!). We find ourselves to be quite picky and are even happier now the windows are in than we thought we would be. We’d considered wooden replacements and think these look better, really beautifully made. Secondly, the fitters who came (Ray & Manesh) did a fantastic job. They worked incredibly hard while they were here and were nice guys so it didn’t feel intrusive having them around. We’ve had a fair few workmen around who we have to follow around after and check up at the end but Ray and Manesh caught everything themselves and left an excellent finish too, so refreshing! Lastly, the customer service from the office was also excellent, we had someone we could email or call directly rather than being put through to a random person who didn’t know us. A couple of people came round during the fitting to make sure everything was going well which added to the feeling we were being looked after and valued as customers. The windows aren’t cheap but you really do get what you’re paying for - both in the quality of the product and of the fitters. We’ll be going straight back to Barnet Windows when we want to do the remaining windows in the house!

Ray Cassidy and Manesh Virji were the installers of our three new windows and new front door. They arrived on time, laid out sheets and other floor coverings to protect the floors then got on with the job with no fuss and the utmost professionalism. The work was completed early afternoon and they ensured we were satisfied with the job that they had done, which we certainly were. I would recommend this company highly. Unlike some of the large national window companies, Barnet Windows just come and give a price. No bartering required or pressure put on us to make a decision (unlike some other companies). Products were good quality and, as I have said, the fitting was carried out to the highest standard.

It was refreshing to deal with such a professional company. From the initial consultation/quote through to survey and final fitting the service was excellent. A special mention for Kim (the fitter) who was obviously skilled and knowledgeable. He was most helpful - discussing best ways to hide internal cables etc. We are very pleased with the service and the final product and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Barnet Window Company - from the first phone call, to visit to the showroom through to completion. Discussed initial requirements with Paul - very knowledgable and no hard sell. We revised our requirements - nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent from Paul and the office team. Chris Smith fitted the windows - worked his day around my morning school run! Arrived on time, very helpful explaining how windows 'worked' to more than one person in the house. When I returned at the end of the day Chris had tidied up and no evidence of any mess - you would never had know he had been there - apart from the amazing windows we now have. Overall excellent staff team providing an excellent service. A real pleasure to have them make these improvements. Definitely recommend the company and will use them again. Installation carried out very efficiently by directly employed fitter. From initial enquiry to final installation service was excellent I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to friends and Family.

We've been considering replacing the windows at the front of our property to match those installed during various extensions at the back. A number of friends recommended Barnet Windows and as soon as we met Paul we felt at ease - he was clearly knowledgeable, there was no hard sell and the quoted price was fair - a very different experience to that with a major window retailer! The window fitters who worked at our property were friendly, kept mess to a minimum and cleaned up so you wouldn't have known they were there. The windows are lovely and straight away we noticed it was quieter (we live on quite a busy road) and warmer. The windows themselves look lovely and the workmanship to finish the surrounding architrave is lovely. Would definitely recommend them!

Barnet Window Company installed secondary glazing on 2 large windows in my flat. They completed the agreed work in one day - promptly, professionally and within the agreed budget. Kim Morris was most helpful and made sure the rooms were cleaned and cleared when he had finished his work. I am delighted with his work and the standard of the secondary glazing installed.

The process of buying and installing our new door and frame from Barnet Windows was very good from start to finish. Tommy gave good advice about the selection of options for the door and frame. Kim carried out the installation in a very efficient, clean and timely manner. We would highly recommend Barnet Windows.

I had secondary glazing fitted to a large fixed window. The window is the size of standard patio doors. The price was as quoted beforehand after initial survey. Installation date was organised efficiently and had to fit in with my working pattern. The fitter Kim, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and proceeded, single-handedly to fit the secondary glazing quickly and efficiently. It required adjustment to fit around the skirting board and the floor of my flat slopes downhill but none of these issues caused any problem and were dealt with without fuss. As with a previous experience of installation by Barnet Window Company, the job was done in a very tidy manner with no mess left by the installer. I was impressed with Barnet's approach to sales when I first dealt with them as they were not aggressive, pushy sales people. Their communication throughout was excellent and I am very happy with the service I received. More importantly, the product is of an excellent quality.

The door was fitted on the agreed date, and I am very happy with the result. I recommend this company.
