Shutters represent a considerable investment so absolute confidence in our supplier was essential to us. Charlie was one of three companies I approached for advice and a quotation. Whilst all the prices were pretty similar, I chose Charlie for his expertise. The others seemed to find a particular window somewhat challenging, but he was able to show me examples of very similar windows he has worked on that fitted the bill exactly making it an easy choice. Charlie and his fitter Paul arrived promptly (and before Christmas as promised) and worked calmly and professionally to produce meticulous results that are absolutely stunning. (And as for tidying up after themselves the house was cleaner after they had gone than it was before they came ... cheers Charlie!) In summary, Beautifully Shuttered gave us a first class service at a very fair price. We could not be more delighted and our home now feels complete.Thanks again Charlie and Paul. We moved into an old converted Dairy in August 2017 , had a number of shutter companies to quote but all were disappointing until we met Charlie. Good honest business , quality product and superb fitter, would recommend to anyone, house looks amazing.

Charlie is very professional and passionate about shutters, he kept in touch and made recommendations which we may not have thought of. He and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with, Charlie even brought his fitters lunch, on a site visit - that confirmed with me that we had made the right choice. I absolutely love my new shutters, I had two sets of full height shutters fitted last week. One of the key features we wished for in our new home was to have some shutters in our lounge. I have bought a new house and had been trying to decide whether to get shutters but was being put off by the double glazing style of sales from some providers. Beautifully shuttered were nothing like that - Charlie and his team were just brilliant - straight forward to deal with, immensely professional and you get exactly what you want for the price agreed. Charlie knows his market and business inside out and made great recommendations re. Style, size of louvre and colour to suit my house and decor. He is not pushy in any way. The installation team were on time, cleared up after themselves and have done a really neat job. I could not be more pleased.

Had 11 shutters installed last week. Charlie advised me to have a mid rail (another shutter company did not) and I would've been so unhappy if I hadn't. Having a mid rail allows me to open the top shutters but keep the bottom ones closed. It would've been a very big mistake not to have the mid rail. Andy the fitter did a great job and was very neat and tidy. He also had a new assistant with him who seemed very able and pleasant. Charlie came half way through to help and make sure all was progressing well. Everything was pristine when they left. After I saw how great they looked I asked Charlie to send me ideas for shutters om the last 2 remaining window and patio doors in the house!

Just had 3 sets of shutters fitted by Beautifully Shuttered - square bay and two bedroom windows. They look absolutely beautiful. The measuring and the actual fitting were completed with absolute professionalism and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Very pleased with the whole process.
