Victor and his team at Bee Builders did an amazing job on our renovation project. The project involved a full strip out of our old kitchen, taking up the floor to investigate an issue that caused the floor to bounce, repairing the problem, building a new stud wall, fitting a totally new kitchen and dining room/bar area, new staircase lighting, plumbing and fitting a new downstairs utility room, installing an EV charger and a new radiator and painting all of those areas. This was a big project. We were delighted that all of the work was completed in 16 working days in total, and to a great standard. The guys worked quickly, professionally and cleanly and it was a pleasure to see the huge amount of progress made each day. When problems arose they always found great solutions and despite us changing our plans on the fly a couple of times, Victor was very accommodating and willing to adapt. We will definitely get Victor and his team back to deliver the next phase of our renovation plans next year and would very highly recommend Bee Builders to anyone.

We have just had a whole new bathroom installed by Victor Vassiltchenkov of Bee Builders Ltd.We had our bath taken out and replaced by a large shower enclosure. The extensive work took only 7 working days and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The team consisting of Victor,Dimitri,Eugene and Kastas worked really hard and were very professional. Victor gave us excellent advice and did not mind when we altered our plans.The team arrived at 8am and worked steadily till 5pm. They were a pleasure to have in the house. The price quoted for the work was very fair and we were not asked for payment until the job was completed. Victor always responded to texts/emails/phone calls promptly which we think is really important. We chose this company because of the Which Magazine accreditation and after meeting Victor (with whom we were very impressed) who came to assess the work and provide a quotation. The team tidied up every evening and on the last day when the work was completed,Victor and his wife, Oksana did a great cleaning job leaving us with a gleaming new bathroom..Thank you so much. The end result is outstanding.

Just before the Covid Lockdown Bee Builders fitted a new kitchen for us. We were very happy with the work. Therefore, when we needed a new bathroom we immediately contacted Victor. As expected the professionalism and workmanship was of the highest order. The 2 workmen arrived at 8.00am and worked until 5.00pm only stopping for a cup of coffee. At the end of each working day the house was left clean and tidy and the 2 guys were gentlemen. There was an initial hiccup (my fault entirely) as I should have contacted the tile company to say Victor was picking the goods up. However, as soon as the tiles were delivered Victor and his men proceeded to carry out the work. Ann and myself are delighted with the finished bathroom and would recommend thoroughly Bee Builders.

Bee builders were punctual, professional and communicated clearly. The workmanship on the boiler I stall and new piping is very tidy and exactly what we agreed on They isolated and removed and old hot water cylinder as well, with very tight cleanup on the old pipe works and capped off the gas pipe for the decommissioned fireplace. They stuck closely to their schedule and offered valuable advice on the boiler and the rest of my kitchen works as well. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service, great first impression very helpful and diligent. Victor was able to help me install a new kitchen in my parents house, even though I was working away for a long time he was able to coordinate everything remotely. His team worked hard from 8-6 every day, and took great care of installing the kitchen and keeping the area clean. The kitchen they installed is flawless! Victor organised everything with the howdens teams and provided an All-trades service so we didn’t have to get anyone else involved for the walls or floors, electrical etc. we had one delay when the electrician was sick and had to go home, but Victor arranged to have someone there asap. He also didn’t ask for the invoice to be paid until all the work was completed.

We have long been discussing refurbishing our dining room and finally bit the bullet. Victor provided a detailed and competitive quote for the works required - removal of fireplace, underfloor insulation, re-plastering walls and ceiling, installation of storage, bespoke joinery, new radiators, electrical works, installation of sound proof wall panels, painting and decorating - and we instructed him to commence. We are absolutely delighted with all aspects of our project: Victor kept us well informed at all steps of the works of when he and his team would arrive and what would be completed. Everyone was friendly, polite, conscientious and left the work area clean and tidy each day. Bee Builders provided a first class service in completing an awkward flooring install and sink refit in our en-suite. Victor and the team were professional and efficient in completing the work as agreed. We will be using your services again!

Bee Builders completed a renovation of a tenement flat for us. The work included a new kitchen, new bathroom, replastering, new laminate floors, some miscellaneous joinery and electrical work and painting and decorating. They also tested the boiler and central heating system. We found Bee Builders great to work with - from quote through to completion of the work. They were very reliable and responsive - always turned up when they said they would and worked hard and quickly through the project. The work was completed to time and in line with the original scope and budget. We are delighted with the quality of all the work carried out. The kitchen and bathroom are well fitted and look great. They were very reasonable to deal with about the small changes to scope that were needed as the project progressed. (And they didn’t even complain about adding glitter to the bathroom paint!) We’re very pleased with all the work across all trades and would happily recommend.

I am delighted with the result of my new wet wall bathroom. The company were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was completed to a high standard. When my old bathroom was being taken out it was found that we had had a leak that had gone undetected for some time. They managed to assess the extend of the damage quickly and produced a revised quote that was complete fair and without issue. It was also completed in the original timeframe dispute the problems with the leak. I highly recommend Bee Builders, I have used them before and will use them again in the future.

