Beales replaced our old boiler and control system with a new condensing boiler and Hive thermostat. Ben was friendly and knowledgable and happily answered all our questions in an informative and clear manner. His quote was competitive and the work was completed efficiently and on time. He took care to protect carpets and surfaces and worked tidily, taking all rubbish etc. away on completion of the job. The new boiler and Hive thermostat are working as expected and we are very pleased with the whole experience and outcome. We have no hesitation in recommending Beales and will be using them again ourselves.

We had our boiler replaced by Beales. The initial quote was competitive as well as useful advice provided by Ben when choosing the best option. The job was completed when agreed and all work done was neat and tidy. Ben was also able to resolve a minor plumbing issue at the same time which was very helpful. Would recommend and use again for any future plumbing jobs.

I had a new bolier install by Ben in my office. He installed it quickly and very professionaly. He made good on the hole for the flue, which he had to get on the back roof, through a window from the apartment above. He went above and beyond expectations, and was clean tidy and took all rubbish off site. I would highly recommend his company.

I had Beales Services in to fit a replacement, larger, gas boiler, one additional radiator and all new radiator thermostats in my home. This work was later extended to fitting a larger gas supply pipe as the gas pressure to the boiler was found to be insufficient for the new boiler. Ben was at all times very professional, very clear in explaining what he was doing and why. He was also (very rare nowadays) punctual. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself very efficiently. The new boiler developed a fault the day after it was fitted, and Ben was back to assess the problem within a couple of hours of being called. He deduced it was a manufacturing fault and he arranged for the maker's (Vaillant) representative to come the next day and replace the faulty part under warranty. There have been no problems since, and I am very pleased with the new system's performance.
