Complete Rewire of a Victorian One Bedroom Flat

Chris was brilliant! He arrived on time to view the work required, we gave him a set of plans showing the changes we wanted to make, and he came back with a very competitive estimate. As we only visit the flat for occasional weekends we gave Chris a set of keys and let him get on with the work. We wanted a complete rewire - which is not straightforward in a building which is 150 years old. It involved removing carpets, underlay, hardboard sheeting, floorboards, panelling in the bathroom, and kitchen units and appliances - but it was all done with the minimum of fuss. Chris was excellent at communication, always asking us exactly what we wanted done if our plans were not clear, or if there was a problem. On completion everything was restored as agreed, and the flat was left clean and tidy. In spite of us asking Chris to do some extra work, the final bill was only slightly higher than his estimate. We have no hesitation in unreservedly recommending Chris.

We had Chris and his team in for a full house Rewire and were very impressed with how quick he got to us after the initial quote was excepted. The work was completed in good time and was completed in a very tidy manner. His communication on what he was doing and when was extremely good. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team to anybody.
