This is the third time I have used the Barnet Window Company to replace windows in tenanted property I own in London, which dates back to the early 1900s. As I live in Cambridge I do not get to see the fitters at work but my various tenants have always been very complimentary as to the workmanship. Everyone I have contact with has been helpful and I've never had a problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have just had Chris and Spencer replace my porch. From my initial enquiry to the finished job everyone has been polite ,professional and helpful. Chris and Spencer arrived on time worked hard all day and left everything clean and tidy. Chris explained everything I needed to know and showed me how things worked. We chose Barnet Windows because they offered the best solution to replacing the leaded light front door and side window in our 1920s house. We wanted modern technology and materials but with a traditional look and feel. Barnet went to great lengths to do just that. Their workmanship and attention to detail was great and the actual fitter, Kim, was skilled, talented and knowledgeable. It’s the second door Barnet, and Kim, have fitted for us. Would recommend and use again. Not the cheapest on the block but definitely get what you pay for.

Sam Richards and Marcin from Barnet Windows were wonderful when they visited to remove brickwork from my back wall on the first floor and install a tilt and turn window plus a fixed window. Paul, the company Director, had gone above and beyond to plan a scheme to my specifications so I will be able to get out onto the flat roof at the back of the house to carry out maintenance. He also included a cat flap in the window so my elderly cat 🐈‍⬛ can get outside to sun-bathe. Sam and Marcin the technicians were punctual, polite and very competent at what they were doing. They explained the procedure as they went along, took care to cover my belongings with dust sheets and let me know when they would be doing noisy drilling so I could warn my neighbours. I am extremely satisfied with the work they have completed for me, the installation looks great inside and outside, it is so much safer for me to get onto the flat roof without having to use a ladder and the room is so much brighter now. I found Barnet Window Company's website and used it to experiment with door ideas to get a rough idea of costs, but then decided to get them to come and discuss ideas with us and am very glad I did. Tommy did the initial visit and talked us through our options very clearly. We were happy with the quote given and every other step from here on was also extremely smooth and professional. Kim did the installation beautifully and when a minor scratch was spotted on the glass a replacement pane was quickly made and fitted. It was a rare pleasure to deal with a company that takes such pride in providing quality products and services, and I'll certainly be using them again for our next door.

From Tommy's first visit when estimating through to Kim's fitting of the windows, and not forgetting Abby and Leanne's office support, Barnet Windows have once again provided excellent service. As they had done work for me before - two external doors and upgrading glass in an existing double-glazed unit - they were my first choice for secondary glazing in a bedroom facing the road. They provided a detailed estimate and answered all my questions on how the window would work, the precise way it would fit onto the existing architrave, etc. The agreed budget and all scheduled dates were met, and they were very helpful when personal circumstances meant I had to reschedule the actual fitting date. Kim did a great job fitting the secondary window, went the extra mile by making improvements to the pre-existing architrave and left everything pleasingly tidy. Finally, the secondary glazing has met my expectations in providing a huge reduction in external noise. I wish I'd had it installed years ago! A big thank you to everyone at Barnet Windows.

I had new windows fitted and was impressed with the whole service from initial contact to aftercare. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Sam and Marcin fitted the windows and were efficient and professional. A great company to deal with throughout and very pleased with the result.

This is the third time we have used Barnet Window Company. Every time they do exceptional work and the fitters are all very experienced and knowledgeable. Today is was Sam and Marcin. They were super efficient. In addition to installing the new door, they had to reattach a balcony to the new doors. The workmanship was very good and they made everything watertight, which was a concern of ours as the old doors leaked. The installation was in the attic and they made sure all of the carpet was covered and they cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I cannot praise the company and the workmen highly enough.

They were extremely helpful everyone we met from the showroom to the final installation were friendly and easy to get on with. Kim our fitter worked hard and efficiently despite the pouring rain. I only had a couple of windows fitted with secondary glazing, but the approach of the company was professional from the start. All the staff i dealt with were competent, efficient and friendly. Appointments were kept to punctually and the work was completed without any obstacles. The weather is getting warmer so it may be difficult to test how effective the secondary glazing is until next winter.

Sam, Martin, Chris and Spencer were very professional, friendly and helpful. They were very good with my husband who has dementia and we’re mindful of areas that could be dangerous for him. They always cleared up after each day and when they finished the rooms were spotless. They finished on the date given. We are thrilled to bits with the windows. They look fantastic and our house is warmer. I would highly recommend Barnet Windows to all my friends. Also the office staff were fantastic and helped me out with all my silly queries. We've used Barnet Windows for all our windows and doors over the past 25 years, and will continue to do so whilst we live in the area. Always great customer service and always go above and beyond where needed. We had our upstairs windows replaced this time - scaffolding set up on Monday and then windows installed Tuesday & Wednesday. The installation team of Sam & Martin were excellent, really friendly and trues cause as less disruption as possible. Left upstairs clean and tidy on both days and did a great job with the installation - exactly what we would expect from Barnet Windows, professional with great customer service.

Barnet Window Company replaced windows in three rooms for us with windows from their Ultimate Heritage range. The Company was impressive from first to last, from the salesman who was our first point of contact to the installers who carried out the work. The works were carried out swiftly and within the promised timescale. The installation was carried out neatly. The installers cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. And the end result was very good. I have no complaints at all and would recommend Barnet Window Company without hesitation.

Barnet Windows & Doors have successfully carried out work at our house on several occasions over the last 20 years; replacing windows and frames both at the front and rear of the house. On this last occasion, the job was to remove a collapsing conservatory and replace it with a new one, dimensions 7m x 5m. Their quotation was very slightly higher than competitors' but, knowing their reputation first-hand, I had little hesitation in agreeing the contract. Also, advice from their MD at the outset was most valuable in enabling us to finalise details of the design and construction. The commencement date was delayed by 3 weeks because a critical worker was away ill but, once they started, they carried out the work efficiently, quickly and with minimal disruption. The quality of the finish is excellent, and I commend the Company for doing an excellent job; within the agreed budget!

They are a family run business which is very committed to providing excellent service which they definitely did. Already when I made the first phone call to book a quote I felt the work was in safe hands. Communication throughout was very quick and efficient and I was kept fully informed.
