I have just had a new uPVC multi locking door fitted to my house. This is the second time I have had work done by Barnet Window Company. Everything has run very smoothly since the initial visit by Tommy and culminating in the door being expertly fitted today by Kim who has done a fantastic job with no disruption to the wall tiles or floor tiles that were already in place. Barnet Windows have kept me informed throughout the whole process with various communications and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Another trader had provided me with a quote which was more expensive so I can't fault Barnet Windows on price, quality or workmanship. Thank you.

I have just had a new bathroom window fitted and I am delighted with it. From when I first contacted the Company through to completion of the work I have been impressed by their good communication, efficiency and standard of work. Everything was clearly explained beforehand and the fitting itself, by Sam, could not be better. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Barnet Window Company installed a window for us a few years ago and naturally we went back to them when we decided to replace the bay windows at the front of the house. Chris and Kim did a fine job, professional, friendly and no hanging about. Some of our neighbours have also used Barnet Windows and we would highly recommend this team!

We ordered some bi-fold doors for our sitting room at the end of June, and were promised a 6-8 week wait; but in the event they arrived in about 4 weeks, and we only had to wait a couple of days for the installation. Most of the work was done by Sam Spencer, but he had help from two other men at times. He was polite and efficient and communicated well; and he worked hard all day, from 8.30 to 5.00. He cleaned up nicely at the end. We're very pleased with the result, and look forward to enjoying our new doors (as well as an awning that we've also ordered from the same company).

Great professional experience from the start to finish. We had a new external kitchen door and two windows fitted. Kim and Sam did a great job on the installation with zero mess left! Everything was clearly explained /discussed from the start. Prompt reasonable quote for good quality windows and door. Barnet Windows replaced French Doors and side windows plus back door and side window. I was going to have all the windows replaced in the house but Tommy Rose, a Director and Owners son told me there was nothing wrong with the windows which allayed the concerns I had on them. His quotation for the work arrived promptly. After acceptance of the quote, which was comparable to another, the contract was sent and signed, the engineer arrived to measure-up soon after. It wasn't too long after an installation date was given. The installers, Spencer and Kim, arrived early on the due date. They were very friendly, professional and efficient, they also tidied up and didn't leave any rubbish at the end of each day of the 2 day work. Everything just flowed through effortlessly on schedule. Claire & Abby in the office were helpful in keeping me informed. I cannot fault the service and the quality of the doors and windows installed. What initially stood out for me was Tommy Rose's integrity at the first meeting because I could have spent money when it wasn't necessary. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Barnet Windows.

We got a new front door from the English Door Company through Barnet Windows. They gave us a great service throughout and we're very happy with the end result and the fitting of the door. There were problems with the glass unit, which meant it had to reordered and changed twice, but each time they were very responsive and helpful.

The work involved providing a temporary partition between the old conservatory and living room, removing the old conservatory except for the dwarf walls and building a new improved conservatory with a thick insulated tiled roof. The work was regularly overseen by John Rose and carried out by Chris, Sam, Tony, Nobby and others. The work was done to agreed time scales and costs. The workmen were efficient, skilled and helpful and a joy to have doing the work. The new conservatory roof means virtually no rain noise, reduced heat from the sun in the summer and I expect a warmer room in the winter. I chose Barnet Window Company for this project as I have previously used them and found them to be a trusted company and expert in what they do.

From our first meeting with Tommy through to the excellent fitting by Kim the whole process has been wonderful. The Authentic sash window looks good against existing windows. On the morning of the installation, Kim arrived on time and noticed our front door was not closing properly, he fixed that problem during the few hours that he was with us. Last year we had windows installed by Barnet Windows at the back of our house, and we are very happy with them. So we contacted Barnet Windows earlier this year, having decided that we need secondary glazing for 2 windows at the front of the house. Tommy arrived on time and talked us through the various options, and the pros and cons. We felt very well informed and quickly made a decision & agreed a price. Throughout the manufacturing process, we were kept informed of the progress and were given a rough date for the installation of our secondary glazing. Nearer the time we agreed a date/time for the installation, and Kim arrived on time. He was friendly and advised that the work would take about 2 hours. He also helped us move a couple of heavy pieces of furniture to enable him to access the windows. The process was completed in almost exactly 2 hours, after which Kim showed us how to operate the secondary glazing and to lock it. We found the whole process very easy, and dealing with the team at Barnet Windows was a pleasure. We are very happy with the new secondary glazing, and shall recommend Barnet Windows to friends and family.

