Our washing machine broke down. We called WashCo at 9.30am Saturday; wondering if they wuld even be open. Immediate answer, arrived with us at 11.30, stayed until the job was done, carried all the parts needed on the van, job done!! Even the price was great value, especially when compared with a certain competitor in Bath that we tried last time we had need. I don't usually make time to write reviews; but I just felt I had to this time. I have no hesitation in recommending WashCo. I wouldn't go so far as to say that I hope for another breakdown(!); but if we do have one, I know who I'll call!

I phoned Bath Washco to discuss a repair to my dishwasher. As arranged, Glen arrived promptly at 1pm the same day. Sadly the repair to the dishwasher was not cost effective. The cost of the new dishwasher and installation was very competitive and the installation completed in under two hours. Also the old machine was taken away at no extra cost. Glen was polite and courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

5 Star Service. facts speak for themselves. Dishwasher pump broke Friday night so called Washco on Saturday Morning, delighted to find they could call at lunch time that day - (Assumed would have to wait till following week!). All fixed very quickly.

My daughter's washing machine broke while I was staying with her. She has recently moved to Bradford on Avon so we consulted Which Local to find a service engineer. Bath Washco stood out and he was phoned first thing on Monday 1st December. He arrived before 11:00 am and was 90% sure the issue was caused by the programme module. He quoted ÔøΩ120 and my daughter agreed. He ordered it and returned the following day to fit it. It fixed the issue and the washer is now working again. Excellent service.

Very quick; called within an hour, having initially said from my description of the fault, that he thought he might not be able to repair it, unless it were the brushes causing the problem. Took relevant bits off and found it couldn't be repaired and said so. Very reasonably charged only £10 for call out and c 15 mins. Would thoroughly recommend for promptness, honesty and excellent value.

Glen Andrews came to my house within 30 minutes of being phoned - my 7-year-old Bosch washing machine was not pumping out the water. He checked the pump and traced the fault to the control panel. As the cost of the replacement controller would be about £200, he recommended that I should buy a new machine. He spent 45 minutes diagnosing the problem and charged only £10 for his time - what a star!

Came to look at our Hotpoint Dishwasher, diagnosed problem within 20 minutes, returned next day with required part and fitted quickly. Came in slightly under price quoted and as work carried out, didn't charge for initial call out. Good, prompt service, and would use again.

Picked Glen from these reviews - the number and consistency was compelling. Called him at 9pm about our Neff dishwasher having packed up, suspected broken pump. He was here by 10 next morning, so efficient did the job for £84, with a 2 year guarantee. Absolutely delighted would recommend to anyone.

BOSCH dishwasher would not drain water out. A neighbour recommended ñBath Washcoî so I checked 'Which? Local' and found all of these good reports. Phoned Glen late Thurs. and by 11 am the next morning he had fitted a new drain pump and lower door seal for the very reasonable price of £85 and guaranteed the work for 2 years _ GREAT. Glen is a pleasant young man, a tidy worker who does a good job for a very fair price. We would highly recommend him.

I am so impressed with Glen. Pump stopped working on my LG washing machine, rang Glen at 11am he came at 1pm the same day, replaced the pump, BRILLIANT, my washing machine works again! and the pump is guaranteed for 2 years. All this for £69, excellent value for money. Can highly recommend Glen and will definitely use him again. I contacted him in the first place because of all the excellent reviews on here and I wasnt disappointed.
