Nick moved some power sockets in one room. Prior to this, he did a thorough safety check. His work was efficient and he signed off the job on completion. He was friendly and punctual.

Nick did the external painting of our house including repairing cracks in the render and re-painting of our front door and garage. He attended when planned, kept us fully informed about costs, was easy-going and completed the work to an excellent standard. He was considerate and happy to work with us around our schedule including work and holiday plans. He even carried out some cleaning of our roof and soffits/fascias at no extra cost! We would highly recommend him although he is understandably in demand so you might have a wait!

Getting a quote was quick and easy, with good communication from Nick. He sorted a range of electrical tasks for me (changing light fittings outside, in the garage, loft) and upgraded a few sockets and switches. All very efficiently done - I'd have no hesitation recommending him or using him again.

I recently had Nick in to redecorate my mum's bedroom who had sadly recently passed away, he was compassionate, understanding and very helpful on what I was planning for the bedroom and gave me many ideas on what would work and look good, and throughout the time always kept in regular contact with me as I was at work all day. Throughout the time Nick worked for me I was at work and so I trusted him with the keys to my house and also my bubs, Roxy who is a 4 year old Belgium shepherd to say Roxy loved and him back was such an emotional thing for me that shows that he is very very very trustworthy, and this is very rare to find you are leaving your house and dog to someone. Nick did a fantastic job on the bedroom and I have now booked him again for another room to be done as I know his workmanship and reliability and professionalism and quality of work is of a very high standard... and again this rare to find. I recommend Nick one hundred percent and is totally trustworthy in your house, bonus treat was the great dog lover. For reliability, great job done, professionalism and very good value for money and someone who goes above and beyond their quote Nick is your man.

We used Nick to paint about half the house interior. Then had him back again 7 months later to finish the rest of the house. Obviously we would not have used him a second time if we were not more than satisfied with his work. Very helpful when moving furniture about and adjusting to conditions. Just don't ask for any music recommendations.

Nick is a perfectionist who goes to great lengths to ensure his work is at the highest standard. He was with us for a few weeks and kept us informed all the way. He kept to his initial quote and was lovely to have around! We're getting him back next year!

Nick plastered my hall ceiling and I'm really pleased with the end result. He was helpful, friendly and polite - and hoovered the hall after the plastering was finished, ensuring everything was left tidy. Painted sitting room, hall and dining room. Nick turned up on time, did an excellent job and cleared up as much as possible at the end of each day. All for previously quoted price and less time than estimated. We have already asked him to quote for painting more rooms in a few months time.

Nick, recommended by a neighbour, saved our house! Paint neglected for five years and worse for wear after a loft conversion, it desperately needed his expertise. From the outset, Nick impressed with professionalism. A detailed quote and meticulous planning set the tone. He tackled everything – filling, sanding, painting walls, ceilings, and woodwork throughout the house. Dodgy plasterwork, both original and post-conversion, received his tireless attention, resulting in flawless finishes. Neighbours even commented on our staircase ceiling, a stark contrast to their own decorator's work! Nick's talents extend far beyond decorating. Arriving to paint the living room, he discovered half the ceiling missing. Unfazed, his electrician skills came to the rescue. He helped set up separate light switches and even added new lighting in the dining area. The fantastic plastering job in the hallway further showcased his diverse skillset. But Nick's brilliance goes beyond his skills. He has a heart of gold! Our son's old toddler bed sat unused. Nick offered to transform it for our daughter's room. He expertly spray-painted it pink, creating the perfect centerpiece. This thoughtful gesture saved us money and our sanity! The transition from cot to bed has been smooth, thanks to her love for her "new" bed. Nick exceeded expectations in every way. Professional, skilled, adaptable, and a problem-solver extraordinaire, he left our house looking fantastic. Highly recommend!

Most of the interior of my house was decorated over the course of a number of weeks. Nick did an excellent job. Works included wallpapering, painting - including lots of wood work, plastering, installing some door handles and my new lights. All work was completed to a good standard, on time and at a reasonable price. Always polite and professional. Nick kept me informed throughout and we were able to schedule the works around my commitments. Accurate quotes were provided and the works carried out as expected. Nick arrived on time and worked with few breaks. The work was therefore completed to schedule enabling me to organise carpet fitting etc. I would highly recommend Nick for both decorating and electrical work.

This is the second time l have used Nick. He did a good job removing a dado rail l did not think would come off in one go it did. Re papered the room and painted it. Looks good. Moved all the furniture as necessary and the put up the new light fittings l wanted. A bonus.

Nick carried out a lot of electrical work in the house and made safe a lot of issues from previous tradesmen at no extra cost to me. He done a great job of the bedroom painting decorating and plastering. His communications are excellent and kept me advised on everything and how the work was going. He turned up every day on time and left no mess at all. The neighbours were not even aware Nick was working in the house he was that quiet. I will be contacting nick again in the near future for the last of the work on the house. Good job well done!

I had Nick paint all the interior walls of my house, this including the ceilings and window sills, banister, etc. This work included removing some awful wallpaper. I am really pleased with the result. Nick did a great job. He kept things tidy and did the work in reasonable time. Nick even fixed replaced the plaster where a leak damaged the ceiling. Nick finished the job when he said he would and also stuck to the invoice. I'm really happy with the results.

An electrical emergency resulted in Nick attending. He was upfront with his costs, which were very reasonable. He found the fault quickly and we agreed on the fix. He was punctual, efficient and friendly. I would have no problems recommending him to others or using him myself for further work.

We found Nick through the Trusted Trader website and he replaced our fuse board which involved testing all the electrics in the house as well as replacing some light fittings. He kept us fully informed of what he was doing throughout the job and as we were working from home, ensured minimum disruption. We found Nick to be very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful from the point of first contact up to completion the work. Nick repaired, prepared and painted exterior window frames, doors etc. to a high standard sticking to budget and schedule despite some of the frames being in a fairly bad state. Nick always kept me up to date on progress, and when he would be arriving and leaving, as rain stopped work for some of the time. Nick is self-sufficient; no teas or coffees required, clean and tidy and friendly and professional too. He asked for a 'snagging list' (there were none that I could find) and returned to check if anything further needed doing so I felt very happy to 'sign off' the work done.

Nick is a qualified electrician and we have used him for electrical work, but he is also a painter and decorator and we have also used him for decorating. In all the work he does Nick is thorough and professional and works to the highest standards, and he is neat and tidy. We have been very impressed both with his work and his attitude. He is punctual, consistent and reliable which is so important with trades people. He is also efficient and a quick worker. His prices are very reasonable particularly considering the excellent standard of his work. I cannot recommend him enough.