A complete window and patio door replacement. Very good work, efficient and fast, polite and helpful with assurance being ready to assist if any issues arise.

We need a replacement door and door frame. Tommy came to take a look, offer solutions and came back with a quote. We accepted the quote and arranged a date to fit the door. Kim came within 5 minutes of appointed time. He took out the old door, frame and sill. New frame and door fitted. All gaps and trims made good. Kim worked solidly for 8 hours through freezing, snowy conditions. End result was a great fitting, good looking door. There was a minor issue with one of the handles, which Kim pointed out and said that a replacement would be ordered immediately. The replacement was duly fitted on a follow up appointment. We have been very pleased with the work that the team at Barnet Window Company have provided. Very professional outfit which we would thoroughly recommend.

We are very pleased with our window installation. From the start to finish it was handled very professionally. We were kept informed of all details and everyone was very helpful when we had any questions. I needed an old wooden door replaced with a white UPVC door. I contacted the sales man who was able to visit my home and advise me on the requirements and send me a quote. I accepted the price and paid a deposit. The company surveyor then visited and specified the exact requirements and an order was placed with the manufacturer. I was then asked for a stage payment which I made and finally the door was installed. At all stages the work was professionally carried out to agreed times dates and costs. Quite expensive but worth the money to have an excellent product and reliable service and a caring experienced fitter, Kim Morris. Tommy Rose was professional and efficient as was the surveyor, and well supported in the office by April, Abby and Claire. It is such a bonus in this day and age to easily speak to members of a responsible team personally. All paperwork thorough and sent online promptly.

From start to finish my experience with Barnet Window Company has been excellent. We visited the showroom and were shown samples of possible door styles, materials etc. and given good advice. Quote arrived same day. Measuring was done swiftly, and delivery and fitting were ahead of expectations. On the day Kim Morris was professional and made an excellent job of the door and cleaned up afterwards very well. We approached Barnet Window Co to renew our old rear bay windows and doors after seeing the excellent job they had completed at our neighbour's house. They were very helpful with the design which we required to suit our Edwardian house and their pricing was competitive. The work was structural but was completed without any problems within one day. We are very pleased with the new installation which looks very smart and provides much improved thermal insulation to our dining room. Impressive and efficient service throughout.

I recently required the replacement of a large lounge window and back door, and choose Barnet Window Company, primarily due to their close proximity to my home. It turned out to be a wise choice as they were both friendly and efficient but also offered an extremely competitive price. The entire process went very smoothly, apart from a slight hiccup with refitting a cat flap, but that was quickly resolved without fuss. The fitter who carried out the work, arrived early (which was great for me, as my wife was in hospital and I had to leave him to it) and installed both items very professionally. I was amazed to find on returning home later, that I was left with no redecoration at all - a wonderful job.

Barnet Window Co have installed top-grade PVC windows at our home previously, and yesterday they installed a new external Georgian style PVC door. We were prepared to pay slightly more to have this Co because our experience is their products are top quality and their after-sales service is second to none. All went smoothly yesterday and we are as before delighted with the product and service.

We had new windows fitted to three rooms as well as patio doors to the living room and bedroom too. Chris and Sam did an excellent job, they were professional, courteous, thorough and as clean as could be expected from such a messy job! The windows/doors themselves are wonderful, of great quality and look beautiful in our flat. It was a lot of work to get done over just two days but Pete from the office visited on both days to keep track of the progress and even added Spencer to the team, a third fitter on the second day to ensure that they completed everything on schedule! There was an issue with the manufacture of a pair of the door handles that were fitted but we were kept informed about the issue all along and April from the office arranged for Andy, their technical guy to investigate the problem the very next day. We have now scheduled in the fitting of a new pair of handles to correct the issue. All in all, you get what you pay for and i really can’t fault the professionalism of this whole company from start to finish of this process- well done Barnet windows :)

The Barnet Window Company fitted a double-glazed window in a study in the house today. It's the second window fitting they've done in for us, and we're very happy with the quality of their work and the product. The fitter was on time, polite and tidied up well after himself, and helped us out with another little job while he was there. A colleague popped over when the fitter was finished, to introduce himself and tell us he's a point-person in case of any issues down the line.
