Our cat flap broke and I couldn't get it out of the door as it appeared to be glued in as well as screwed. Contacted Beacon on Monday explained and it was arranged for them to call and examine and quote for removal and fitting of new cat flap on the Tuesday. They called as arranged immediately knew the problem and agreed to fit brand new flap. Work was quickly and very efficiently completed to our total satisfaction. Reasonable fee as well!

I have never used this company before and found them in local advertising which can be a bit hit and miss! I was however pleasantly surprised. Someone came out to see my door the next day and talked me through my options. The order was placed and I received confirmation by email. The door was fitted with a new sealed unit on the day they said and at the price they quoted. The fitter was very friendly and professional, he even managed to fix part of my door that was jamming. I would highly recommend!

From our initial contact with Beacon Glass our experience has been excellent. They organised a survey promptly and we were given good advice about how to choose our new doors. The work was carried out on our chosen date and the invoice was as expected. At all times the traders were helpful and polite and the doors (including catflap) are fitted perfectly with no possible draft. We are delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Derriford Church's 2 plain glass kitchen windows were broken by stones and air rifle pellets. Beacon Glass replaced the glass with toughened glass including the top 1/4 openers. These were old metal casement fittings and were a tough job due to their age. The work was completed as agreed to a superb standard and fair price. They have done work before for us and responded when we have referred vulnerable senior citizens to them for as a trusted contractor. Both Jason and Rachel are polite, kind, understanding and diligent. They are our first port of call for new and repair work. We say Bless You both you are a joy to work with.

From first contact to their office to delivery of the service everything went smoothly. Work undertaken was the replacement of 7 externally glazing to existing timber windows. They responded to our enquiry from email contact also advised timescale to expect due to them going on holiday the next week. We were kept up to date on progress and they turned up on time and completed the work on time even though the weather was not the best. The finished standard is excellent, we are very pleased.

From start to finish an easy transaction, and pleasant experience at an extremely fair price.