Victor and his team at Bee Builders have just completed an extensive renovation of my bedroom and hall, in addition to decorating my bathroom and living room. To say I am delighted with the quality of the work would be an understatement. We tendered for 3 prices from “Which Trusted Trader”. Having read the outstanding 5 star reviews, we had no reservations accepting Bee Builders competitive quote. We had a leaking shower room, and despite various repairs, was never properly fixed. So keen to appoint the best possible contractor. Bee Builders stripped everything out and discovered wet rot. All timbers and floor removed and replaced with treated timber. Refitted the shower room, retiled walls and floor, fittings, etc and new ceiling and LED lights - all completed in pristine condition. Bee Builders attention to detail, focus on delivering excellent workmanship is highly recommended. The finish is so good it puts the rest of our house in the shade. Delighted with the high quality work and very tidy workmen. Punctuality exemplary and communication with Victor, the owner, is personal and prompt. All in all, very polite, helpful. They go the extra mile and it’s a pleasure to have the team in the house. They deserve 5 stars plus!

My project required the stripping out of my old kitchen, and tiles on walls and floor removed. Then re-plastering, the installing of my new Howdens cabinets, painting, laying new flooring and tiling all had to be done. (Howdens use their own company for the fitting of their quartz worktops). Victor and his team arrived at 8am every morning and worked until at least 5pm every night, barely taking any breaks. Victor is charming and nothing is too much trouble for him. He is a perfectionist and the standard of workmanship is exceptional. Any hitches which occur, Victor tackles them calmly and head on, and always find a solution. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough and I’m just so glad I chose them to do the work.

We’d heard from neighbours about the quality of the work Bee Builders did and didn’t hesitate to contact them when we need our bathroom converted to a shower room. From the moment I contacted Victor, to getting the quote and completing the works, everything was done in quick and timely fashion. Victor kept in touch at every stage, giving order updates to arrival times at the house. They worked in a tidy manner and cannot fault the work they’ve completed. Victor and his team recently installed a new kitchen for us (which we ordered from Howdens, on his recommendation, and they did the design and measuring). The job involved various additional things (changing a radiator, some plastering, new lighting) as well as the standard installation of units, tiles, floor etc. Victor came round to assess the job and quote, and offered us a reasonable price and an all-trades service to take care of all the different parts of the job, which was very appealing. We're very glad we went with Bee Builders. The quality of the work is excellent and we are really happy with the finished kitchen. Having work like this done on your home is never fun but Victor and his team were professional and considerate throughout the job, and clear communication (e.g. what time they would arrive each day) also helped keep stress to a minimum. We particularly appreciated Victor's helpful approach when there were minor hitches (not his fault, e.g. a company sending the wrong flooring) - he went above and beyond to keep the work on-track and on-schedule. Unexpected issues that needed fixing (e.g. the ceiling being in a worse state than we realised) were sorted smoothly and reflected fairly in the final invoice. It's clear Victor is really committed to delivering really high quality work that the customer is satisfied with and we will certainly use Bee Builders again in the future.

He did a total refurb of our flat in a listed building. The flat was destroyed as there was rot below the floor in the building supports and in the ceiling and, to top it all the external wall on our level was delaminating and needed to be taken down externally and rebuilt and internally to be treated for damp. Insurance covered some of the work but the flat was left half done and the state it was in left me in tears. Victor and his crew went in and fixed everything. He had previous to this redone our bathroom, this time he rewired, fitted a new heating system, new fitted wardrobes, new kitchen, plastered walls and ceilings and painted them, varnished the wood panelling and shutters and just made me fall in love with the flat all over again. I thought we would sell as I was heartbroken at the state but Victor fixed it all!

I hired Bee Builders to do a complete renovation of my tenement bathroom. I supplied the majority of the materials as I had a particular design, but they supplied things like grout, paint, and other essentials. The guys did a fantastic job, the tiling is beautiful, the finish on the whole place fabulous (even with my tenement bathroom being weird in terms of shape and size) and the work was done within seven days. Every step was very clear, they advised me of what was needed throughout the process and the final product is a wonderfully relaxing bathroom. Would definitely recommend Victor and his team.

Victor and his crew installed our new bathroom over a 5-week period. This entailed extensive remodeling work and the installation of high-spec fittings. It was a pleasure to interact with Victor and his colleagues. They always arrived when they said they would, worked diligently, engaged us in their decision-making at every stage, and completed the job on time, on budget and to a very high standard. We used Bee Builders to carry out some renovations on my daughter's one bed tenement flat. Victor came round to look at the job, made some very helpful suggestions about what was possible and responded promptly to our request for a quote. Work included skimming artex walls and ceilings, replacing skirtings, replacing plasterboard and plastering throughout. New wood flooring was laid in hallway and bedroom. An Edinburgh Press alcove was revealed behind the artex and rebuilt, looks great All! All woodwork and walls were then painted. Some electrical work was also undertaken, including replacing all sockets and switches. Work took 9 working days in late September/early October. My daughter was delighted with the work. Victor was easy to contact, turned up on time and was very professional. He accommodated changes including a decision to remove a modern fireplace out of keeping with the flat. We would definitely recommend Bee Builders and will use them in future.

Victor and his team carried out a full renovation of our living room that involved stripping everything back to beneath the floorboards and the plaster and building everything back, practically from scratch (the room had not been decorated in ~30 years). The result is amazing. We’re absolutely delighted with our beautiful new living room! Victor’s communication was great and at all times he and his team were punctual, professional, tidy, friendly, flexible and accommodating. The quote I received was very competitive and the job was completed on time and within budget. Fast, efficient and quality installation. Old kitchen removed and new kitchen installed in 3 days including rewiring. Victor and team are friendly, efficient and left minimum mess behind them.

The team did a fantastic job installing our Wren Kitchen; they sorted the plumbing, organised an electrician, did the tiling. And they finished on time and all for a very reasonable price. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily use them again.
