Bay Heating

David and Charlie were really friendly and did an amazing job replacing our old boiler and moving it to a new area, making sure they spent the time getting it right. They tidied up the area each day they were working. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a first class experience with David at Bay Heating. He was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and his initial quote was very competitive. All of the boiler replacement work was done in a single day, including Google Nest thermostat installation and set up. On completion of the work all of the rubbish was removed and you’d hardly know he’d been there, apart from the shiny new boiler of course! He also proactively made sure we got our 10-year warranty after it initially came through from Worcester Bosch as 8 years. And I’m very pleased to say that everything has been working as expected since the installation. I’d certainly recommend Bay Heating to anyone in need of a new boiler.

David was recommended to me by a friend. He arrived at the agreed time and was extremely professional from the way he spoke to the way he dressed. He talked me through the works which included fitting sink, tap, toilet, radiator, shower and redirecting my washing machine etc via the garage. He gave me a 'quote' which did not increase. I felt so comfortable with David that I was able to leave him at my house when I unexpectedly had to work. He left my home clean and tidy every day. He called me after a few days to check that I did not have any issues before requesting payment. He also assured me that I was able to call him if I have any issues in the future. I would have no hesitation in recommending him, I was extremely impressed with his work ethic, attitude and professionalism.
