Beautifully Shuttered

I have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Beautifully Shuttered - the customer care/service from Charlie and his fitter was second to none; matched by the quality of the shutters themselves which look amazing and have made a huge difference to the rooms we now have them in. So good in fact that we are now going to get Charlie and team back to do some more!

A great service from the team at Beautifully Shuttered - Charlie gave good advice and a good price compared to his competitors. The installation went very well and we are very happy customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone I know.

A big thank you to Charlie and team for all your advice and help with our wonderful new lounge shutters.Apart from privacy they give our room a stylish new look. Having used you before we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Once again we are delighted.Thankyou!

Expertly fitted shutters that have made such a difference to my kitchen and hallway. They let in plenty of light when required and also ensure privacy. I am delighted with them and they have been much admired.

Beautifully Shuttered fitted shutters to my lounge bay window along with a side window. To say that I'm delighted is an understatement, Charlie the owner is so knowledgeable about shutters and made some great suggestions about how to achieve the best look. Which is more than I can say for the other companies I asked to quote one of which a well known national company didnt turn up. The other local independent company clearly nervous about taking on the job of my "wonky" bay window. Communication with Charlie was first class throughout the process, value for money was excellent. The fitting was arranged to suit me, the fitter arrived on time and completed the job with no mess was left, he even hoovered up. I have no hesitation in recommending "Beautifully Shuttered", and have even had friends stating that they have "shutter envy". Call them you won't be disappointed.

We are very pleased with our shutters. They make a huge difference to the windows of our bungalow. We are grateful to Charlie for his professional approach, helpful advice and efficient way of working. We are also grateful to Roger, the fitter, who worked hard and did an excellent job. So nice to see a local company doing well. Sue and Ian

From the initial consultation to the fitting of the shutters, the professionalism of this company has been first-rate. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beautifully Shuttered for good quality and great service.

When dealing with the service industry, everyone I know can relate tales about difficulties in engaging in the first place and if you can get past this first hurdle then a disappointment in delivery process. Well, I have used Beautifully Shuttered three times now and the engagement process could not be simpler, they turn up on the right date at the right time and it is just a pleasure. Great advice, not driven by achieving the largest sale, but genuinely focused on creating the best result. Same when it came to installation, agree the date and they turn up and install with out a single hitch. The first time I use them I did the normal process of getting three companies to quote, one did not turn up and the other was twice as expensive for what I perceived to be an inferior product. The next two times it was easy just phone "Charlie" and relax. I actually enjoyed the visits from Charlie and his team, they all had personality, no doubt generated from the confidence that they were doing a great job for a fair price. No reservations, use them! read less

Shutters represent a considerable investment so absolute confidence in our supplier was essential to us. Charlie was one of three companies I approached for advice and a quotation. Whilst all the prices were pretty similar, I chose Charlie for his expertise. The others seemed to find a particular window somewhat challenging, but he was able to show me examples of very similar windows he has worked on that fitted the bill exactly making it an easy choice. Charlie and his fitter Paul arrived promptly (and before Christmas as promised) and worked calmly and professionally to produce meticulous results that are absolutely stunning. (And as for tidying up after themselves the house was cleaner after they had gone than it was before they came ... cheers Charlie!) In summary, Beautifully Shuttered gave us a first class service at a very fair price. We could not be more delighted and our home now feels complete. Thanks again Charlie and Paul. We have no hesitation in totally recommending.

Many thanks to Charlie and the excellent fitter for our new shutters, we are very happy to recommend this service. It was difficult to decide whether shutters would suit our older house and what style but Charlie had the knowledge, experience and patience to talk through the options. There was no hard sell, it was a combination of professionalism and friendliness throughout. The finished product is high quality, it looks superb and works with a period house. Very grateful for a job well done. Mr and Mrs F. December 2017

I was always told :- Promise what you can deliver and then Deliver what you promise - that's Charlie and his team to a tee. Great advice Great Product Great Service Great Fitters What more can you ask for. Our house now looks like a home. Will recommend highly to everyone. With many many thanks. Lynne and John

We moved into an old converted Dairy in August 2017 , had a number of shutter companies to quote but all were disappointing until we met Charlie. Good honest business , quality product and superb fitter, would recommend to anyone, house looks amazing.

