Barnet Windows replaced my patio doors and bathroom window. They were friendly and helpful from the first contact and there was no pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. They were happy to discuss the various options and to provide a new quote when I changed my mind. The pricing was clear and reasonable and they responded quickly to any queries. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and I felt like they really wanted to do a good job. Kim carried out the installation; he was polite, made an effort to keep the house clean while he was working and tidied up when he had finished. I am very pleased with my new doors and window, which are obviously good quality. Window companies have a poor reputation but Barnet Windows proved to be the exception and I would fully recommend them - I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent work carried out on 2 very large sliding doors. Courteous and respectful to us and the rest of the room they were working in. Very large wall window/sliding doors fitted beautiful. All mess cleared and the old window, door, frames were taken away. Highly recommend

I received an excellent service from my initial enquiry to the fitting and final customer service - sign off. I am a huge fan of family run businesses as the service and quality leave the mainstream suppliers so far behind. I was surprised how competitive on pricing the windows worked out at. My fitter was very knowledgeable and happy to answer my queries and stayed until I checked everything. Also the tidiest fitter i have ever seen - i could hardly tell he had been! The work was carried out as requested and to the agreed budget. Full marks to the fitter, Spencer, who arrived at the time scheduled and worked steadily throughout the morning; he was friendly, considerate and painstaking. This work completes the rolling programme of new windows at the back of the house fitted by Barnet Window Company over the past years.

The company were contracted to replace 5 windows. They honoured their time scale for the work to be completed within budget, from the initial survey to the end of the project. Fitters Spencer and Sam aided by Kieran were punctual each day and were extremely polite respecting our household. We have used this company before and once again were competent and providing a good standard of work. The company were very good about keeping us up to date with appointments and any developments. We would not hesitate to recommend this company again.

Having all your windows and doors replaced is a huge job. It's also a big investment, so I wanted the very best company. Barnet Window Company was highly recommended to me. From my initial enquiry when the director Tommy came to see my house, I knew I was in safe hands. Right through to the final polish of my new front door handle, everyone involved in the project has been thoroughly professional and approachable. The fitters themselves deserve particular mention. Chris and Spencer worked their way expertly and consistently through my house, were timely, polite, helpful and tidy. I have complete confidence in their work. And they made it much less of an upheaval than I had imagined. The job came in bang on time. The result is fantastic. No more decaying window frames and draughty doors. Better insulation. Increased security. Most importantly, no more worry. And it's like my house has had a face-lift! I'm only sorry I left it so long to have it done. We originally wanted a conservatory built but when John came round he gave us the many negatives. He did not try to sell us the conservatory that Anglian tried so hard to sell. When we decided not to go ahead as it would be too small John even said he thought we had made the right decision as it was a lot of money for what we were actually going to get. We really appreciated his honesty in that decision making. We then decided to have a new porch built and new patio doors. Everyone in their team was superb from John to Tony the builder, Abbey at the office and the installers Chris & Spencer. They gave us a price and that was the price we paid and all work was done on time with top quality professional people all the way through. At no time was any pressure put on us and no hard selling. We were just given the information and allowed to decide for ourselves. I really can't speak highly enough of this company. We intend to get more work done in the coming year and we are not even going to waste other companies time by getting quotes from them. We will go straight to Barnet Window Company as I know they will give us a good, honest price for the top quality work they provide.

Everyone we dealt to at Barnet Windows was professional, followed Covid protocols and were helpful. Tommy our first contact came to measure, quote and offer advice, which we took, and we are so pleased with the final result - an amazing picture window onto our garden which makes the kitchen feel so much bigger. Back at the office, Abby kept us informed of timings and fitting dates. Kim, who fitted the windows, did so quickly and effectively, he was an expert in seeing what needed to be done, was good company and tidied up after each day's work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace windows or doors and we will be using them again.

Barnet window company were great. Initial visit was quick, surveyor came a few weeks later, and by middle of July it was done. Took 4 days. Conservatory looks magnificent and the 2 guys who did it were really helpful. Would really recommend.

