Sam, Martin, Chris and Spencer were very professional, friendly and helpful. They were very good with my husband who has dementia and we’re mindful of areas that could be dangerous for him. They always cleared up after each day and when they finished the rooms were spotless. They finished on the date given. We are thrilled to bits with the windows. They look fantastic and our house is warmer. I would highly recommend Barnet Windows to all my friends. Also the office staff were fantastic and helped me out with all my silly queries. Thank you Abbey and Leanne for being so helpful, friendly and patient.

We've used Barnet Windows for all our windows and doors over the past 25 years, and will continue to do so whilst we live in the area. Always great customer service and always go above and beyond where needed. We had our upstairs windows replaced this time - scaffolding set up on Monday and then windows installed Tuesday & Wednesday. The installation team of Sam & Martin were excellent, really friendly and trues cause as less disruption as possible. Left upstairs clean and tidy on both days and did a great job with the installation - exactly what we would expect from Barnet Windows, professional with great customer service.

Barnet Window Company replaced windows in three rooms for us with windows from their Ultimate Heritage range. The Company was impressive from first to last, from the salesman who was our first point of contact to the installers who carried out the work. The works were carried out swiftly and within the promised timescale. The installation was carried out neatly. The installers cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. And the end result was very good. I have no complaints at all and would recommend Barnet Window Company without hesitation.

Barnet Windows & Doors have successfully carried out work at our house on several occasions over the last 20 years; replacing windows and frames both at the front and rear of the house. On this last occasion, the job was to remove a collapsing conservatory and replace it with a new one, dimensions 7m x 5m. Their quotation was very slightly higher than competitors' but, knowing their reputation first-hand, I had little hesitation in agreeing the contract. Also, advice from their MD at the outset was most valuable in enabling us to finalise details of the design and construction. The commencement date was delayed by 3 weeks because a critical worker was away ill but, once they started, they carried out the work efficiently, quickly and with minimal disruption. The quality of the finish is excellent, and I commend the Company for doing an excellent job; within the agreed budget!

They are a family run business which is very committed to providing excellent service which they definitely did. Already when I made the first phone call to book a quote I felt the work was in safe hands. Communication throughout was very quick and efficient and I was kept fully informed. Kim was the fitter who did the work and he did a brilliant job. I felt I had a new home as the backdoor and windows looked amazing. Kim worked efficiently and cleaned up after the work had finished. I highly recommend Barnet Window Company and Kim. I will be recommending Barnet Window Company to everyone I know.

We have just had our downstairs windows and front door replaced by Barnet Windows and couldn't be happier. They are a very dedicated and hard working team, who clearly take a pride in their work. From our initial consultation with Tommy to the work carried out by Chris and Spencer we were very impressed and can't recommend them highly enough. Chris and Spencer arrived on time, worked efficiently and without causing too much disruption. They took care to put down dust sheets etc and cleaned up really well when finished. The quality of our doors and windows is of a high standard and everything was explained carefully to us throughout the process. From first contact to the fitting of the patio door every stage of progress was performed as planned. I was sent full and clear information about how and when things would happen. When the surveyor came to measure up he noticed a problem with our front door and fetched tools from his van and fixed it. The final installation by Sam Richards was impressive. The old door taken away and the room was left perfectly clean.

I have just had a new front entrance door fitted by Barnet Windows. the whole process was smooth & straightforward, the office staff were pleasant & efficient, the salesperson, surveyor & fitter were all on time & friendly, a dream to deal with. The product is great quality & very attractive, I am delighted. Right from the initial point of contact with Tommy when I requested some quotes, to the efficient, professional fitting by Kim Morris, I knew I was buying from an excellent company. Barnet Window Co. sales, contract and surveyor teams were prompt and efficient. Work commenced on the day agreed. The installation period was planned for 2 days but the fitters completed the work in 1 day. Upon inspection, the Barnet Window's surveyor decided the external sealing between the dormer hung tiles and window frames was not up to their normal standard. Within a few days, the sealant was cut out and replaced to our satisfaction. The few roof tiles that suffered damage during the work were replaced by the scaffolding team when they visited to take down the front and rear scaffolding. Guarantees and other ocumentation were submitted promptly following payment of the final invoice. Barnet Window Co. and their scaffolders were helpful throughout.

I visited the showroom in Barnet to discuss plans to replace our old wooden conservatory. They were helpful, friendly and informative from the start. John came to our house to discuss the cost of the project and explain what would be involved. A large team was needed for the removal of the old conservatory, building work, electrical work, installation of the new conservatory and plastering the internal walls. All were punctual, courteous and very skilled. A big thank you to Tony, Andy, Chris, Steve, and Ricky. We are very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Barnet Windows.
