The Bayfield family have been looking after the TV reception needs of customers in East Suffolk for over 46 years. Originally specialising in television and radio aerials, the company has always kept up with the times and, these days, deals with satellite dishes, internet and WiFi and, also now, digital CCTV systems and smart wireless intruder alarms.
We are a long standing member of The Confederation Of Aerial Industries - the trade association for AV installers and work to their strict code of practice.

We have had work in previous years to connect our tvs on each floor to a satellite dish. The tvs were now showing no signal. Bayfields came out to check the cause and found that following recent storms the connection to the dish and it's configuration meant that no signal was getting though. They reestablished and adjusted this so the tvs were working correctly. The response from reporting the issue was swift and the representative was helpful considerate polite and thorough.

Chris was extremely helpful in getting someone out to our property in a timely manner to deal with a storm damaged aerial. He gave us advice and upon our instruction, had the work carried out efficiently. The final invoice was less than the original price quoted and we were very happy with the works.
