I cannot recommend Bath Washco highly enough. Glen is the ultimate repair man. Not only does he answer emails and calls instantly but in my experience goes out of his way to fix a problem. Friendly, efficient, helpful and all at a fair and reasonable cost. A five star service.

Broken washing machine can be a nightmare but Glen was able to visit on the day I called, immediately identified the issue and had the parts to fix there and then. Excellent service and reasonably priced

Responded quickly by phone to my message, arrived the next day and fixed the washing machine quickly. Cost much less than I feared and was a nice bloke. Wish everyone was even close this. Recommended

I emailed Glen on Sunday, absolutely not expecting a reply until Tuesday because of the bank holiday, however he emailed me back on the Monday, visited Tuesday and returned with the part and completed the repair on Wednesday. Rare to have someone actually arrive when they say they will and do what is needed, and a very decent price too. Would definitely recommend.

We found Bath WashCo via the internet and attracted by the Which? Trusted Trader branding on the website. We made an appointment for our tumble dryer fault to be investigated very easily. Glen arrived on time and his highly professional approach impressed us immediately. He could not be 100% sure of the root cause of the problem but came out for a second (courtesy) visit for another investigation. This proved to be more conclusive and gave us advice and a recommendation for getting spares, which worked. His diligence and determination to find the fault allowed us to repair our current machine rather than replace it with a new (and much more expensive) one. We will happily recommend him to our friends and neighbours.

Our washing machine stopped working and we found Glen through searching the Internet. He arranged to come out to see us on the first date available. Unfortunately our machine was unrepairable. He discussed all options available to us and we settled on a new machine. Glen sorted out everything for us and he delivered the new machine and installed it for us only two days later.He took the time to explain all the workings to us before leaving, saying to contact him if any problems He also took the old machine away for disposal. Glen is wonderful. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and gave me a quote. He arrived the same day and the problem was as he predicted. The problem was fixed as he had the part on the van. As a B&B having a dishwasher go wrong is the biggest nightmare. When ours ceased working on Sunday we immediately called Glen. He promised to visit the next day and duly arrived, realised that the dishwasher needed replacing, ensured it would work for one more day whilst sourcing a replacement which he delivered and installed today. All this within 48 hours of our original call and he disposed of the old machine! We are so impressed with such responsive service - and extremely grateful to Glen for his kindness and professionalism.

Our Integrated Washing Machine went defective on Thursday 25/11/21 I spoke to Glen and suggested that we would like to replace it, he advised that he had one available and would text me the details and a price later. I received the info that evening and advised that I would like to proceed with the supply and installation and on the following Monday Glen arrived installed the new machine and removed the old one. Very impressed with the quick service and the very competitive price, would not hesitate to recommend Washco for first-class service.

Great Service from Glen. Door seal on the washing machine became detached. Hopelessly tried to fix it myself. Texted Glen describing the problem, prompt reply promising to come the next day. Texted en route as promised, turned up on time and with no fuss fixed the problem for a very reasonable charge. And Covid safe behaviour without being asked at all times.

Glen came within minutes of my call, diverting here on his way home. He did a really good repair on the dishwasher. Used his experience to do a repair without resorting to buying an expensive set of new parts. Very impressed.

Washing machine not working had called a couple of local repairmen near me couldn't help me for a few days or didn't bother to return my call. Was recommended Glen by a friend, phoned him up offered to come out that afternoon unfortunately unable to repair it but offered to get me a washing machine at a good price. Saturday afternoon and washing machine drain pump gave up the ghost. Randomly picked phone number from google search, and called Glen. Within an hour of the phone call he had arrived, fixed the machine, and left. Amazing service at the price quoted over the phone. The guy who came to our washing machine was very professional. He explained everything that's going on and didn't even ask for a payment after he checked that the machine cannot be repaired..

Washing machine spin cycle was very noisy. Contacted Glen who was very helpful and arrived very quickly. He diagnosed the problem straightaway, sadly it was terminal; he sorted out a new machine just as fast, making sure I was happy with it. About a week later he took the old machine away and installed the new one. He made sure I understood the workings and said to contact him if necessary. The original price went down a fair bit too. Glen was always polite, considerate and respectful. I can totally see why he gets so many excellent reviews.

Called in the morning about a faulty washing machine. He was here within 4 hours and established within 4 minutes (unfortunately for us) that it was terminal. No charge for the call out. Have just made the most of the sales. Will definitely use again although hopefully not for a while!

Hotpoint washing machine door locking device broken, Glen came out very promptly and fixed the problem very efficiently. I also appreciated the fact that he returns my calls quickly and is very happy to give advice over the phone for more minor problems.

My phone call was returned within an hour and I was given a complete price including vat there and then.
