Welcome to my page. My name is Nick. Established in 2012 and located in West Cambourne . I am a professional, experienced painter/decorator and electrician.

My business has been built solely on personal recommendations and follow up projects from my customers.

I am DBS checked, an approved trader under the Which Trusted Traders endorsement scheme and registered with Napit for all electrical work

I specialise in interior decorating and painting, wallpaper hanging, door and furniture spraying. Domestic electrical work including house rewiring, fuse board replacement, additional sockets and light fittings, outside sockets

I take great pride in providing excellent customer service.
I am fully insured and always provide a free written no obligation quote.

Nick was a nice guy and did very good work at our place redecorating our kids bedrooms. He recommended additional improvements, such as plastering the ceiling and sorting out the light fittings. It's really handy that he is an electrician as well. It was nice to get to know him, he made time to chat, which makes his service more personable. Overall, we found him to be an experienced decorator (and electrician). Has a lot of knowledge to share about home improvement, which is interesting, so he's definitely not just in one box, his service extends much wider than that of a decorator. Would recommend!

Nick repaired, prepared and painted exterior window frames, doors etc. to a high standard sticking to budget and schedule despite some of the frames being in a fairly bad state. Nick always kept me up to date on progress, and when he would be arriving and leaving, as rain stopped work for some of the time. Nick is self-sufficient; no teas or coffees required, clean and tidy and friendly and professional too. He asked for a 'snagging list' (there were none that I could find) and returned to check if anything further needed doing so I felt very happy to 'sign off' the work done.

I was very happy with the work Nick carried out for us, and was very pleased with how he explained to us what needed doing, what the options were and how the work was progressing. Nick also took particular time and care to leave the flat in as good a state as possible in terms of making good after the work was done where it had been necessary to go into walls etc. Nick was very easy to talk to about the work, and ultimately we were left in a much better position both of terms of him resolving outstanding electric issues in the flat revealed by his testing, and in terms of an overall understanding of the electrics of the flat.

Nick has done an amazing job on our dining room! From plastering our ceiling which is now completely smooth, chasing in a new electric socket to stripping the existing wallpaper and repainting the woodwork. He explained the processes clearly and gave me options regarding wallpapers and paints. He was tidy at all times, courteous and chatty. I am extremely happy with his work and will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

We got Nick round to quote for redecorating our bedroom and chasing in additional sockets. He was very helpful in explaining our options and gave good advice on how to go ahead. The quote clearly detailed the work to be carried out and the cost was reasonable. Nicks takes great pride in his work which is of a very high standard. We were very happy with the end result and will definitely call on him again. We can highly recommend Nick.