Having used Barnet Window Company Ltd for two previous replacement doors and received top class service, customer interaction and products, had no qualms in tasking them installing a new front door. Once again, I received exactly the same attention and quality product. Sam arrived and carried out a fantastic job. His demeanour and expertise apparent from the outset. From start to finish a very professional company . Windows installed by Chris and Spencer. Came in got on with the job and completed them in 2 days. Had two large bays and two smaller bays done. Look terrific. Someone who saw them said they looked like bespoke windows. A very neat, clean, professional job. Thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had bi-fold doors with blinds fitted today by Dave and Sam. They arrived on time, worked hard all day and did an excellent job. They were tidy, efficient and friendly. The job was completed to our satisfaction.

Well established family company. Good quality product installed by competent tradesman. Glazing installed on the agreed programme and to the price. Tradesmen respectful of working inside an occupied home. Probably not the cheapest but long after the price is forgotten the quality will remain.

We needed new double front doors so I contacted Barnet Window Company on recommendation from a neighbour. The Sales Executive, Tommy came to our house to discuss the project and give us a quotation. His approach was very professional, he answered all our questions clearly, provided a quotation within our expected budget and gave us the confidence to take our enquiry further. We later visited the showroom where Tommy demonstrated a sample of the product which confirmed our intention place an order. The surveyor attended as arranged and the job was completed within the promised time frame and on budget. Pending the arrival of the doors the administration staff took care in keeping us appraised of the progress of te order and were keen to clarify any questions. I was impress by their conscientiousness in ensuring that all aspects of Covid regulations were adhered to. A copy of the invoice and guarantee was sent to us promptly. The installer, Kim Morris arrived early and started work immediately. He worked consistently and we were very pleased that the work was completed in a single day. Kim displayed a friendly but business-like approach and were were extremely impressed by the result. Here was a true expert and a very clean worker who tidied up carefully at the end and paid attention to every detail. Another member of the team came during the day and removed the old doors for disposal. The doors look great and we have no hesitation in recommending Barnet Window Company.

Barnet Window Company had replaced the windows at the front of the house and on the landing, the work was quick, clean and to a very high standard. Mark and Spencer were very professional and respectful. I’m glad we had chosen Barnet Window Company.

Barnet Windows have replaced all of our windows and doors, and have just completed the glass roof running the length of the house on the ground floor extension. We are delighted with the quality of the windows and doors, door furniture and locks, and with the expertise of the team throughout. In spite of Covid disruption, communication with Tommy regarding choice of windows and liaison with Abbi to arrange measurement and fitting was done to accommodate tight timings in between tenants. Steve did a great job of measuring, especially for the bespoke glass roof area. Chris and Spencer, along with Steve, did a superb job of fitting, were very neat and tidy workers and worked very hard, not even stopping when there was a hailstorm! Pricier than some other window companies, but absolutely great value for money as the extra quality is clear in the end result.

Barnet Window Company replaced my front door. The quote they gave was very reasonable and compared well with national companies. I was particularly pleased that this was the final price and I didn’t have to barter with them to try to knock the price down or listen to a hard sell before being given the quote. They quickly arranged a time to come and measure up and also organised installation at a time that was convenient for me. Everyone I dealt with at the company was friendly and approachable. This is the second time I have used Barnet Window Company and once again i have been impressed with the service. After originally delaying the replacement of the bathroom windows due to concern around potential damage to the tiling I decided to go ahead and I am so pleased I did. Chris and Spencer arrived promptly and quickly got on with the job. Care was taken to protect against damage and my concerns over damage to the bathroom tiling was completely unfounded. The end result was the brilliant installation of 3 windows, zero damage to the tiling and a job well done.

Our front door is nearly 10 years old and the sun had faded the colour quite a bit. Called Barnet Windows who fitted it and they arranged for a company called Fixation to come round and see what could be done. The guy re-lacquered the door and it looks like new, we are very pleased with the result.
