Replaced two double glazed windows. Excellent communications via the office and email from start to finish. All staff we had contact with were knowledgeable, polite and efficient and answered any enquiries. We were kept informed of progress throughout. The quality of the product, installation and finish looks good - although we are not qualified to comment on the technical aspects of this. Because of our confidence in the company we did not seek a competitive quote. The price seemed very reasonable to us. Overall we were very satisfied with this company and would have no hesitation is using it again.

A 27 year-old window frame in the loft gable end was removed and a leak between the side panel and sill located. The leak was sealed and a new window installed. Internal access and most of the work took place from the loft stairwell, with external access via scaffolding assembled for roofers. The work was completed as planned, scheduled and budgeted, with the costs of scaffolding covered by a separate, simultaneous roofing contract. The fitter took two hours and also provided additional advice on another window, adjusted the front door hinges and replaced a damaged window sill end plate. The fitter went out of his way to be helpful, was very courteous and explained how best to deal with the leak. I was shown the key steps in the work and could see how the installation took place to ensure it was water-tight. It was a postive experience and a model of professional work, by a company that has done work for us for over fifteen years.

All members of this local company were pleasant and efficient. Communication was good and our questions were patiently answered. A good covid protocol was adhered to. We had all windows and doors replaced by Spencer who worked hard to complete the work to a good standard in 2 days.

Kim and Sam completed the installation of our replacement doors and windows most efficiently and entirely to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to deal with them and with all the staff of Barnet Windows. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Sam, the fitter, was efficient, effective and clean. Once he had finished he very helpfully showed me how to turn a window so that it can be more easily cleaned on the outside. He also cleaned out one of our gutters. This was because scaffolding had been erected for the installation of the window, so he could use the scaffolding to access the gutter.

Barnet Window Company replaced all our sash windows recently. Despite heavy rain on the first day of the installation the work was completed within the week. Windows run smoothly and all interior woodwork completed to a high standard. Spencer and Dave were punctual, polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. A little snagging needed doing but was this handled efficiently and courteously. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with from the initial meeting to installation and post installation contact. I can enthusiastically recommend Barnet Window Company.

Barnet Windows replaced my patio doors and bathroom window. They were friendly and helpful from the first contact and there was no pressure to buy, which I really appreciated. They were happy to discuss the various options and to provide a new quote when I changed my mind. The pricing was clear and reasonable and they responded quickly to any queries. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and I felt like they really wanted to do a good job. Kim carried out the installation; he was polite, made an effort to keep the house clean while he was working and tidied up when he had finished. I am very pleased with my new doors and window, which are obviously good quality. Window companies have a poor reputation but Barnet Windows proved to be the exception and I would fully recommend them - I will definitely be using them again.

Excellent work carried out on 2 very large sliding doors. Courteous and respectful to us and the rest of the room they were working in. Very large wall window/sliding doors fitted beautiful. All mess cleared and the old window, door, frames were taken away. Highly recommend

I received an excellent service from my initial enquiry to the fitting and final customer service - sign off. I am a huge fan of family run businesses as the service and quality leave the mainstream suppliers so far behind. I was surprised how competitive on pricing the windows worked out at. My fitter was very knowledgeable and happy to answer my queries and stayed until I checked everything. Also the tidiest fitter i have ever seen - i could hardly tell he had been! The work was carried out as requested and to the agreed budget. Full marks to the fitter, Spencer, who arrived at the time scheduled and worked steadily throughout the morning; he was friendly, considerate and painstaking. This work completes the rolling programme of new windows at the back of the house fitted by Barnet Window Company over the past years.

The company were contracted to replace 5 windows. They honoured their time scale for the work to be completed within budget, from the initial survey to the end of the project. Fitters Spencer and Sam aided by Kieran were punctual each day and were extremely polite respecting our household. Chris and Spencer worked their way expertly and consistently through my house, were timely, polite, helpful and tidy. I have complete confidence in their work. And they made it much less of an upheaval than I had imagined. The job came in bang on time. The result is fantastic. No more decaying window frames and draughty doors. Better insulation. Increased security. Most importantly, no more worry. And it's like my house has had a face-lift! I'm only sorry I left it so long to have it done. We originally wanted a conservatory built but when John came round he gave us the many negatives. He did not try to sell us the conservatory that Anglian tried so hard to sell. When we decided not to go ahead as it would be too small John even said he thought we had made the right decision as it was a lot of money for what we were actually going to get. We really appreciated his honesty in that decision making. We then decided to have a new porch built and new patio doors. Everyone in their team was superb from John to Tony the builder, Abbey at the office and the installers Chris & Spencer. They gave us a price and that was the price we paid and all work was done on time with top quality professional people all the way through. At no time was any pressure put on us and no hard selling. We were just given the information and allowed to decide for ourselves. I really can't speak highly enough of this company. We intend to get more work done in the coming year and we are not even going to waste other companies time by getting quotes from them. Everyone we dealt to at Barnet Windows was professional, followed Covid protocols and were helpful. Tommy our first contact came to measure, quote and offer advice, which we took, and we are so pleased with the final result - an amazing picture window onto our garden which makes the kitchen feel so much bigger. Back at the office, Abby kept us informed of timings and fitting dates. Kim, who fitted the windows, did so quickly and effectively, he was an expert in seeing what needed to be done, was good company and tidied up after each day's work. Barnet window company were great. Initial visit was quick, surveyor came a few weeks later, and by middle of July it was done. Took 4 days. Conservatory looks magnificent and the 2 guys who did it were really helpful. Would really recommend.
