Established in 2012 and located in Hertford. I am a professional, experienced painter/decorator and electrician.
My business has been built solely on personal recommendations and follow up projects from my customers.
I am DBS checked and an approved trader under the Which Trusted Traders endorsement scheme.
I specialise in interior and exterior decorating and domestic electrical work.
I take great pride in providing excellent customer service.
I am fully insured and always provide a free written no obligation quote.

Nick did the external painting of our house including repairing cracks in the render and re-painting of our front door and garage. He attended when planned, kept us fully informed about costs, was easy-going and completed the work to an excellent standard. He was considerate and happy to work with us around our schedule including work and holiday plans. He even carried out some cleaning of our roof and soffits/fascias at no extra cost! We would highly recommend him although he is understandably in demand so you might have a wait!

Nick replaced our kitchen MR16 Lamps with GU10 lamps and fittings, plus replaced the defunct MR16 lamp transformers elsewhere in the house. He explained the job required. We agreed amount date and time. Everything proceeded as agreed. He just got on and did the job to time and budget, leaving rooms tidy. All told good job, great guy - Thanks Nick.

Nick redecorated our bathroom, hall stairs and and land and our living room. He completed the work, on time on budget and with minimal mess. There was a lot of prep work - our house is almost 200 years old but he made good some difficult walls and woodwork. Nick's a lovely fella, was kind to our dogs and didn't mind them being around. He was extremely keen to know his work was thorough and wanted to make everything exactly as we wanted it. Top job.

This is the first time we have used Nick for decorating and will certainly NOT be the last; in fact, he is already booked in for more work later in the year. I would say I am a fussy customer and like to see a job well done. I was very pleasantly surprised that Nick filled holes and sanded the walls taking pride in achieving a good finish. Everything is in the preparation and Nick did not fail in this aspect of the work. We are very pleased with what he has done (Bedroom, Hall, Stairs, Landing and Sitting room). Thank you.

Nick spent three weeks painting the exterior woodwork of mine and my neighbours' homes. He provided an honest, fair quote, was always on time and excellent at communication. His work was of an extremely high standard; he showed real pride in what he was doing and his attention to detail was excellent. He is also an extremely friendly and considerate tradesman - a real bonus when he is working at your home for an extended period. I have no hesitation to recommend Nick.

Nick repaired, prepared and painted exterior window frames, doors etc. to a high standard sticking to budget and schedule despite some of the frames being in a fairly bad state. Nick always kept me up to date on progress, and when he would be arriving and leaving, as rain stopped work for some of the time. Nick is self-sufficient; no teas or coffees required, clean and tidy and friendly and professional too. He asked for a 'snagging list' (there were none that I could find) and returned to check if anything further needed doing so I felt very happy to 'sign off' the work done.

We found Nick through the Trusted Trader website and he replaced our fuse board which involved testing all the electrics in the house as well as replacing some light fittings. He kept us fully informed of what he was doing throughout the job and as we were working from home, ensured minimum disruption. We found Nick to be very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful from the point of first contact up to completion the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Nick and will definitely use his services again if required.
