Another fantastic job by Barnet Window Company from the estimate to the quote and job, the process could not have been smoother. From first contact to the fitting of the patio door every stage of progress was performed as planned. I was sent full and clear information about how and when things would happen. When the surveyor came to measure up he noticed a problem with our front door and fetched tools from his van and fixed it. The final installation by Sam Richards was impressive. The old door taken away and the room was left perfectly clean.

From Tommy in the showroom to Kim and Sam who did the installation of two windows Barnet Window did a quality job with friendly service. We knew what to expect as they did work for us before. I have just had a new front entrance door fitted by Barnet Windows. the whole process was smooth & straightforward, the office staff were pleasant & efficient, the salesperson, surveyor & fitter were all on time & friendly, a dream to deal with. The product is great quality & very attractive, I am delighted. Right from the initial point of contact with Tommy when I requested some quotes, to the efficient, professional fitting by Kim Morris, I knew I was buying from an excellent company. The windows in the house (previous owners) had been fitted by this company in the 1990's & are still immaculate, which is one of the reasons I contacted them, I am so glad I did!

Barnet Window Co. sales, contract and surveyor teams were prompt and efficient. Work commenced on the day agreed. The installation period was planned for 2 days but the fitters completed the work in 1 day. Upon inspection, the Barnet Window's surveyor decided the external sealing between the dormer hung tiles and window frames was not up to their normal standard. Within a few days, the sealant was cut out and replaced to our satisfaction. The few roof tiles that suffered damage during the work were replaced by the scaffolding team when they visited to take down the front and rear scaffolding. Guarantees and other ocumentation were submitted promptly following payment of the final invoice. Barnet Window Co. and their scaffolders were helpful throughout.

I visited the showroom in Barnet to discuss plans to replace our old wooden conservatory. They were helpful, friendly and informative from the start. John came to our house to discuss the cost of the project and explain what would be involved. A large team was needed for the removal of the old conservatory, building work, electrical work, installation of the new conservatory and plastering the internal walls. All were punctual, courteous and very skilled. A big thank you to Tony, Andy, Chris, Steve, and Ricky. We are very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Barnet Windows.

We have just had a new bathroom window fitted by this company and are delighted with the service we received. Everything happened on time: the visit to see what was needed, the quote, the date for installation and the installation itself. Our 'installation guru' Kim M was efficient, quick and lovely with it. Although the window fitted was just for a downstairs toilet, from start to finish the Team were most attentive and Professional. Tommy and Peter surveyed the window promptly and Kim expertly fitted the new frame . Kim was most careful not to crack any of the internal tiling and the Victorian timber frame was kept well intact. A small job but well finished. I would highly recommend them.

Wanted a new, stable type, back door and couldn't be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, all staff were professional and easy to deal with from Tommy's initial visit, to Peter coming to do a detailed survey and Chris fitting it, not to forget the office staff who were available for any queries and sorting the paperwork. The work was completed in a timely manner and everything left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Barnet Window Company and have used them previously for my windows and front door