Charlie is very professional and passionate about shutters, he kept in touch and made recommendations which we may not have thought of. He and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with, Charlie even brought his fitters lunch, on a site visit - that confirmed with me that we had made the right choice. We had our bay window, attic dormer, 2 bed rooms toilet and bathroom done in the Virginia old teak finish. Charlie and his team have been recommended to our neighbours, who have all taken a keen interest in the shutters excellent appearance. So a big thank-you From V & A York

We are so pleased with the service we received from Beautifully Shuttered, our new shutters look fantastic and have completely transformed the look of our house. Meeting Charlie and discussing the various options was an absolute pleasure, it is very rare to meet someone so passionate about the product and service they provide. I highly recommend Beautifully Shuttered, and will be doing so to all of my friends and family!

Refreshing to have a company true to their word and in such a friendly manner. They are a dying trend, but beautifully shuttered has restored my faith that some companies do care about there customers. They provide a very good level of service from start to finish and everything happened as Charlie had said. Very pleased with every aspect. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed with Beautifully Shuttered from the very start when I had the quote. Highly professional and efficient. Informed me of the timeline from ordering to receiving the shutters and it was spot on. The gentleman who fitted the shutters was extremely polite and professional. Knew his stuff. Quality of the shutters is top notch. Couldn't be happier with them.

I absolutely love my new shutters, I had two sets of full height shutters fitted last week. They are exactly what I wanted and I am 100% certain I would go back to Beautifully Shuttered in the future if I needed any more. I will certainly be recommending them to everyone! I’ve already had lots of lovely comments from my neighbours. I did a lot of research before deciding who to go to for my shutters as I don’t have the time to get multiple quotes I’d rather go straight to the best person for the job and Beautifully Shuttered were my first choice by a mile. I would definitely recommend Beautifully shuttered for understanding my shutter needs and their guidance, knowledge and quality of the product, passion for what they do, service beginning to end and good chat! And what a bonus, they’re local! Thanks to Charlie and his team for making the whole process very easy and straight forward, I am one delighted customer.

Right from the beginning we received a professional service. The shutters are of an excellent quality. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic job from start to finish at a great price - we had been recommended to a leading national company and had received a quote before seeing the advert for Beautifully Shuttered. From our first meeting with Charlie we received great advice and service and saved over £1k! - Our old cottage walls were no problem to fitter Paul who's experience shone through in completing a fabulous job - our "quirky" old farm workers cottage now has a contemporary look - we can certainly recommend Charlie and his team - thinking shutters then think Beautifully Shuttered

We are delighted with our shutters. Charlie and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. They have been a delight to work with and we'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are delighted with our new shutters. Charlie and his team specified and installed for a variety of window sizes. They were all friendly and very professional. We knew we had to wait 8 weeks after ordering but it was absolutely worth the wait Thank you Charlie Peter and Judith

We have just had shutters put in our Victorian Bay window which look fantastic. The service by Charlie and his team was excellent from start to finish. Charlie offered advice but was not pushy. We have had many comments from people walking past on how good the shutters look. We would highly recommend Beautifully Shuttered as a company.

One of the key features we wished for in our new home was to have some shutters in our lounge. We had used a different company initially and were unfortunately very disappointment and the shutters had to be removed. However, through a recommendation of a close friend - we contacted Charlie at Beautifully Shuttered. We can honestly say he saved the day and we are absolutely delighted with the service as a whole. From the initial quote , to the advice received and then the fitting - we cannot fault it- so much so we have asked for another quote for another room in our home. Thanks again Beautifully Shuttered!

I have bought a new house and had been trying to decide whether to get shutters but was being put off by the double glazing style of sales from some providers. Beautifully shuttered were nothing like that - Charlie and his team were just brilliant - straight forward to deal with, immensely professional and you get exactly what you want for the price agreed. Charlie knows his market and business inside out and made great recommendations re. Style, size of louvre and colour to suit my house and decor. He is not pushy in any way. The installation team were on time, cleared up after themselves and have done a really neat job. I could not be more pleased.

We are repeat customers and our new shutters look fantastic! Thank you very much great work Charlie
